With the sustained and rapid development of Chinese economy, the energy issue has become a constraining "bottleneck" in economic and social development. Therefore, optimization of energy structure is an inevitable trend. In this paper, through the contrast of China and the other countries energy structure and environmental conditions, we think Chinese adjustment of energy structure is still have large space and environment protection efforts need to be strengthened. At last we puts forward some suggestions about promoting environmental protection and reducing carbon emissions.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more requirements of large public buildings, large space and has more functions, the engineering design, construction and bring many technical problems, in order to solve the technical problem, the construction of scientific research departments continue to research and development of new materials, new technology, new methods of construction, city of Puyang stadium the tennis project 44M*24M large span structure, adopts the ‘made of light material combined unit filled prestressed concrete cast-in-situ slab’ structure technology, solves the light, save steel, concrete, reduces the structure thickness, good economic practicability.

The rapid development of the society and economy in China has led people’s standard of living to a higher level. However, the issues between energy development and environmental protection have become more pressing. In order to fundamentally solve the contradiction between environmental protection and energy development, it is necessary to deepen the awareness of protecting the environment and reasonably tap into the power of energy. Satisfy the two purposes, as in cherishing the environment and supplying energy for social development, at the same time. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the problems of energy development and seeks a coordinated development path between energy development and environmental protection.

With the rapid improvement of China’s socio-economic level, the importance of ecological environmental protection has become increasingly important. As a major factor affecting ecological environmental protection, carbon emissions have received high attention. At the same time, various tasks for energy conservation and emission reduction have entered a period of rapid development. In China’s construction industry, green buildings are the main measures for energy conservation and emission reduction. The use of green buildings to achieve water, material, and energy conservation can not only ensure environmental benefits, but also improve ecological benefits. In order to further improve the environmental benefits of green buildings from the perspective of carbon emissions, it is also necessary to conduct a specific analysis combining the development advantages and environmental benefits of green buildings.

Climate change has threatened our economic, environmental, and social sustainability seriously. The world has taken active measures in dealing with climate change to mitigate carbon emissions. Predicting the carbon emissions peak has become a global focus, as well as a leading target for China’s low carbon development. China has promised its carbon emissions will have peaked by around 2030, with the intention of peaking earlier. Scholars generally have studied the influencing factors of carbon emissions. However, research on carbon emissions peaks is not extensive. Therefore, by setting a low scenario, a middle scenario, and a high scenario, this paper predicts China’s carbon emissions peak from 2015 to 2035 based on the data from 1998 to 2014 using the Stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology (STIRPAT) model. The results show that in the low, middle, and high scenarios China will reach its carbon emissions peak in 2024, 2027, and 2030, respectively. Thus, this paper puts forward the large-scale application of technology innovation to improve energy efficiency and optimize energy structure and supply and demand. China should use industrial policy and human capital investment to stimulate the rapid development of low carbon industries and modern agriculture and service industries to help China to reach its carbon emissions peak by around 2030 or earlier.

The ecological environment is the place of human survival and activities and the base providing natural resources supply for the human's need of the production and consumption, and it is also the human survival foundation and the base of the development. Environmental protection is the proper meaning of problem about protecting and improving the livelihood of the people. It is not only the development problem and the people's livelihood, but also is the concrete embodiment of the people-oriented governing concept. The guarantee of people's livelihood cannot do without environmental protection and improving the people's livelihood also cannot do without environmental protection. The state and quality of the environment, affect directly people's living condition and social development level, which determines the success or failure of the country and the nation ultimately.

Abstract Pesantren are often associated with backwardness and traditionalism in everything: facilities, technology, learning methods, and even the curriculum. For now, it seems like the traditional term for pesantren is no longer relevant enough. The pace of movement in the era of renewal marked by the rapid development of technology has demanded pesantren to make adjustments. However, on the one hand, when viewed from the direction of change, the reform efforts pursued by pesantren are not to erase the old tradition, but merely to add something new so that the old tradition and conditions can be maintained while accepting the presence of a new one. On the other hand, the reform efforts undertaken by pesantren have implications for the fact that the typical values of the pesantren are fading away.

Dubrovnik is the most popular tourist seaside resort in Yugoslavia. The rapid development of tourism has necessitated appropriate environmental protection, particularly with regard to the coastal sea. Consequently, the city has constructed a plant for the treatment of wastewater and a submarine outfall. The characteristics of the sewerage system and the coastal sea meant that the wastewater disposal system required a specific method of construction and treatment. This paper presents the system adopted for Dubrovnik and the methodology used to choose the system. Special attention is paid to the problems and drawbacks which occurred during design and operation of the system, as well as to the measures undertaken afterwards for reconstruction of the system.
