Bond Graph theory is a powerful tool in the field of dynamics and multiple-energy domains analyses of complex engineering systems. On the purpose of analyses the dynamic characters of Stirling Engine fuel supply system, the author built a Stirling Engine fuel supply system model based on Bond Graph theory, derived the state equations including pump system and hydraulic system equations and built the Simulink model for simulation, finally verified the accuracy of the model through experiment.

The uC_OS-II embedded real-time operation system is used to improve the original designed fuel supply system of a Stirling engine which governed by the electronic control system based on a rotating speed control method. Task modules for each level are built and the fail-safe modules are also improved in this paper. The developed fuel supply system is investigated through experiment, and test results show that the new real-time operating system works stably and realizes the fuel supply fast adjustment.

The results of the investigation of operational reliability of the fuel supply system of diesel engines F1A FIAT DUCATO cars, the main reasons for the system's loss of operability, the numeri-cal characteristics of its failure-free performance are given. On the basis of processing the array of experimental data on faults and failures in the system, the regularities of change of failure intensi-ty and probabilities of failure-free operation of its main parts depending on vehicle mileage are determined. Methods and algorithm of troubleshooting and timely elimination of damages occur-ring in the fuel supply system are proposed and tested at the FIAT PROFESSIONAL dealership in Vladimir. The introduction of the results of the performed investigations into the production pro-cesses of car service enterprises allows to significantly reduce the costs of maintaining the opera-ble state of the diesel engine fuel supply system in operation.

A survey of study on dimethyl ether engine fuel supply system at home and abroad was described, including pump-pipe-nozzle system and common-rail fuel supply system. The main trouble of practical application of dimethyl ether engine is wear and leakage problems in the fuel delivery system caused by low viscosity of dimethyl ether. For controllable premixed combustion of dimethyl ether engine, a fuel injection system is developed which is consisted of a diaphragm pump and a wear self-compensation nozzle or an independent lubrication nozzle. The system is expected to solve the above problems essentially and becomes a development direction for the future.

AMESim model is on the basis of particular model gas engine fuel supply system. Elaborated the model in detail and made static and dynamic simulation. The static and dynamic characteristics curves of this system is got. Several important ideal structural parameters of this system were obtained. The results can be used for a theoretical basis for rapid prototyping and system structure optimization.

The performance of diesel’s fuel-supply system is the key to ensuring the normal operation of diesel and there are many kinds of causes to the same fault phenomenon. In order to ensure the sound performance of the diesel, the fuel-supply system of diesel is made research of as the main object. The components of the fuel-supply system, common fault of the components and the fault-detection methods are analyzed. What’s more, the common fault phenomenon and fault-elimination methods are further analyzed. Emergent treatment to system fault is set forth so as to improve the efficiency in the process of equipment maintenance, reduce the time consumption of maintenance and finally achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
