Biscuit, as a common snack, in order to attract the children’s attention, besides its taste and shape, packaging design is equally important. The beautifully decorated surface of the box can be divided into a number of blocks (4 or 9) by setting the punch lines. After the biscuits are eaten up, tear the box along the punch lines, then it becomes a simple jigsaw puzzle. Inside the box except the biscuits bag, a cute clamp like scissors added. So the children can gripping biscuits by the clamp rather than by hand directly.

With the development of science and technology and the progress of human society,We gradually know that survival environment is worsening, the further development of the economy has been restricted. These problems directly affect the reproduction of human civilization,So our country put forward the strategy of sustainable development. The concept of green packaging design is adapted to the demand of the times,in order to explore the application of the green idea in the packaging design.Green packaging design needs to consider packaging materials, this will affect the packaging cost. The 60% ~ 80% of the packaging cost have been confirmed in the product design stage.Green packaging structure design should be considered, the structure of reasonable design of packaging, not only can reduce cost, but also reduce the adverse impact on the environment. When we need to use the least amount of packaging materials,a sphere is the best choice. The height of the cylinder is equal to the radius of 2 times through calculation,Its surface area is smallest.Green packaging, therefore, on the one hand, can avoid the waste of resources, let our design work can be harmonious with our living environment.

This research was made to redesign the packing of Burayot, a typical snack from Garut. Food packaging, in addition to serving as a food protector, can also be a medium for communicating related food product information, brand, positioning and product differentiation. Burayot is a typical snack of Garut made from raw rice flour, brown sugar and coconut milk. In its development appeared other flavors, such as pandanus, black rice, menthol, strawberries, sesame and cheese. Generally, families in the area of Leles Garut can make burayot, but not every family sells it as commercial product. There are some small medium enterprises (SME) that produce burayot as commercial snack with different brands, such as Mak Ijoh, Saboga and Bu Lilis. However, those SMES haven’t made packaging design as one of their concern in doing their business, yet. Saboga has fairly good sales distribution, the products can be easily found in several gift shops in Garut and Bandung. But, as mentioned before, this brand has not been considering the packaging design. Its packaging hasn’t shown strong visual identities to distinguish it from other products, and it also hasn’t contained information needed for a packaging. This research method is qualitative by using experimental approach in the form of packaging design through design stages, visual studies and visual styling. Several trials of packaging materials are constrained by the content of cooking oil in the burayot confectionery that is widely absorbed in paper materials. The addition of paper material to the packaging structure has not been successful, so the experiment focuses more on the packaging label appearance. The results of this study are expected to help SME producers, especially Sabay burayot snacks can have packaging with a strong identity and clear information, so that consumers are easier to distinguish with other gifts.

Some packaging used in current domestic market has caused not only certain environmental pollution, but also waste of resources. The green logistics and packaging proposed recently can protect the environment and curb wasting of resources. Additionally, it can improve international competiveness of goods and facilitate the sustainable and harmonious development of economy and environment. However, the overall execution of green logistics and packaging policies is hindered by Chinese consumer's lack in the knowledge of green logistics and packaging, the unsound legal system related, absence of technical talents in the area, shortage of green packaging supply and other factors. Therefore, this discussion is conducted on the influential factors of green packaging, green packaging structure, and green packaging design by enterprises and government, influences of green logistics, consumers' consuming awareness and behaviors, and other aspects, to study the nationwide practice of green logistics and packaging policy for its practice and development.

Because of a waste problem in plastic hose packaging of daily chemical products, this article recommends an improvement to the structure and material of packaging design for these products. Through the use of a Ziploc®-type structure, this re-design achieves the needs for making full use of package contents and for package reloading functionality. TPE rubber replaces traditional PE plastic, making the improved structure more reasonable to produce, while promoting environmental protection.
