The strong development of science and technology, especially the outstanding achievements in the recent fourth industrial revolution, has created many changes in the fields of social life. Especially in the fields of military in general, combat activities in particular, the application of scientific and technological achievements to improve the effectiveness of commanders and staffs contributing to creating breakthroughs in construction, regular, modern and elite armies of all countries' army. Recently, the use of UAVs, the quintessential product of science and technology, has brought a lot of effectiveness in modern combat operations, especially in reconnaissance and targeting targets in difficult combat conditions. From that common trend, the article generalized the history, discussed and posed a number of characteristics of requirements and design for UAVs to meet the new requirements of modern warfare.

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology, the fast-paced social life has caused a great impact on college students who have not yet fully matured, leading to frequent suicides in colleges and universities, which has aroused widespread attention from the society. By consulting the relevant comprehensive materials, this paper analyzes the individual factors of individual students and puts forward the corresponding methods of prevention and intervention-n from four aspects: individual spirit, personality, ruminant thinking and cognitive incongruity.

The development of science, technology and information (science and technology) is very fast and globalization nowadays occur positive and negative impacts on people's lives, both individual and social life. The positive impact of the development of science and technology and the globalization of the labor market is opening opportunities in accordance with the needs of society and the state. While the negative impact is the changing values and norms of life that is often in contradiction with the norms and values of life that has existed in the community. In this context, education, especially primary education, plays a very important to preserve and protect the norms and positive life values that already exist in the society of a country from the negative effects of science and technology development and globalization. The education process is right and quality provided supplies and power to maintain the "identity" of the negative effects of globalization, not only for the interests of individual learners, but also for the benefit of society and the state. National policy development of the noble character education into the national education system is a strategic effort to equip future generations with the noble character of the nation as the identity of Indonesia in global competition. With the character education that is applied systematically and sustainably, a child will be emotionally intelligent. Emotional intelligence is important provision in preparing children to meet the future, because someone will be more easily and successfully face all kinds of life challenges, including the challenge to succeed academically.

Productive citizens of the next century will possess the lifelong learning and technical skills required to deal with constant change resulting from a rapidly advancing technological society. Educational reform is needed to prepare students adequately for the challenges they will face in the future. At the Central Virginia Governor's School for Science and Technology, a variety of techniques have been developed during the last six years which infuse the use of technology throughout the curriculum. This article describes three technology infusion categories providing examples and rationale for using them with gifted students and offers suggestions for planning and implementing technology infusion programs.

The rapid development of urbanization promotes the development of the construction industry greatly. Due to long life cycle of the construction projects, construction industry and other industry departments associate widely. Therefore, construction industry inevitably has a big impact on economic growth. Based on the view that science and technology (ST) is the first productive force, this paper calculates 4 kinds of embodied science and technology impacts including ST personnel, full-time equivalent research and development (R&D) personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures of construction industry based on the developed input–output social life-cycle assessment (S-LCA) model and satellite matrix. Results show that the ST personnel, full-time equivalent R&D personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures between 2002 and 2007 all have increased in different degrees, so as to promote the overall development of economy and science.

God grant to the great potential of human reason as an instrument <br />for thinking. And the reason humans can develop a philosophical exploration. The philosophical exploration can build by creating dialogue and collaborations between science, philosophy, logic and language. Civilization as composite from spirit and attitude and ways of social life can’t separate from philosophy in forming of good society’s behavior. In the other hand, language, science and technology are also having important roles in civilization. The results of science are impossible to understand with societies if never communicate by language. Therefore, with the achievement of those aspects and discoveries of human philosophy can build a civilization throughout historical from time to time. Thus, in the history of human civilization, science, philosophy, logic and language have their respective roles that sometimes require the dialogue and or cooperation between the fourth in a valuable form of civilization in the history of life.

<p>Students, teachers and curriculum often get the spotlight in education. Unruh dam Alexander sees that educational innovation often targets the improvement of the three elements. Students experience social dynamics and psychology, which contextually affects how to educate the real child. Teachers as facilitators of learning in schools must improve the professional skills continuously which means contextually how to do learning in accordance with the needs and development of students. Likewise the curriculum as a set of references in the implementation of education should reflect the needs of students with all its complexities in social life, science and technology.</p><p> </p><p>Siswa, guru dan kurikulum sering mendapat sorotan dalam dunia pendidikan. Unruh dam Alexander melihat bahwa inovasi pendidikan sering memberikan sasaran pada perbaikan ketiga unsur tersebut. Siswa mengalami dinamika sosial dan psikologi, yang secara kontekstual akan mempengaruhi bagaimana mendidik anak yang sebenarnya. Guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran di sekolah harus meningkatkan kemampuan profesional secara terus-menerus yang artinya secara kontekstual bagaimana melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan siswa. Demikian juga kurikulum sebagai seperangkat acuan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan harus mencerminkan kebutuhan siswa dengan segala kompleksitanya dalam kehidupan sosial, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.</p>

In the era of globalization the development of science and technology is developing very rapidly. With the development of science and technology many foreign cultures / foreign cultures have entered Bali. Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is known as the island of a thousand temples, so that a lot of Balinese culture is starting to fade. Youth plays a very important role in the success of a nation. Ajeg bali is an identity politics or movement to maintain Balinese ethnic identity that aims to restore Balinese society in the context of the experience of the teachings of Hinduism and Balinese culture (re-Balinization and re-Hinduisasi). Ajeg Bali is closely related to the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana concept in social life. Where the implementation of the steady Balinese concept is expected to create harmony in Bali and preservation of traditions and culture in Bali. Youth in Bali do not consider Ajeg Bali to be a stagnant concept but rather a conscious and sustainable modernization. In practice, Balinese youth are able to defend their identity and culture from the new values ​​and culture that globalization promotes. Cultural hegemony, has become quite painful for the people of Bali. Until then redefining the role of all elements of Balinese society, especially young people, trying to restore the meaning of Balinese culture and traditions in the daily breath of its people. Efforts to preserve the tradition above the Ajeg Bali movement lead to an increase in the strength of young Balinese so as not to fall into the conquest of global cultural hegemony. Bali's steady design even though it had to pass the commodification of the practical political interests of the authorities, but in its course this design was identified as a cultural movement.

Work has recently begun in the Physics Department of the Manchester College of Science and Technology on an attempt to simulate lunar luminescence in the laboratory. This programme is running parallel with that of our colleagues in the Manchester University Astronomy Department, who are making observations of the luminescent spectrum of the Moon itself. Our instruments are as yet only partly completed, but we will describe briefly what they are to consist of, in the hope that we may benefit from the comments of others in the same field, and arrange to co-ordinate our work with theirs.
