According to engineering features of later-period supportive policy on reservoir resettlement, Economic evaluation index system of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement is built to assess the implementation result of reservoir resettlement policy effectively in recent years. Considering the complexity of the evaluation index and the nonlinear characteristics of evaluation process, it is built that the comprehensive evaluation model of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement based on ANFIS(Fuzzy artificial neural network) to provide the decision-making reference for implementation and improvement of later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement.

Cast-in-place Lightweight Gypsum Wall is a new green wall that industrial by-products are used as the main raw materials and the spot construction is employed by casting in place for construction, which improves the integrity and seismic performance of the wall. Focusing on the cast-in-place light gypsum wall, the body comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the theory of fuzzy matter-element in the background of "Performance", "Technology", "Economy" and "Environment" for evaluation index system. Furthermore, AHP, expert scoring and other methods are used to determine the weights of each value in the evaluation index system.And the principle of comprehensive evaluation is the maximal subjection degree.These will serve as a theoretical underpinning to find the weakness of such walls and explore the market and application prospects.

In view of comprehensive evaluation of the Three-Proof performance for modern aircraft, and based on the damage mechanism of heat and humidity, salt air, and mildew, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established. The weight of each evaluation index is determined with mathematical statistics method and the operations research theory. The comprehensive evaluation model for aircraft Three-Proof performance under the influence of multi-factors is established by using the technology of multi-index comprehensive evaluation synthesis. Through normalized and standardized processing of the data, the Three-Proof performance comprehensive evaluation was carried out on several kinds of typical aircraft in our country. The evaluation result is reasonable, which confirms the credibility of the model as well as the method.

In order to quantitatively evaluate the clean degree of coal resources, the evaluation model and the evaluation system are constructed based on multi-factor and multi-hierarchy evaluation index. Two first-tier indexes, five second-tier indexes and sixteen third-tier indexes are adopted according to the content of harmful elements in coal and their toxicity to establish the evaluation index system. The adopted indexes are quantized using statistical mathematical method, and their weights are obtained utilizing the AHP method. Applying the fuzzy mathematics theory, the multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, which is a good basement for further conducting the clean degree evaluation of coal resources.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

With the rapid development of e-commerce technology, cross-channel consumption has become the mainstream mode of contemporary consumers. However, there are several problems of cross-channel consumption such as inconsistency of online and offline channel information and service, disfluency of channel switching which have brought adverse effects on user experience. The question arises here as to what factors influence user experience and how to build a scientific and effective evaluation index system. Different from previous studies based on sellers, this paper used grounded theory to analyze and summarize the evaluation index system of user experience under cross-channel consumption from the perspective of consumers. We summarized and refined four first level indexes which are “online platform attribute, offline entity attribute, channel switching attribute, and individual demand” and 13 second level indexes which are “platform operation, platform information, platform service, platform promotion, product quality, service quality, environment quality, channel consistency, channel switching cost, channel switching fluency, psychological expectation, personal interests and individual needs.” Then, we used BP neural network to build the evaluation model and trained and simulated the performance of the sample. The results show that the evaluation model has a good generalization ability and can effectively evaluate user experience under cross-channel consumption. Finally, implications and limitations are also discussed. This study helps to enrich the theoretical research on user experience and consumer behavior. It also provides targeted basis for in-depth analysis of cross-channel consumption behavior, establishment of user experience evaluation index system, and improving user experience and multichannel management of physical stores.

Analysis has been made on the adaptive optimization design of machining center tool changing manipulator by the application of the quantitative analysis tools. Thus adaptive comprehensive evaluation index is proposed and the adaptive comprehensive evaluation model of product is established. On the basis of primary evaluation on various indicators such as Product function adaptability with methods of Multilevel Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation, then, the secondary comprehensive evaluation will be continued and comprehensive adaptability evaluation level of FV-1100A machining center tool changing manipulator will be gained, thus providing guides and evidence for further improvement of product design. Through presenting adaptive measuring values of all proposals in schematic design phase and the quantitate evaluation on the complexity of modifying the design.

According to the characteristics of green technology innovation, the paper puts forward evaluation index system of green technology innovation capacity , establishes comprehensive evaluation model based on improved BP neutral algorithm by Matlab toolbox, and carries out empirical analysis of data from automobile manufacture industry, finally reaches a conclusion.
