Research on the Development Strategy of Knowledge Management in E-Commerce Based on Intelligent Materials

With the development of knowledge economy, E-commerce is facing more and more challenges, therefore, it is necessary to formulate a new developing strategy of e-commerce through the introduction of Knowledge Management (KM). This paper discusses the relationship between KM and e-commerce, points out that it is very necessary to introduce KM into e-commerce. Afterward, on the basis of analysis of knowledge contents concerned in e-commerce, it proposed the KM-based developing strategy of e-commerce from three aspects: the premise of development, the developing path, and the guaranteeing measure.

Introduction. Changing the priorities of forming the development strategy of modern business is to some extent related to the development of the knowledge economy based on the optimal combination of existing knowledge and the development of new one. The competitiveness of the organization in the market largely depends on the level of efficiency of investing in knowledge. At the same time, insufficient attention is paid to knowledge management issues in Ukrainian organizations, which enhances the relevance of the chosen topic. Given this, the purpose of the article is to generalize approaches to the formation and development of a knowledge economy to provide opportunities for realizing the values оf a self-learning organization. Methods. To achieve this goal and perform certain tasks, modern research methods are used, in particular: historical and logical analysis − to reveal the process of formation and development of the knowledge economy; system analysis − to determine the essence of the basic categories; analysis and synthesis − to study the existing system of knowledge economy; peer review and index method − to evaluate the model of a self-learning organization. Results. The provisions and conclusions of the article are related to an important scientific and practical problem bound to the development of a system of measures aimed at developing the organization’s ability to develop the competencies of its employees, the ability to timely produce, accumulate and efficiently apply new knowledge of employees in the process of manufacturing an innovative product. It is proved that in the conditions of the knowledge economy, the study of the processes of creation and development of knowledge, due to which the organization receives a significant competitive advantage in the market, is relevant. The problems that inhibit the development of the knowledge economy in Ukraine are identified and ways to solve them are outlined. The results of a sociological study conducted among «MagneticOne» employees are presented and analyzed to assess the availability and prospects of expanding innovative forms and methods of knowledge management in domestic IT companies. Based on this, recommendations were made on the frequency of educational events at IT companies, which contribute to the self-development of employees and the improvement of the effective construction of internal communications. It is established that new knowledge is the intellectual basis of the management and functioning of the organization, the most important component of the formation of intellectual capital. Knowledge is the result of the creative work of people, with the help of which the company forms its values аnd develops. Prospects. Considering the relevance of this topic and the existing scientific achievements, it is advisable to deepen research in the field of society’s transition to a knowledge economy, increase the innovative activity of a self-learning organization.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) with of SMEs growth, and capital factors and government support as a moderator. Using the data collected from 90 SME’s, the study employs Hierarchical moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical results lead to the following conclusions: EO has a significant positive relationship with SME's growth, but the role of capital factors and government support as moderator unsupported. The implication of these findings is that the government and financial institutions as the two institutions need to increase their role to encourage the growth of SMEs in terms of information provision, access to markets, capital, and training needs so it can serve as a reference for determining the development strategy of SMEs in the future. From the business owners or SMEs themselves, this research can be used as guidelines for business performance improvement through entrepreneurship-oriented behavior. Tourism development can be seen from two strategic development approaches, one of them is the aspect of market driven. This research is aimed 1) To identify the factors that influence the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited the Kuta Beach Lombok; 2) To analyze the relationship between tourists’ importance level and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok; 3) To determine the development priority based on tourists’ satisfaction on the performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok. This research is based on quantitative method that are factor analysis and Important Performance Analysis. Sample determination in this research used purposive sampling. The number of sampel for factor analysis is 165 and 30 samples for Important Performance analysis of foreign tourists’ who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok. Data in this research were gathered by questionnaire. Factor analysis showed eight factors that affected the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok that are accomodation, hospitality, transportation, public facilities, infrastructure, tourism facility, safety and price. Importance Performance analysis showed the suitability level of importance and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok have satisfied the foreign tourists. The development strategy is increasing the bad performance of tourism destination elements in quandran I and maintaining the good performance of tourism destination elements in quandran II based on the result of caretesian quandrant. This article discusses the comparative characteristics of strategies implemented by high-tech industrial enterprises, and presents a decomposition of the development strategy to the level of the project portfolio through integrated indicators for evaluating projects. The article proposes an approach to determining the relationship between the types of strategies of high-tech enterprises and the types of project portfolios, a distinctive feature of which is the addition of existing approaches to managing a strategic project portfolio developed by the conceptual and categorical apparatus and the extension of the classification of project portfolios depending on the project focus.

The purpose of this paper is to provide insights into, and a critique of, the relationship between IC and different approaches to strategy in developing competitive advantage in the knowledge economy. The authors examine the ‘practice’ of developing strategy to offer a different view on thinking about strategy from an IC lens, using the example of an Australian music school. The paper is novel because it analyses critically how IC can apply to developing strategy and how to implement IC strategically in practice. IC and strategy have been evolving along parallel paths, converging along the concept of practice. The paper contributes to both the literature on strategy and IC by concluding that, rather than being concerned with becoming an IC or strategy “practitioner”, people should be concerned with becoming “participants” involved in developing the future and thus better connect to praxis in the workplace.

The relationship between Mahathir Mohamad and Anwar Ibrahim was colorful, from friendship, fellowship to violent conflict and hostilities, even Anwar was slandered with sodomy and jailed and tortured in his cell. Anwar's struggle in Malaysian politics was full of sorrow and bitterness, after being released from prison in 2007, in 2008 he was jailed again on charges of sodomy too. But then he could be free and form an opposition against Najib Razak who replaced Mahathir.In 1997, when he became a finance minister, Anwar Ibrahim supported the steps of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He saved money by cutting state spending by 18 percent, cutting ministerial salaries, and postponing major projects. The major projects postponed by Anwar Ibrahim included a number of projects that were the mainstay of the development strategy designed by Mahathir Mohamad. In 1998, amid the worsening relationship between Anwar and Mahathir, Newsweek magazine named Anwar the "Asian Leader of the Year". In the same year, the youth wing of UMNO led by Anwar's ally Ahmad Zahid Hamidi indicated that they would raise the issue of cronyism and nepotism in the UMNO General Session.Now Anwar has returned to the Malaysian political scene and is waiting for the promise of Mahathir who will hand over the reign of the Prime Minister to him. Indeed, Anwar's way of life was full of mystery and grief but there was no grudge in him for those who had imprisoned him for quite a long time.

Purpose The purposes of this research are to investigate the relationship between strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and development strategy and the relationship between development strategy and the success of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD). Design/methodology/approach The sample population in this research is a village cooperative (KUD) that is located in the Indragiri Hulu Regency region. Withdrawal of the sample that is selected in this research is conducted by using the random sample method that is graded proportionately. This is done because this research has a homogeneous objective (Nazir, 1983, p. 346) and the sample retrieved is as much as 31 village cooperatives (KUD). The analysis method that is used to answer the research hypothesis is path analysis, which consists of two regression equations, namely, the influence of the variables of strength (X1), weakness (X2), opportunity (X3) and threat (X4) on the development strategy (Y1) variable and the influence of the development strategy (Y1) variable on the success of village cooperative (KUD) (Y2) variable by the hypothesis that is presented in a conceptual diagram. Findings The SWOT variable has a significance influence on the development strategy variable in the cooperative in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, either partially or simultaneously. And among the variables, the development strategy variable has a significant influence on the success of village cooperative (KUD) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Also, it was found that the SWOT variable has an indirect influence on the success of village cooperative (KUD) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Originality/value To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first paper to test the relation between SWOT and the development strategy and the performance of village cooperatives in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Indonesia.

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">ABSTRAK </span></p><p>Areal di antara tanaman kelapa di Kabupaten Sangihe mulai ikembangkan tanaman tomat sebagai tanaman sela untuk  menunjang peningkatan pendapatan petani dan untuk penyedia produk tomat bagi kebutuhan daerah yang sebelumnya  dipasok dari luar daerah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) sistem pengelolaan usahatani tomat di antara  kelapa, (b) mengetahui kelayakan usahatani tomat di antara kelapa, (c) langkah strategis pengembangan usahatani tomat secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan metode survai pada 30 petani tomat  yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Analisis  data secara deskriptif, pendapatan usahatani, kelayakan usahatani, imbalan riel tenaga kerja, dan  langkah strategis pengembangannya dimasa yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan usahatani  tomat pada areal tanaman kelapa lebih dominan diusahakan secara  semi intensif dengan luas garapan 0,15-0,3 ha. Pengusahaan tomat pada areal tanaman kelapa diperoleh pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp10.690.000 (0,3 ha) untuk usaha  semi intensif dan Rp14.840.000 (0,2 ha) untuk usaha intensif dengan nilai R/C dan B/C rasio masing 4,36 dan 3,36 serta  4,46 dan 3,46. Imbalan riel tenaga kerja masing-masing sebesar Rp141.951 dan Rp193.636.  Strategi pengembangan  kedepan usahatani tomat pada areal tanaman kelapa secara bertahap mulai diarahkan  pada pengelolaan usahatani  secara berkelanjutan, yang dapat memanfaatkan bahan lokal sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pupuk organik dan  pestisida organik. Penyelenggaran usahatani tomat pada areal tanaman kelapa perlu penataan kelompok tani dalam  pengelolaan  luas usahatani melalui penanaman 2 kali  secara bergilir antara wilayah yang mengacu pada kebutuhan <br /> pasar.</p><p>Kata kunci: Usahatani, tanaman sela, kelapa, tomat, kelayakan usaha.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Feasibility of Tomatoes Farm among Coconut Plants and Its Developing Strategy (</strong><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Case Study in Sangihe Archipelago, North Sulawesi)</strong><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">ABSTRACT </span></p><p>Tomatoes crop had been planted among the coconut farm as catch crop in Sangihe regency. The aim of the this research  was to know  (a) the management system of tomatoes plant among coconut , (b) financial worthiness of tomatoes farm in  coconut plantation, and (c)  the strategic steps of tomatoes farming management which was done continually. Survey  method was used in this research to 30  tomatoes farmers, by using simplerandom system  samples. Data analysis  was  done descriptively,  farming  income,  farm labour income, farm properness, real repayment of the labourers, and  strategic steps of its future development. That result showed that tomatoes farm in coconut  plant areal was only done  in  small area which was possible to plant tomatoes in an upright cluster of  coconut plants was much more dominan (60%)  if it was done semi intensively and the rest was done intensively in the area 0,15 - 0,3 ha. The tomatoes exertion in coconut plant area, gained net income  in the amount  of Rp10,690,000 (0.3 ha) for semi intensive effort and Rp 14,840,000  (0,2 ha) for intensive effort  by means of R/C and B/C ratio of each  area 4.36 dan 3.36 and 4.46 dan 3.46. The  Real  repayment of labourer is Rp141,951 and Rp193,636. The development strategy in the coming years  of tomatoes farm in  coconut farm areal, done in stages and begin to be directed to farming management conducted continually.  This effort used local materials as basic material of organic fertilizer and organic pesticide production and also can be conducted as  livestock effort. The implementation of tomatoes farm in the coconut areal need to organize farmers group to carryout the commodious of farming through 2 times planting between regions and based on market necessity.</p><p>Keywords: Farming, intercropping, coconut, tomatoes, effort feasibility.</p>
