Based on the design of general layout and transportation optimization of a variety of factors, established a program evaluation system, the theory of fuzzy mathematics general layout and transportation design a comprehensive evaluation. For the fuzzy weight of each factor to determine the application of an objective method of empowerment from the perspective of information entropy to determine the factors enabling the weight of each evaluation index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the results obtained. Infrastructure construction plays an important role in socio-economic development and urbanization level promotion. For the development of suburban infrastructure in Shanghai, the paper establishes the system of evaluation index and introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To make up for the insufficient of identification ability for determining the index weight by the AHP, the article uses the entropy method to make the results objective, scientific and reasonable.

Water resources is an important basic energy. The determination of weights is one of the important indexes in water resources evaluation system and reasonable allocation of weights is the key to quantitative evaluation. In order to establish a scientific evaluation index system of the influence of mining disturbance on water resources for purpose of a more reliable and effective evaluation result and realizing the protection of water resources system, a comprehensive evaluation system of water resources based on PSO-AHP model is proposed in the paper. Combined with the specific geological environment characteristics of mines, this paper establishes a four-level evaluation index system after identifying the factors affecting water resources and ecological environment. By applying the particle swarm optimization (PSO) to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a PSO-AHP model and then a fitness function are constructed to solve and optimize the weight values in the evaluation index system, and the calculated weight values are checked by consistency checking method. The evaluation results suggest that the index system can accurately reflect the impact of mining on water resources and water ecological environment and etc., providing certain reference value for sewage resourcing and reducing the harmful effect on environment by sewage discharge.

The project-based classroom teaching has entered the connotative development stage in the development process of Higher Vocational Education in China. It is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive teaching quality including the implementation background, implementation conditions, implementation process and implementation results, but there are few studies on this aspect at present. Therefore, this paper introduces the CIPP evaluation model, based on the analysis of the necessity and applicability of CIPP model in Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality evaluation, constructs the evaluation index system of Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality based on CIPP, and discusses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of weighting the evaluation index by using AHP. Finally, it takes the teaching quality of cost accounting and practice project in Higher Vocational Colleges as an example to discuss the application of the model.

With the introduction of knowledge management into project management, this paper proposes a set of evaluation system for project performance based on knowledge management. The scope of evaluation is defined by the analysis of the relationship between knowledge management and the project, and under the guidance of establishing principle, establish the mapping relationship of knowledge management from the idea of balanced score card. Then determine the specific evaluation index combining with the whole implementation process of the project. Finally, use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) to establish a quantitative evaluation index system, which plays a role to guide the practice of the project.

Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for mechanism schemes of machining center was established using value set instead of fuzzy set, which avoided the problems of constructing membership function, and achieved the quantitative evaluation for mechanism scheme with complex elements preliminarily. The model provided references for the development and establishment of the expert evaluation database system of the mechanism scheme.

The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

As an important link in product development, car style evaluation could ensure the quality of car style design, making the design more efficient, laying the foundation for production planners, production managers, and investment decision-makers in automobile manufacturing. The consumer-centered evaluation should accurately reflect the psychological cognition and subjective feelings of consumers. However, the current studies have not provided a unified evaluation standard, nor fully utilized the massive data on the evaluations made by consumers. Considering in advantages of fuzzy mathematics and neural network in processing massive data on consumer evaluations, this paper designs a consumer-oriented car style evaluation system based on these two techniques. Firstly, a scientific evaluation index system was designed for consumer-oriented car style evaluation, the index scores were classified into different levels, and a judgment matrix was constructed for indices on each layer and subject to consistency check. Next, absolute weights were assigned to alternatives, and the corresponding fuzzy membership functions were determined, producing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) (AHP-FCE model) for car style evaluation. Furthermore, car styles were categorized by appearance structure, and the car style samples were parametrized for evaluation. Finally, particle swarm optimization (PSO) was improved, and then combined with backpropagation neural network (BPNN) into a classification model for consumer-oriented car style evaluation. The proposed consumer-oriented car style evaluation model was proved effective and superior through experiments. The results offer a reference for the application of the model in other evaluation scenarios

The evaluation index system of emergency management system is necessary in order to improve the level of emergency management. This article establishes a set of evaluation index system by the critical success factor method and applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the case of the emergency management information system. The result proves that the evaluation index system is reasonable and scientific.

Based on the construction principle of green residential community water-saving performance evaluation index system, we built the green residential community water-saving evaluation index system, and use Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to make sure the weigh of each influence factors, then we construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, also analyse the case of a residential community in Jiangyin city, conclude the result of evaluation.
