In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology, the fast-paced social life has caused a great impact on college students who have not yet fully matured, leading to frequent suicides in colleges and universities, which has aroused widespread attention from the society. By consulting the relevant comprehensive materials, this paper analyzes the individual factors of individual students and puts forward the corresponding methods of prevention and intervention-n from four aspects: individual spirit, personality, ruminant thinking and cognitive incongruity.

The rapid development of urbanization promotes the development of the construction industry greatly. Due to long life cycle of the construction projects, construction industry and other industry departments associate widely. Therefore, construction industry inevitably has a big impact on economic growth. Based on the view that science and technology (ST) is the first productive force, this paper calculates 4 kinds of embodied science and technology impacts including ST personnel, full-time equivalent research and development (R&D) personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures of construction industry based on the developed input–output social life-cycle assessment (S-LCA) model and satellite matrix. Results show that the ST personnel, full-time equivalent R&D personnel, ST activities’ funding and intramural expenditures between 2002 and 2007 all have increased in different degrees, so as to promote the overall development of economy and science.

The rapid development of science and technology brings changes in all walks of life. Human creativity is growing so as to encourage the acquisition of new findings in the field of technology that is used as a means of improving the welfare of humanity. One product of human creativity is an online game. As a media, internet games are very influential on the human mind which is absorbed through the two senses, namely seeing and hearing.Online gaming is a new lifestyle for some people in every age group. In the perspective of sociology, people who make online games opium, tend to be egocentric and put forward individualism. This is dangerous for the social life of the individual, they naturally move away from the surrounding environment and it is possible to marginalize themselves so that they assume that their life is in cyberspace and their social environment is only where they play the game. From the problems above, we need a solution that is expected to reduce, manage the level of addiction to mobile online games for adolescent behavior. This design is expected to be able to contribute to the prevention and management of mobile online games addiction for teenagers so that the future of the nation's next generation is more qualified.

SELF-EFFICACY AND ACADEMIC BURNOUT FOR WORKING STUDENTS. Academic burnout refers to stress, burden or other psychological factors because the learning process is followed by students so that it shows the state of emotional fatigue, tendency to depersonalization, and feeling of low personal achievement. There are individual factors that can affect burnout; one of the individual factors that can influence academic burnout is academic self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout in working students. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout on students who work. This means that the higher academic self-efficacy, the lower academic burnout in working students, conversely the lower of Academic self-efficacy, the higher academic burnout in working students.

At present, with the continuous improvement and rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, especially the sudden rise of electronic information technology, the new communication tools are changing with each passing day. In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the maritime power strategy. College students shoulder the heavy responsibility of building a maritime power, and they can get close to the ocean and appreciate the charm of the sea through participating in sailing. In recent years, with the rapid development of sailing in China, more and more colleges and universities have begun to participate in the sailing. For example, Xiamen University on behalf of China to participate in the World University Sailing Championships, and Qingdao University of Science and Technology on behalf of China to participate in the Russian St. Petersburg University Regatta. More and more sailing teams of universities went abroad to the world. In 2017, the China University Student Sailing Championship attracted more than 30 colleges and universities from all over the country. There are sailing courses in the universities that performance well in sailing races, such as Xiamen University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Dalian Maritime University. These courses are loved by many students, and the sport is especially appealing to students who like challenges, brainstorm and enjoy good physical constitution. Sailing is a combination of intelligence and physical strength. Theory and practical teaching are both very important in teaching. If the teacher combines theory and practical teaching in the teaching process, then the students will have a more solid grasp of the learning content in the sailing course, and their learning process will be more secure.
