The present study was conducted to estimate the prevalence rate and to identify risk factors of Cytomegalovirus, Rubella and Toxoplasma gondii among internally displaced women of District North Waziristan, Pakistan with home obstetric history. A total of 387 blood samples were collected from internally displaced infected women with the help of a comprehensive filled data form. To determine levels of Cytomegalovirus, Rubella and Toxoplasma gondii Infection, all blood samples were qualitative and quantitative analyzed using Immune chromatographic and Chemiluminescence Microparticle Immunoassay (CMIA) technique. Among 387 blood samples, the total numbers of reactive samples observed were 341 (88.11%) and non-reactive samples were 46 (11.88%). Of 341 (88.11%) reactive samples, the highest ratio 168 (49.26%) was reported for the co-infection of Cytomegalovirus and Rubella, followed by 76 (22.28%) for Cytomegalovirus, Rubella and Toxoplasma gondii combined. In reactive samples, the highest ratio of IgG was noted in order of CMV 22 (64.70%), Rubella 21 (67.74%) and Toxoplasma gondii 16 (72.72%), followed by IgG+IgM and IgM only. Regarding age-wise distribution, the highest ratio 144 (90.56%) of total reactive samples of Cytomegalovirus, Rubella and Toxoplasma gondii was reported in the 25-32 years old group of individuals. Similarly, the highest ratio 53 (48.18%) and 60 (41.66%) of co-infection among reactive samples for Cytomegalovirus, and Rubella was observed in 18-24 and 25-32 years old group. Further, the highest ratio of 100 (40.32%) of risk factors was observed in infected patients who were exposed to a poor hygienic environment and 57 (44.18%) of infected patients had complications of Severe UTI followed by others. Hence, it was revealed that Cytomegalovirus, Rubella and Toxoplasma gondii infection was most prevalent in internally displaced women of District North Waziristan, Pakistan. Therefore, an urgent base prophylactic approaches should need to be addressed to reduce the risk of the spread of disease in this locality.

This work; It was conducted to examine the relationships between early maladaptive schemas, cognitive flexibility and cognitive emotion regulation. A total of 343 people over the age of 18, 252 women and 91 men, living in Istanbul participated in the study. Sociodemographic data form, Young Schema Scale Short Form-3 (YSS-SF3), Cognitive Flexibility Scale (CFS) and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale (CERS) were used in the study. In order to apply the data collection tools, the sociodemographic data form, Young Schema Scale Short Form-3, Cognitive Flexibility Scale and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale were printed on paper and distributed to 343 participants over the age of 18 selected by simple random method. Pearson Correlation analysis was used for the relationship between two or more variables. As a result of the research, a negative relationship was found between the Cognitive Flexibility Scale and emotional deprivation, social isolation, insecurity, imperfection, suppression of emotions, intertwining, addiction, abandonment, endurance, failure, and pessimism. The sub-dimension of cognitive emotion regulation with the Cognitive Flexibility Scale; A positive correlation was found between the scores of focusing on the plan, positive reviewing, and placing in perspective. A negative correlation was found between the scores of self-blame, destruction, and blaming others. When we look at the relationships between the sub-dimensions of cognitive emotion regulation and the schemas, in most of the findings; While there was a positive correlation between the maladaptive sub-dimensions of cognitive emotion regulation and the schemas, a negative relationship was found between the congruent sub-dimensions and the schemas. Keywords: Schema, cognitive emotion regulation, cognitive flexibility

Abstract. Among the multitude of magnitude scales developed to measure the size of an earthquake, the surface wave magnitude MS is the only magnitude type that can be computed since the dawn of modern observational seismology (beginning of the 20th century) for most shallow earthquakes worldwide. This is possible thanks to the work of station operators, analysts and researchers that performed measurements of surface wave amplitudes and periods on analogue instruments well before the development of recent digital seismological practice. As a result of a monumental undertaking to digitize such pre-1971 measurements from printed bulletins and integrate them in parametric data form into the database of the International Seismo- logical Centre (ISC, www.isc.ac.uk, last access: August 2021), we are able to recompute MS using a large set of stations and obtain it for the first time for several hundred earthquakes. We summarize the work started at the ISC in 2010 which aims to provide the seismological and broader geoscience community with a revised MS dataset (i.e., catalogue as well as the underlying station data) starting from December 1904 up to the last complete year reviewed by the ISC (currently 2018). This MS dataset is available at the ISC Dataset Repository at https://doi.org/10.31905/0N4HOS2D.

Abstract. Upper-air data form the backbone of weather analysis and reanalysis products, particularly in the pre-satellite era. However, they are particularly prone to errors and uncertainties, especially data from the early days of aerology. Information that allows us to better characterize the errors of radiosonde data is important. This paper reports on an attempt to collect data from historical upper-air intercomparisons and from historical error assessments reaching back to the 1930s. The digitized numerical data will be made available through Copernicus Climate Change Services; here we publish the full information that includes images, literature, and other metadata that may be relevant and can be used to inform homogenization approaches or reanalysis production. The data collection described in this paper is available on PANGAEA: https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.925860 (Imfeld et al., 2021).

Objective: We aimed to determine how physiotheraphy students percieve cadavers and what kind of approach they have adopted for use cadavers and how cadavers education have changed their feelings and emotions in anatomy education. Methods: Data form that consist twelve expression was used for determing of students’ perception about cadavers. Fifty students (100 forms) were participated in research. In the data form prepared, 12 questions were included in order to determine the approach of the students, while an expression question was included to determine the emotional question at the first encounter with the cadaver. Results: Most of participants have adopted expression before the cadaver education was “Dead human bodies shown in public areas without educational purposes affect cadaver donation adversely.” (4.52±0.79). While they have adopted after the cadavers education was “Human is valuable asset. Therefore, while person was both alive or after death, value and respect must be given to the human body.” (4.60±0.93). When the quastionaire data (before and after) were compared, statistically significant differences were found in expression of “Dead human bodies shown in public areas without educational purposes affect cadaver donation adversely” (p=0.037) and “3D modeling or working on the human models is more useful than studying on cadavers in anatomy education” (p=0.005). It was observed that the number of participations was decreased for the first expression and in contrast with increased for the second expression. Conclusion: Physiotheraphy students regard to cadavers for in terms of human aspect and value and attribute to him/her aspecial value in terms of contribute to education. Students who were studying on cadavers in anatomy education tend to see cadaver as an education a material. We thought that these results could be help to shape and improve the anatomy education.

Thus, a descriptive quantitative design was used on a total of (N=100) Multiple Sclerosis patients that were randomly selected by using convenience sampling from the Health Insurance Center in the capital Amman, Jordan. Outcome measurement tools were the demographic data form and the Multiple Sclerosis Quality of Life-54 (MSQOL-54) Scale. The demographic data form consisted of questions about: age in years, gender, stage of multiple scleroses, and physical activities. The Multiple Sclerosis Quality of Life-54 (MSQOL-54) consisted of two domains the physical health composite and the mental health composite. In this study the mental health composite were used by the participants. The results revealed that the QOL- Mental Health Composite among patients with multiple sclerosis was 33.9 + 33.6. Moreover, there was no significant difference in score for male and females p=.874. In addition, there was no significant difference in QOL mental health scores for the age groups p=.165. Finally, there was a significant difference in scores for participants and non-participants in physical activity p=.000. Accordingly, this research concluded that Multiple sclerosis patients’ have a low quality of life in terms of mental health. In addition, practicing physical activities have a positive effect on the quality of mental health among multiple sclerosis patients.

The population of healthcare centres includes patients with disabilities. Until recently, the parameters of their movement during evacuation remain unknown. A training evacuation (not announced for patients) is performed to determine these parameters. It is found that the parameters of the people movement, which determine the estimated evacuation time, are significantly lower than those of healthy people, or they are unable to move independently (in a hospital). The time of the beginning of the evacuation has not been studied in the literature. This paper presents for the first time the results of field observations concerning the evacuation time for patients with disabilities. These data form the initial statistical database. The training evacuation is performed in the outpatient building of Vladimirskii Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute.
