Needs realization of the food estate concept partially in strengthening food security in the agricultural sector cannot be done by the government and society, but also involves corporations. One form of corporate involvement in this research is a program from BNI in the form of farmer cards. The farmer card program is expected to provide efficiency for farmers so that they can receive the distribution of government support in the right amount, the right type, the right time, the right place, the right quality and the right price. This study aims to measure the implementation of the BNI farmer card implementation to provide a pattern of relationship to the potential development of the food estate concept in Pulang Pisau. implementation of BNI farmer cards in the Pulang Pisau community through indicators of understanding and compliance (X1), behavior and culture (X2), economic conditions (X3), policy issues (X4), facilities and infrastructure (X5), and stakeholder support (X6) for Realization food estate concept. The World Bank reacted quickly to the food price crisis that began in 2008 through the Global Food Crisis Response Program (GFRP), which blends quick track financing from International Development Association (IDA) and IBRD (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) with trust asset grants to address the prompt food emergency, while urging agrarian frameworks to fabricate flexibility for what's to come. GFRP assets have as of now financed operations adding up to US$1.5 billion coming to about 40 million affected individuals in 44 nations. This paper reviews the achievement of the intended objectives which were underlining for conceptualizing the idea.

Agricultural development is a precondition for the overall economic development of a country. India occupies sixth rank in the world in terms of agricultural development. India stands in the second rank in the production of rice next to china. The share of Indian agriculture is 2.4 percent in the world. Rapid growth in agriculture is essential not only to achieve self-reliance but also for the food security of the household. The agricultural sector through its product contribution, factor contribution, and market contribution might act as the leading sector for economic development. Economist Arthur Lewis thinks that agricultural surplus is used by the secondary and tertiary sectors for their expansion for maintaining food security and at the same time mobilizing a large agricultural surplus for the urban areas is much needed for agricultural development.  This paper is mostly focussed on the Log- Linear Regression model of Cob Douglas type and it is adopted to estimate the vital factor which determines the yield. A Yield is for two farm size that is small and large farmers in the regression model, yield is considered as a dependent variable and input factor of the following analyses.

Aim: Food security is one of the most pressing issues of our century because of its implications for the future. To that extent, this article is a preliminary attempt to shed light on the opportunities stemming from the commercialization of quinoa. Description: We undertook this study to try and grasp why the Cosmovision of Andean populations consider quinoa as an alternative for development. We first go through some aspects of food security, sovereignty and justice, which will eventually lead us to take a closer look at quinoa’s proper characteristics and production process. We will complement our study by an analysis of data on the commercialization of quinoa in order to evaluate its opportunities internationally. Conclusions: Quinoa presents very interesting nutritive characteristics, offers a variety of seeds, is relatively easy to grow virtually anywhere and can be used in a number of byproducts. To that extent, it should be seriously considered as palatable solution to the global food crisis.
