This paper firstly analyzed the current situation of integrated passenger transportation hub, putting forward the integrated passenger transportation hub had a strong advantage on developing green low-carbon economy. And then based on the energy consumption analysis of integrated passenger transportation hub, energy saving and emission reduction management measures were proposed.

Acid rain and greenhouse effect are the major air pollution problems in China, and the goals for the total emission control of NOx and total energy consumption control begin to move forward in the 12th five-year plan. NOx emission reduction and energy saving of coal-fired power plants are still put in a strategic position. Accordingly, it is of great significance to carry out power planning work, considering effect of NOx emission index and energy saving on power industry. In this study, a mixed 0-1 integer linear power generation expansion model based on total emission control of NOx and low carbon economy effect is developed for the first time, which can be used for studying the change of power structure, confirming the releasing emissions of NOx from power system for development and reducing energy consumption by total amount control of power coal consumption and CO2 emission growth rate. The model is applied to the power system in Heilongjiang province and the results indicate that the proposed model not only can meet the requirement of power generation expansion management, but also can help the power industry clear the economic impact of NOx emission reduction on self-development and achieve the energy saving target.

Low-carbon economy was an inevitable choice in response to climate warming. With the deep analysis of the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC), this paper used two models to analyze the relationship between the growth of a country’s economic and the quantity of pollutants produced in the process. The empirical study compare the two groups of samples, which described energy consumption per unit of industrial added value, each group contains five symbolic provinces or municipalities in coastal and western areas. The outcome proved the positive significance of technology innovation.

Low-carbon tourism is proposed as a new pattern to develop the global low-carbon economy, which goes with the tide in the global climate of change. Because tourism industry has a so close association with another industries that almost every link of tourism activities could be related to energy consumption and CO2 emission. So, energy conservation and emission reduction constitute an important part of developing low-carbon tourism. This article selects GanSu Province, the weak ecological environment, as the research object. In accordance with the documents research and mathematical statistics , and the "bottom-up" study method., we made an research on energy consumption and the CO2 emission of GanSu province from the tourism travel , tourism accommodation, and tourism activities, respectively. From the result, GanSu's tourism with low-carbon and energy-saving characteristics, accounting for 0.45% energy consumptions and 0.86% CO2 emission in that of the GanSu's tourism. It shows that tourism fits in with the requirements of low-carbon tourism development. However, one of the most important factor in the tourism energy consumption and the CO2 emission is the tourism transportation, accounting for 68.83% energy consumptions and 65.96% CO2 emission in that of tourism respectively, which should be focus on as the key link in low-carbon tourism development.

The low-carbon economy becomes a hot issue in every country after Copenhagen’s meeting, and Logistics enterprise is an important economic entity to achieve a low carbon economy, so how to effectively evaluate the effect of logistics enterprises and low-carbon benefits of emission reduction become a problem that really needed to solve. Therefore, it evaluated the effects of low-carbon benefits of logistics respectively from the economic benefits, logistics operational efficiency and CO2 emission reduction by AHP. Based on it, logistics enterprise evaluation model of low-carbon benefits was built in the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally verified the effectiveness of the evaluation system with a case.

The face of the world economic development has transitioned to a low-carbon economy, in order to meet the dual challenges of climate change and scientific development, the development of low-carbon economy has become the reality of the development of key choice. In this background, based on energy consumption situation in Hebei Province,we use GM (1,1) gray prediction model to predict Hebei Provinces energy consumption and energy consumption structure in 2003-2010. Based on the analysis of the results, support from the policies, laws, and adjust the industrial structure, promote the three levels of the low-carbon concept has made a number of recommendations for the Hebei Province future energy planning and low-carbon development.

As the biggest developing country in the world, with sustainable and fast development of economy, the fossil energy consumption and carbon emission increases so quickly that the problem of energy security and carbon emission is more and more prominent In China. Therefore, building the sustainable energy supply system and energy consumption mode is the important guarantee for constructing harmonious society. This paper analyses the status of the gross energy consumption and its structure change in China, and then researches the problems of the energy consumption structure. In the end, the paper puts forward the specific countermeasures on optimizing the energy consumption structure, such as striving to develop new energy, improving the using of energy efficiency, promoting the development of low-carbon economy and so on.
