Dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is applied to fluid-structure coupling simulation analysis of cartridge valve. Transient mechanical properties of cartridge valve and impact characteristics of interaction between hydraulic oil and valve spool in depressurization process were got. The result of study showed that the stability of depressurization process is related to the contacting time between valve spool and valve sleeve. The squeezing time of hydraulic oil is best not more than 0.01s. The peak impact time of hydraulic oil to valve spool in steady depressurization process is 140kN. And the maximum VonMises between valve spool and valve sleeve is 456MPa.

In this paper, we base on the simulation analysis of the electro-hydraulic servo system about dual hydraulic cylinders parallel driving Multi-Stud Tensioning Machine, focus on the dynamic characteristics of a single hydraulic cylinder (asymmetric hydraulic cylinder), make use of Matlab Simulink module to carry on to imitate, and design a PID controller to correct the system. The results of simulation prove correctness of the system mathematic model, and the stability of the system is obviously improved.

In this article, the tamper system of multifunction- paver has been simulated by AMESim, and the simulation model of the tamper system of multifunction- paver has been established. The simulation results show that the hydraulic impact of the system will be decreased and the response speed of the system will be improved, when accumulator and PID controller are equipped. Simultaneously, the stability of vibrated system will go down with the increase of vibration frequency. When vibration frequency is over 20 HZ, the performance of system will go bad, and the vibration of system will be significantly enhanced.

The structure of a series of AlSb alloys prepared by melt spinning have been studied in the as melt–spun ribbons  as a function of antimony content .The stability  of these structures has  been  related to that of the transport and mechanical properties of the alloy ribbons. Microstructural analysis was performed and it was found that only Al and AlSb phases formed for different composition.  The electrical, thermal and the stability of the mechanical properties are related indirectly through the influence of the antimony content. The results are interpreted in terms of the phase change occurring to alloy system. Electrical resistivity, thermal conductivity, elastic moduli and the values of microhardness are found to be more sensitive than the internal friction to the phase changes.

Abstract Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce (POD) is a natural plant widely used for food and medicine, thanks to its rich content of a strong antioxidant agent called homoisoflavones. However, food processing methods could affect the stability of POD flavones, resulting in changes to their antioxidant activity. This study attempts to evaluate the antioxidant activity of POD flavones subject to different processing methods and determines which method could preserve the antioxidant activity of POD flavones. Therefore, flavones were extracted from POD samples, which had been treated separately with one of the four processing methods: extrusion, baking, high-pressure treatment, and yeast fermentation. After that, the antioxidant activity of the flavones was subject to in vivo tests in zebrafish embryos. The results show that yeast fermentation had the least disruption to the antioxidant activity of POD flavones, making it the most suitable food processing method for POD. By contrast, extrusion and high-pressure treatment both slightly weakened the antioxidant activity of the flavones and should be avoided in food processing. The research results provide a reference for the development and utilization of POD and the protection of its biological activity.
