In the process of fault signal detection of large-scale integrated circuit, the fault signal detection can improve the working performance of large-scale integrated circuit. The traditional detection system is simple, time-consuming, and the error is large, the fault signal detection haslow accuracy. In view of this situation, a new design method of large scale integrated circuit fault signal detection system is proposed based on single chip microcomputer. S3C2410 is taken as hardware design basis, and the signal sensor is used, the software algorithm uses three B spline wavelet transform for ORB wave detection method. The detection is completed.The experiment experimental results show that the system can improve the detection accuracy greatly, and effectively improve the work efficiency.

With the gradual development of industrial technology, visual measuring technique has been widely used in industrial field. In the automatic production, it is used in the analysis of objects characteristics, the detection of working condition and the control of quality. This paper mainly studies how the machine vision theory is applied in the practical detections, and develops the overall visual detection platform. It uses the serial port communication between VC++6.0 and Single-Chip Microcomputer to control the experimental platform. In order to realize to test the production defects, it uses the knowledge of mathematical morphology to put forward a defect detection method of production image based on regional morphology. It can realize to simulate actual production line, and has a certain development prospects for real-time detections of product quality.

Based on platinum resistance as temperature medium, according to the measurement precision requirements during geothermal testing process, optimize the circuit design and segmented curve fitting were used, discussed the feasibility of realize high precision temperature detection. Combined with high precision temperature measurement circuit, through the single chip microcomputer control, segmented curve fitting the temperature sampling value, get the corresponding D-t curve, and compensate the nonlinear relationship of platinum resistance in the practical work, to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement of the temperature.

The system adopted the way of the combination of software and hardware which used to detect oil pipeline leakage and located the accurate leak point. The hardware circuit using STC12C5A60S2 SCM、various types of sensors and MAX485 network and so on. Application of the Kingview technology to design a set of leakage monitor screen in software component. The system uses different sensors to measure the changes in various parameters of pipeline. And by changing parameters to judge whether a leakage happened. If it judged the presence of oil spill then upload the alarm information step by step, after terminal PC receives various parameters of information and then display the information of each code on monitoring interface and alarm the exact location, at the same time sends alarm sound.

The application of physiological and biochemical indicators in athlete training and competition has become a hot research topic in related fields at home and abroad. Both coaches and scientific researchers hope to use quantitative physiological and biochemical indicators to study the load, fatigue, and recovery of athletes in training competitions and use them to scientifically guide athletes in training competitions, improve sports performance, and reduce injuries. This article introduces in detail the development status of wireless sensor network technology, energy consumption detection system, and ZigBee technology. On this basis, the focus is on the design of the detection terminal (coordinator and router node), the routing protocol of the ZigBee network, and the algorithm for the detection of human energy consumption. This subject proposes a design plan for the human exercise energy consumption detection system and researches and designs the wireless sensor network coordinator, router node, and host computer monitoring system. The microprocessors of the two types of network nodes use the single-chip microcomputer. Among them, the router node is composed of sensor modules, data transmission modules, and power modules; the software part is transplanted to ZigBee protocol Z-Stack, combined with the routing algorithm, and we add the corresponding node function code to achieve them. Based on the introduction of the development status and development points of the single-chip-based motion wireless sensor, this article focuses on the analysis of the single-chip-based motion wireless sensor network products. The common features of the single-chip microcomputer are wireless, huge low power consumption, and simple development. Engineering practice shows that the designed system is relatively good in terms of reliability and stability of data transmission; even in the case of severe noise interference and electromagnetic interference, the probability of network nodes malfunctioning is still very small. The router node processes and analyzes the collected motion data, calculates the energy consumption and motion state of human motion based on the acceleration value of each axis and extracts data characteristics, and transmits the obtained results to the coordinator for real-time display.

Traditional fighter electrical boxes detection system can not be efficient and accurate implementation in detecting electrical boxes, in order to achieve accurate detection of the electrical box, this paper had designed a detection device consists of upper machine and lower machine system. The system is based on the C8051F120 single chip microcomputer as the core. It is controlled by a machine on and off of the FPGA to drive the relay array to detect the safety status of electric box, through the communication between upper machine and lower machine to display the measurement results. The integrated test system can detect various fighter electrical control boxes, which overcomes the shortcoming of a test equipment in the past can only test a class of products, improves test accuracy and efficiency.
