Based on the test scheme and principle of armoured vehicle fire control system, proposes electrical measurement method unite gyros method to test armoured vehicle fire control system; Established the processing model of gun drifting, stability accuracy, gun transfer speed, intergrade quality; according to the gyros drifting problem, proposes drift trend arithmetic to enhancing the accuracy of measuring system.

The accelerated heat treatment during steel products hardening technology has been investigated. The possibility of measuring the temperature of steel products by thermoelectric platinum-platinum-rhodium thermocouple under microarc heating conditions is analyzed. During the experiments, working junctions of two S-type thermocouples: working and standard, were coined into the sample surface at the same level. The free thermocouples ends were connected to a digital multimeter and a personal computer. It was determined that 5 factors affect the measurement results: the electric current strength in the circuit, carbon powder, calibration, number of repeated measurement cycles, and a thermocouple copy. When planning the experiment, the concept of conducting a step-by-step nested experiment was used. Variance analysis method was used to process the experimental results. The measurement method precision parameters were calculated: repeatability and reproducibility. A linear mathematical model linking the measurement method reproducibility index with the measured temperature value has been obtained. A linear mathematical model is obtained that relates the reproducibility index of the measurement method to the measured temperature value. A measuring system for the experimental determination of the temperature of a steel sample is proposed and its application is justified for different electric current densities on the sample surface and varying duration of microarc heating. The possibilities of selecting and controlling the microarc heating modes depending on the required temperature of the heat treatment of the steel product are determined.

SUMMARYUp to now, most people are still cooking in the kitchen, which makes them feel fatigued and also makes the air polluted. With the development of the numerical control technology, it becomes more and more urgent to apply the related technology to the automatic cooking field. In this paper, the cooking technique for the Chinese dishes is introduced and China's first cooking robot, named AI Cooking Robot (AIC), is presented. The robot mainly consists of four parts: the wok mechanism, the stirring-fry and dispersing mechanism, the feeding mechanism, and the mechanism of leaving the material in the middle process. In order to adjust the temperature, the fire control system is also given in this paper. Experiments show that the new robot will be a milestone in the cooking automation science because of its cooking technique.

It is easy to realize that most robots do not move to the desired endpoint (Tool Center Point (TCP)) using high-resolution noncontact instrumentation because of manufacturing and assembly errors, transmission system errors, and mechanical wear. This paper presents a robot calibration solution by changing the endpoint trajectories while maintaining the robot’s control system and device usages. Two independent systems to measure the endpoint positions, the robot encoder and a noncontact measuring system with a high-resolution camera, are used to determine the endpoint errors. A new trajectory based on the measured errors will be built to replace the original trajectory. The results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce errors; moreover, this is a low-cost solution and easy to apply in practice and calibration can be done cyclically. The only requirement for this method is a noncontact measuring device with high-resolution and located independently with the robot in calibration.

This tester is mainly used to test the firepower of armored vehicles weapon equipment, the artillery loosening amount and rigidity of fire control system, the largest mobilization artillery speed and other related static parameters. In this paper, the design of the tester include: static parameters optical probe, the vehicle central control device, the image processing device, the test target and so on. In the static parameter tests of weapon systems, the static probe is installed in the muzzle, the prescriptive force is imposed on the artillery tube to produce movement, CCD camera can photography the relative motion image of the target, then the computer processes images according to the corresponding program, and figures out the trajectory of the artillery tube, thus the corresponding static parameters is calculated. Experimental results show that: The system has reached a very good image quality, and the reliability is very high, Diagonal field of view>4°, the specification requirements are reached.
