In the guiding system for fillet welding of corrugated sheet based on laser line projection, the Laser Lines Projected on the Corrugated Sheet and Plane (abbreviated as LLP_CS_P) are interfered by the irregular width of Assemble Gap to be Welded (abbreviated as AG-W), the Scratches of the Metal Surface (abbreviated as S_MSS), the Laser Line Projected on the Welding Point (abbreviated as LLP_WP) an so on. As a solution of these problems, an algorithm and on-line processing system based on morphology are proposed to stably and accurately locate the endpoints of LLP_CS_P. First, the interferences are separated from the laser line projection. Second, the interferences are eliminated by morphology filter. Third, the locations of laser line projection at AG-W are obtained through connected component labeling and extreme theory. Image acquiring and processing on line indicate that this algorithm and system can perform stably and effectively under the condition of irregular width of fillet welding seam of corrugated sheet, scratches, welding points. The trajectory and width of welding seam are monitored on line to guide the torch to track the AG-W and adjust welding parameters adaptively.

In recent developments, the ASU HB5 has been modified so that the timing, positioning, and scanning of the finely focused electron probe can be entirely controlled by a host computer. This made the asynchronized handshake possible between the HB5 STEM and the image processing system which consists of host computer (PDP 11/34), DeAnza image processor (IP 5000) which is interfaced with a low-light level TV camera, array processor (AP 400) and various peripheral devices. This greatly facilitates the pattern recognition technique initiated by Monosmith and Cowley. Software called NANHB5 is under development which, instead of employing a set of photo-diodes to detect strong spots on a TV screen, uses various software techniques including on-line fast Fourier transform (FFT) to recognize patterns of greater complexity, taking advantage of the sophistication of our image processing system and the flexibility of computer software.

The counting of vehicles plays an important role in measuring the behavior patterns of traffic flow in cities, as streets and avenues can get crowded easily. To address this problem, some Intelligent Transport Systems (ITSs) have been implemented in order to count vehicles with already established video surveillance infrastructure. With this in mind, in this paper, we present an on-line learning methodology for counting vehicles in video sequences based on Incremental Principal Component Analysis (Incremental PCA). This incremental learning method allows us to identify the maximum variability (i.e., motion detection) between a previous block of frames and the actual one by using only the first projected eigenvector. Once the projected image is obtained, we apply dynamic thresholding to perform image binarization. Then, a series of post-processing steps are applied to enhance the binary image containing the objects in motion. Finally, we count the number of vehicles by implementing a virtual detection line in each of the road lanes. These lines determine the instants where the vehicles pass completely through them. Results show that our proposed methodology is able to count vehicles with 96.6% accuracy at 26 frames per second on average—dealing with both camera jitter and sudden illumination changes caused by the environment and the camera auto exposure.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to: 1) To Know and analyze the application of the principle of notary prudence In Knowing the applicant. 2) To Detect and Analyze Effects Of Authentic And Notary Deed Not Applying the Precautionary Principle  In Knowing the applicant. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, which was then analyzed by the method of description and interpretation.Based on the results of data analysis concluded that: 1) The principle of recognizing User Services as referred to in paragraph (1) at least includes identification of User Services, User Verification Transaction Monitoring Services and User Services. Reporting to the Financial Transaction Analysis and Reporting Center (PPATK) is recommended if it is believed their suspicions of money laundering schemes will be carried out, the registration obligation remains to be done, the registration once for serving. Reporting through the application system GRIPS (Gatahering Report Information Processing System). 2) an authentic deed which turned out later proven to be pecucian money, then it becomes the responsibility of the applicant own. Notaries who do not register GRIPS, will apply sanctions in the form of the temporary closure of access to AHU account on line, and thus access to the system notary Legal Administration (SABH) will be automatically blocked. Keywords: Notary; Precautionary Principle; Protection.

The paper uses the flame image processing technology to diagnose the furnace flame combustion achieve the measurement of boiler heat energy. The paper obtains the combustion image of the flame image processing system, and extracts the flame image characteristics of the boiler thermal energy diagnosis, constructs the neural network model of the boiler thermal energy diagnosis, and trains and tests the extracted flame image feature parameter values as the input of the neural network. A rough diagnosis of the boiler?s thermal energy is obtained while predicting the state of combustion. According to the research results, a boiler thermal energy diagnosis system was designed and tested on the boiler of 200 MW unit. The experimental results confirmed the applicability of the system, which can realize on-line monitoring of boiler heat energy and evaluate the combustion situation.

Based on the high-speed photography, the effect of phase relations on droplet transfer and welding seam was analyzed. To each TCGMAW (Twin-wire Co-pool Gas-shielded Metal Arc Welding) torch at four-wire welding robot, under the descriptive welding parameters, when the phase relation of the front wire and the back wire was alternate, the arcs of the two wires had no effect on each other basically; the welding seam shaped very well. When the phase relation was synchronized, the arcs attracted each other and the two arcs centralized to the middle of the two wires; the humping bead was formed. When the phase relation was random, now and then the arcs synchronized and attracted each other, and at times the arcs changed alternately and had no effect on each other; the appearance quality of the welding seam was moderate.

AbstractStability indices at different slope aspects and characteristic parameters describing the snow cover and the weather conditions are recorded simultaneously and automatically in potential fracture zones of avalanches during the whole winter season. A remote, solar-powered system including measurements of snow depth, mass flux of wind-blown snow and of the snow temperature profile as well as on-line and off-line data processing has been developed and tested. The results show that this type of data-recording and processing system makes quantitative case studies of natural stability variations possible.
