With the rapid development of international trade, many companies begin to use the electronic mode in trade, orders ,negotiation, contracts, customs clearance, logistics and other business.Information technology could improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. However, for the complexity of international trade business, it is necessary to communicate with many business-oriented management and government departments. Thus, how to deal with cross-border large scale identity authentication between the users and the systems becomes a difficult issue. This paper discusses the cloud certification service platform constructed with the interconnection based on PKI,multi-level authentication and single window service mode and other technologies. The scheme could make full use of the existing infrastructure in transnational trade.

The special libraries in departments with the comprehensive library of university constitute together a multi-level, multi-faceted and multi-type college literature resources sharing system. The special libraries in department could be play an unique role for discipline construction and join in discipline construction through providing several services including literature and information service, special works service and date processing. In the construction of special library in department, special attention must be paid to the purchase of professional books, the reformation and innovation of service mode to highlight the construction of discipline, and also the enhancing professional qualities of librarians.

The project cost industry got rapid development with large scale development construction projects in china. The government's management departments of project cost, in order to provide the capacity and level of management, the transformation of the mode of management, strengthening the project cost information service function, implement the informatization strategy comprehensively. But in the country, because of the lack of unified project cost information technology planning, and construction standards, resulted in the formation of many "islands of information". Therefore, the article proposes information management system integration of project cost for the management department of project cost to meet the urgent needs of project cost sharing and using.

Drought is a main factor limiting crop yields. Modern agricultural technologies such as irrigation systems, ground mulching, and rainwater storage can prevent drought, but these are only temporary solutions. Understanding the physiological, biochemical, and molecular reactions of plants to drought stress is therefore urgent. The recent rapid development of genomics tools has led to an increasing interest in phenomics, i.e., the study of phenotypic plant traits. Among phenomic strategies, high-throughput phenotyping (HTP) is attracting increasing attention as a way to address the bottlenecks of genomic and phenomic studies. HTP provides researchers a non-destructive and non-invasive method yet accurate in analyzing large-scale phenotypic data. This review describes plant responses to drought stress and introduces HTP methods that can detect changes in plant phenotypes in response to drought.

As the raw material of lithium-ion batteries, lithium carbonate plays an important role in the development of new energy field. Due to the extremely uneven distribution of lithium resources in the world, the security of supply in countries with less say would be greatly threatened if trade restrictions or other accidents occurred in large-scale exporting countries. It is of great significance to help these countries find new partners based on the existing trade topology. This study uses the link prediction method, based on the perspective of the topological structure of trade networks in various countries and trade rules, and eliminates the influence of large-scale lithium carbonate exporting countries on the lithium carbonate trade of other countries, to find potential lithium carbonate trade links among importing and small-scale exporting countries, and summarizes three trade rules: (1) in potential relationships involving two net importers, a relationship involving either China or the Netherlands is more likely to occur; (2) for all potential relationships, a relationship that actually occurred for more than two years in the period in 2009–2018 is more likely to occur in the future; and (3) potential relationships pairing a net exporter with a net importer are more likely to occur than other country combinations. The results show that over the next five to six years, Denmark and Italy, Netherlands and South Africa, Turkey and USA are most likely to have a lithium carbonate trading relationship, while Slovenia and USA, and Belgium and Thailand are the least likely to trade lithium carbonate. Through this study, we can strengthen the supply security of lithium carbonate resources in international trade, and provide international trade policy recommendations for the governments of importing countries and small-scale exporting countries.

AbstractGraph partition is a classical combinatorial optimization and graph theory problem, and it has a lot of applications, such as scientific computing, VLSI design and clustering etc. In this paper, we study the partition problem on large scale directed graphs under a new objective function, a new instance of graph partition problem. We firstly propose the modeling of this problem, then design an algorithm based on multi-level strategy and recursive partition method, and finally do a lot of simulation experiments. The experimental results verify the stability of our algorithm and show that our algorithm has the same good performance as METIS. In addition, our algorithm is better than METIS on unbalanced ratio.

As the volume of remotely sensed data grows significantly, content-based image retrieval (CBIR) becomes increasingly important, especially for cloud computing platforms that facilitate processing and storing big data in a parallel and distributed way. This paper proposes a novel parallel CBIR system for hyperspectral image (HSI) repository on cloud computing platforms under the guide of unmixed spectral information, i.e., endmembers and their associated fractional abundances, to retrieve hyperspectral scenes. However, existing unmixing methods would suffer extremely high computational burden when extracting meta-data from large-scale HSI data. To address this limitation, we implement a distributed and parallel unmixing method that operates on cloud computing platforms in parallel for accelerating the unmixing processing flow. In addition, we implement a global standard distributed HSI repository equipped with a large spectral library in a software-as-a-service mode, providing users with HSI storage, management, and retrieval services through web interfaces. Furthermore, the parallel implementation of unmixing processing is incorporated into the CBIR system to establish the parallel unmixing-based content retrieval system. The performance of our proposed parallel CBIR system was verified in terms of both unmixing efficiency and accuracy.
