Radical innovation (RI) is a high efficient technology innovation for modern enterprises to participate in market competitions. It’s the great significance to upgrade technology and enhance the capability of the independent innovations for enterprises. After the product technology system was decomposed, we can summarize the core functions and core technical subsystems and analyze the current technology evolution state of the product core technical subsystems. For the mature stage of the product, the radical innovation technology forecasting inherent basic law is revealed through establishing product technology system evolution process model for radical innovation based on technology evolution theory. The technology forecasting process of the magnetic cushion belt conveyor is taken as an example to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

With the progress of human, the society is progressing. All products involved in society also are constantly evolving. Actually, technological system has its own technological evolution like the biological evolution. Technology evolution is not accidental, but driven by some factors. And every kind of driving force is happened according to certain principles. This paper proposed nine driving force of products technological evolution as well as the evolution theory. At last, a case study of the mobile phone verified the proposed theory.

Technology Evolutionary Process have own rule and model,it can be forcasted. How to predict the future technological development and quickly develop next-generation products has become a powerful weapon of market competition. TRIZ EvolutionTheory is one of the most advantages and vitality in almost product technology prediction theory. This article summarized the evolution mode and evolution route based on in-depth study of TRIZ evolution theory ,and researched correlation. At last this article introduced how to use the basic principles of evolutionary theory to solve practical problems of the process approach. And to farming with the plow as an example a typical product design, to have been verified.

In this paper, we study for the theory of component technology and the workflow technology and method of component composition of component and component library, based on the principle of workflow technology and the component composition technology, the method to study and put forward the component assembly based on workflow technology system structure. Using this method to separate business process logic and business process implementation, under the condition of without modifying the specific function component, by redefining process model to accomplish system function change or improvement of system performance, make the enterprise can according to the business process dynamically build enterprise information system, changed the enterprise's business and process to adapt to the traditional software development model.

In this study, a process model for thermal balance calculation of sludge drying-incineration system was constructed by spreadsheet software. Auxiliary fuel and total energy consumption of sludge drying-incineration and sludge direct incineration was calculated respectively. The result indicated that sludge moisture content of 60 wt.% was recommended for incineration, and that sludge drying-incineration consumed much less energy than sludge direct incineration when sludge moisture content was higher than 60 wt.%. The process model was proved to be high efficient, convenient and user-friendly in this study.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to focus on how entrepreneurs anticipate and change their company’s business process management after developing a radical innovation. The paper is based on a critical approach to business process modelling (BPM) that posits that – in spite of all the claims, guides and tools that companies employ to help them modelise their processes – business processes are developed and improved (or at least changed) by individuals who negotiate, anticipate and compromise to make these changes occur. Thus, BPM is more a matter of “bricolage” (Levi-Strauss) than an established and defined plan. Based on this position, the paper analyses how a business process model emerges in the early phases of a high-tech new venture when the entrepreneur lacks a valid template to form a conceptual representation of the firm’s business processes. Design/methodology/approach – The authors adopt a perspective based on the concept of bricolage. By analysing and comparing the discourse of 40 entrepreneurs – involved in an activity based on a radical innovation and 20 involved in an activity based on a more incremental concept – the authors are able to answer the two research questions. Findings – Entrepreneurs who develop a new activity based on any radical or incremental innovation generally base the BPM of their company and the evolution of this process on existing models. However, BPM generally differs based on the nature of the innovation. Thus, entrepreneurs who develop a new activity based on a radical innovation do not design a single BPM for their company but a portfolio of BPMs. The process by which such entrepreneurs develop such a portfolio is mainly conducted in a step-by-step and iterative approach that utilises “whatever is at hand” (Levi-Strauss, 1966). Originality/value – First, this study extends existing methods for and approaches to considering BPM. Second, this research partly answers the call for integration among different theoretical backgrounds and approaches that consider BPM.

In order to predict the development direction of stereo garage car carrier to accommodate the present need of transportation, combined technology system of car carrier with evolution routes belongs to evolution patterns in theory of technology evolution. Relationships between total system and evolution routes, relationships between subsystem and evolution routes were built, on the basis of researching the structural feature of stereo garage car carrier, analyzed the evolution rules of total system andsubsystems along different evolutional routes, indicated its present evolutionary state and predicted the future development direction. It is helpful for enterprise to accurately predict the next generation of product and greatly improve market competitiveness.

Foam is a high efficient technology for controlling dust in underground coal mine, and foam generator is one of the core components of the technology. Aiming at designing the key structural parameters of foam generator scientifically, the velocity and pressure distribution of foam generator under different parameters were simulated and displayed by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software. The results show that the intensity of gas-liquid mixture in foam generator reaches the maximum when the vortex generator is 24mm away from the throat and the baffle with a 45° angle. Under the circumstances, the pressure is well-distributed around the vortex generator and the outlet of foam generator, and the foaming effect best.
