This paper analyzes the existing problems of acting lapping pressure in lapping internal holes of main cylinder of brake-pump with solid abrasives, proposes a new type of solid abrasives supporting method, namely, three supportting points acting lapping pressure method. The method improves pressure distribution between solid abrasives and the surface of the machined workpiece,which is favorable to increase cylindricity of machined hole.Through actual machining process, new method is demonstrated increasing cylindricity accuracy of machined holes of main cylinder significantly.

By means of finite element method this paper analyzes a new support method used in lapping with solid abrasive and reearches lapping pressure distribution between workpiece machining surface and solid abrasive in lapping process with lapping tool pressed by three support points.From results we can find that by means of the new method the lapping pressure distribution between workpiece machining surface and solid abrasive is improved obviously in lapping process,which is favorable to increase cylindricity of machined hole.Through actual machining process, new method is demonstrated increasing cylindricity accuracy of machined holes of main cylinder significantly.

Abstract This article addresses the experiences of Finnish frontline social workers during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in the spring of 2020. Two questions are addressed. First, ‘what types of challenges social work professionals faced’ in their everyday, ‘glocal’ pandemic setting and, second, what types of solutions they developed to meet these challenges. The data consist of 33 personal diaries that social work professionals created from mid-March to the end of May 2020. The diaries are analysed by a thematic content analysis and placed within the framework of a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis. The results suggest that the pandemic challenged social work at all levels, from face-to-face interactions to its global relations. The pandemic revealed not only the number of existing problems of social work, but also created new types of challenges. It demanded ultimate resilience from social workers and a new type of adaptive governance from social welfare institutions.

Aimed at existing problems on the bending performance of pneumatic bending joint, a new type of pneumatic bending joint is proposed in this paper. Double flexible pneumatic actuators are used as actuating drivers. Based on the first law of thermodynamics and the joint dynamic equation, the angle dynamic model is established and analyzed. Moreover simplified model is proposed. Meanwhile, its dynamic characteristic is analyzed through simulation analysis. The simulation suggests the following results: in the gas-filled phase, the joint’s pressure response time is about 10ms; while it is about 60ms in the gas-escape phase; and the angle response time of joint is 10 to 20ms. When the joint damping coefficient is increasing, this value will also increase.

In order to reducing the worker's labor intensity in tobacco sewing, a new machine adoption with single thread sewing technology was developed. Through analyzing the existing problems in sewing machine and the tobacco damage situation, using drawing method, analytic method and other methods, the shape of the sewing component, hook line components and other mating parts were designed. The results show that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, controllable sewing speed, adjustable leaf thickness and quantity. And the tobacco leaf damage rate is low. The comprehensive efficiency in tobacco leaf knitting with this machine is four times higher than that with hand knitting. Its application prospect is considerable.

Nowadays, the application of using industrial robots in manufacture is a diminutive due to its own low rigidity and low stiffness. This leads to high level of vibrations that limits the quality and the precision of the workpiece. So they are usually used for welding, grinding and paint shop. However, the potential of industrial robot applications in machining has be realized. The volume of monolithic components is large and there are many issues in machining process such as geometric tolerance and quality of machined surface. In such cases the traditional CNC machine is replaced by industrial robots, which will reduce the production cost, reduce labor and increase the efficiency. In this paper, the milling experiment of 7050-T7451 aeronautical aluminum alloy was carried out by using industrial robot KR210 R2700. In addition, the experiment was employed to study the influence of milling speed, feed-rate, cutting depth and cutting width on vibrations, surface roughness was also measured to evaluate the machining quality. Besides, the axis of angle was changed which led to the different industrial robot’s postures. The vibration signal of different postures was acquired, which was used to analysis the optimal workspace of industrial robot. The best process parameters were obtained, which will play a guiding significance on the actual production.

In view of the existing problems in the use of the existing insulated pull rods, by studying the overall processing type, the soft pull rod weaving process, the technology of tightly combining the core rod and the protective cover, the technology of connecting the core rod and the metal, etc., a new type suitable for live transmission lines has been developed. Large-tonnage soft insulated pull rod for operation. Effectively solve a series of problems caused by the large deflection of the hard insulated pull rod.

This article mainly introduces the theoretical basis and general structure of the magnetic liquid acceleration sensor, and according to the difference of inertial mass, briefly describes the research progress of the magnetic liquid acceleration sensor by national and foreign scholars in recent years and some in existing problems. Finally, suggestions and prospects for the future development trend of the magnetic liquid acceleration sensor are given.

The development level of trade associations is the important indicator which is used to judge the maturity of development in a country’s or region’s market economy. China now is in the exploratory stage of “disconnect” between the government and trade associations, and the relation between them shall be reconstructed. This paper used the methods of literature research, norms and empirical analysis, etc. to analyze the evolution and existing problems of the relation between the government and trade associations, exploring the new type of relation after trade association disconnect from the government, in order to promote the formation of the modern trade association chamber of commerce system.
