Temperature is related to various industries. A digital temperature control system is designed in this paper. This system hardware is composed of Freescale micro control unit, DS18B20 temperature sensor, 12864 liquid crystal display, alarm and drive circuit. The program is compiled in Freescale CodeWarrior integrated development environment. Experiment result states clearly that this system can monitor and display environment temperature in real-time and has alarm function. If the temperature is higher or lower than set value, the drive module starts to cool or warm. Some measures to save energy are adopted in this design. It has practical value.

Herein, a novel fuzzy PID temperature control system was proposed based on the technological process and control requirement of the crystal annealing furnace. Simultaneously, the electric control system was also designed with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the master controller. The results indicated that the system has the merit of rapid response time, low temperature fluctuation and all of the test items could meet the requirement of the actual utilization.

In the current, people pay more attention on food nutrition and security issues. In some places, the lack of farming land and land pollution leads to serious problem that people could not eat fresh vegetables. In order to solve these problems, "LED smart plant growth cabinet "came into being. As temperature is one of the most important control parameter that has the impact on plant growth, this paper describes a new type of temperature control system, and proposes simple, stable, precise temperature control method. In this paper we propose a new original two-dimensional temperature control strategy, which makes this cabinet has advantage over other domestic products. This paper describes the relationship between environment temperature and plant growth, and illustrates how the temperature control device works. In the experiment, we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of this temperature control device.

In order to make the dynamically tuned gyroscope of Strap-down North-seeking working on the best temperature environment, reduce errors caused by temperature changes, a high-precision temperature control system is built up on the base of control theory and engineering. This system is a two-stage temperature control system. In order to realize high precision temperature control at a predetermined temperature range, temperature measurement circuit is analyzed and calculated on a two-stage temperature control had different measurement circuit match. Experimental results show that the accuracy of can achieve ± 0.1 °Cwhen the environment temperature within the range of-40 °C ~ + 60 °C. It can meet the temperature requirements of Strap-down North-seeking system.

<p><em>Abstrak <strong>- </strong></em><strong>Transformator adalah peralatan listrik yang sangat vital dalam proses pembangkitan maupun transmisi energi listrik karena transformator dapat menaikkan atau menurunkan tegangan. Pada proses menaikkan dan menurunkan tegangan biasanya sering timbul panas akibat rugi – rugi tembaga pada inti besi dan kumparannya sehingga pada kondisi overload akan menimbulkan pemanasan yang berlebih dan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja transformator. Oleh karena itu dibuat sistem kontrol temperatur pada transformer yang dapat mengontrol temperatur di dalam transformator saat bekerja pada kondisi overload, sehigga transformatornya tidak terbakar. Dial thermometer digunakan sebagai alat yang mengontrol temperatur transformator pada sistem kontrol temperatur. Agar mendapatkan sistem kontrol yang optimal, maka setting temperatur pada dial thermometer di sesuaikan dengan temperatur maksimal tranformator dapat bekerja. Sehingga pada saat temperatur tertentu dial thermometer dapat memberikan sinyal untuk membunyikan alarm dan mengaktifkan kontrol kipas sehingga kipas dapat bekerja menurunkan temperatur transformator.<em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci - </em></strong><em>transformator, rugi – rugi tembaga, temperatur, sistem kontrol, dial thermometer<strong>.</strong></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Abstract <strong>- </strong></em><strong>A transformer is an electrical device that is vital in the generation and transmission of electrical energy because the transformer can raise (stepping up) or lower (stepping down) the voltage. In the process of raising and lowering the voltage is usually often caused heat loss of copper in iron core and coil so that the overload condition will cause excessive warming and can affect the performance of the transformer. Therefore, a temperature control system on the transformer can control the temperature inside the transformer while working under overload conditions, so the transformer is not burned. Dial thermometer is used as a device that controls the temperature of the transformer in the temperature control system. In order to obtain an optimal control system, the temperature setting on the dial thermometer adjusted to the maximum transformer temperature can work. So that when a certain temperature dial thermometer can provide a signal to sound the alarm and activate the fan control so that the fan can work down the transformer temperature.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords -  </em></strong><em>transformator, loss of copper, themperature, control system, dial thermometer<strong></strong></em></p>
