Many heterotypic steel frames with special-shaped are used in the concert of Changsha. It causes difficulties to the construction technology. Based on the characteristic, It is studied the construction process, then put forward the subsection lifting technique, applied energy analysis method for lifting point and used finite element analysis for supporting system. At the same time, it is used measuring robot 3d positioning method and elaborated the operation points, At last, it is analyzed the welding technology. All of these provide guarantee to the smooth construction.

The construction procedure of subsurface excavation method is very complex. In order to obtain the regular pattern that the construction process of pile hole may influence the ground surface subsidence, the author use Lizheng software to analysis the construction parameter of excavation, installation and removal of the support, back building etc. Using the finite element analysis method, the author simulate the surface subsidence. Comparing the simulation results with the measured data, the author get the regular patter of surface subsidence and the envelope diagram of Internal force and displacement of the retaining pile.

Two parameters, namely modal number (Nm) and modal overlap factor (Mo), are used as the indicators of the reliability of SEA prediction. It is suggested that Mo>1 and Nm>5 can be used to judge if the SEA prediction is reliable in prediction of plate vibration. In the mid-frequency, those conditions are hard to satisfy. Although it takes long time and great expense and even it is impossible to apply finite element analysis to the whole structure, it is economically to calculate a local single part and coupled parts. If the value of input power and coupling loss factor can be replaced by the value calculated by FEM, the precision of SEA can be greatly improved. Calculation example was given and the validity was proved.

Abstract REFERENCE: H. M. R. Aboutorabi and L. Kung, “Application of Coupled Structural Acoustic Analysis and Sensitivity Calculations to a Tire Noise Problem,” Tire Science and Technology, TSTCA, Vol. 40, No. 1, January – March 2012, pp. 25–41. ABSTRACT: Tire qualification for an original equipment (OE) program consists of several rounds of submissions by the tire manufacturer for evaluation by the vehicle manufacturer. Tires are evaluated both subjectively, where the tire performance is rated by an expert driver, and objectively, where sensors and testing instruments are used to measure the tire performance. At the end of each round of testing the evaluation results are shared and requirements for performance improvement for the next round are communicated with the tire manufacturer. As building and testing is both expensive and time consuming predictive modeling and simulation analysis that can be applied to the performance of the tire is of great interest and value. This paper presents an application of finite element analysis (FEA) modeling along with experimental verification to solve tire noise objections at certain frequencies raised by an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) account. Coupled structural-acoustic analysis method was used to find modal characteristics of the tire at the objectionable frequencies. Sensitivity calculations were then carried out to evaluate the strength of contribution from each tire component to the identified modes. Based on these findings changes to the construction were proposed and implemented that addressed the noise issue.

The purpose of this study was to determinate , using the Finite Element Analysis Method, the mechanical stress in a solid body , temporary molar restored with the self-curing GC material. The originality of our study consisted in using an accurate structural model and applying a concentrated force and a uniformly distributed pressure. Molar structure was meshed in a Solid Type 45 and the output data were obtained using the ANSYS software. The practical predictions can be made about the behavior of different restorations materials.

Most steel beam-column connections actually show semi-rigid deformation behavior that can contribute substantially to overall displacements of the structure and to the distribution of member forces. Steel frame structure with semi-rigid connections are becoming more and more popular due to their many advantages such as the better satisfaction with the flexible architectural design, low inclusive cost and environmental protect as well. So it is very necessary that studying the behavior of those steel frame under cyclic reversal loading. On the basics of connections experiments the experiment research on the lateral resistance system of steel frame structure has been completed. Two one-second scale, one-bay, two-story steel frames with semi-rigid connections under cyclic reversal loading. The seismic behavior of the steel frames with semi-rigid connections, including the failure pattern, occurrence order of plastic hinge, hysteretic property and energy dissipation, etc, was investigated in this paper. Some conclusions were obtained that by employing top-mounted and two web angles connections, the higher distortion occurred in the frames, and the internal force distributing of beams and columns was changed, and the ductility and the absorbs seismic energy capability of steel frames can be improved effectively.

In order to analyze the effect of heat preservation, the heat preservation technology of detail structure, such as decorative lines of external walls, edge beam and edge column, windows, balcony and laying position of air conditioner, have been well treated under the system of thin plastered external wall based on EPS. Moreover, the technical-economy benefits of detail structure treatments have been analyzed by comparing with those without detail structure treatment. The results show that better heat preservation and economy benefits would be created by detail structure treatment, which could provide good reference for similar construction process.

Wavelet analysis with its unique features is very suitable for analyzing non-stationary signal, and it can also be used as an ideal tool for signal processing in fault diagnosis. The characteristics of the faults and the necessary information on the diagnosis can be constructed and extracted respectively by wavelet analysis. Though wavelet analysis is specialized in characteristics extraction, it can not determine the fault type. So this paper has proposed an energy analysis method based on wavelet transform. Experiment results show the method is very effective for sensor fault diagnosis, because it can not only detect the sensor faults, but also determine the fault type.
