Benefit Analysis and FGD Optimization for Designed Power Plant Based on Comprehensive Benefit Index System

Taking the initial design value for target power plant as standard index values, two comprehensive benefit index systems for flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology were formed by mean square difference method with or without the index of earning of by-product, to analyze the environmental benefit, economic benefit, technology benefit and comprehensive benefit of six flue gas desulphurization technologies on designed power plant and obtained the optimal technology ultimately. For the index system with index of earning of by-product, the optimal FGD technology is wet ammonia desulphurization, not only possesses the biggest comprehensive benefit, but also the biggest economical and technology benefit for designed power plant. For the index system without the index of earning of by-product, the wet ammonia desulphurization, limestone wet desulfurization and simple wet desulfurization have similar comprehensive benefits, but individual advantage on environmental, economic and technology benefit separately.

In order to improve the situation that there is a high pollution emission from coal-fired power plant in China and after a lot of research on inter-regional power generation exchange, we find that pollution emission would be reduced by exchanging power generation in the inter-regional coal-fired power plant. Taking the quantity of coal saving, economic benefit and environmental benefit into account, this paper proposes an analysis model for calculating the quantity of coal saving, added value and pollution reduction in the inter-regional power generation exchange, analyzing the benefit brought by this exchange. The case study shows that by using this model, pollution emission would be reduced in the whole region and economic and environmental benefit would be added in both electricity buyers and sellers. This analysis model has an application value.

Desulphurization gypsum-slag composite binder is a hydraulic composite binding material made by slag, desulphurization generated by coal-fired power plant flue gas desulphurization, activator and other materials. In order to study the effect of curing system on the composite binder, steam curing, autoclave curing, nature curing, standard curing and water curing were selected. The mechanical properties of desulphurization gypsum-slag composite binder were compared, and the best curing system for strength development was proposed.

This paper introduces the phenomenon of stack rainout in the wet flue gas desulphurization system for the thermal power plant units without GGH,analyzes the factors affecting rainout of wet stack and finds out the main causes resulting in stack rainout of wet flue gas desulphurization for Wangtan Power Plant without GGH,such as low temperature after the flue gas desulfurizationinsufficient diffusion capability of flue gas flowthe blockage of mist eliminatorpoor operation of electrostatic precipitatorinadequate combustion of boilerhigh speed of flue gas flow in the stackthe effect of climate. Also it is analyzed that the mist eliminator equipment and ensuring the efficient operation of electrostatic precipitator may relieve the phenomenon of stack rainout.

Background: With the rapid development of the Internet, the number of web spam has increased dramatically in recent years, which has wasted search engine storage and computing power on a massive scale. To identify the web spam effectively, the content features, link features, hidden features and quality features of web page are integrated to establish the corresponding web spam identification index system. However, the index system is highly correlation dimension. Methods: An improved method of autoencoder named stacked autoencoder neural network (SAE) is used to realize the reduction of the web spam identification index system. Results: The experiment results show that our method could reduce effectively the index of web spam and significantly improves the recognition rate in the following work. Conclusion: An autoencoder based web spam indexes reduction method is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that it greatly reduces the temporal and spatial complexity of the future web spam detection model.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.
