The results of research work on unifying the data formats that are required for the implementation of the analytical component in the structure of information systems intended for the solution of expert predictive problems in the sphere of communications and broadcasting are presented. Based on the results of the analysis of the main automated systems and their functional capabilities the necessity of introducing an analytical component into existing and future systems as well as unifying data formats as an indispensable condition for their interaction is substantiated. A set of unified data formats developed for a promising layout of an analytical system for the development of communications and broadcasting is considered.

AbstractThe authors present their experiences in assisting the government of Niger to develop automated information systems for health care management. They discuss the structure of the health system, the role of donor assistance, the process of initiating automated systems, and the technical requirements and costs of the system. Finally, they draw general conclusions that may be useful for those attempting similar efforts.

The demand for CBIR-based systems is increasing day-by-day with the increase of its applications. Nowadays, various digital information systems like Medicine, Digital Libraries, Biodiversity information systems, Fingerprint Identification, crime prevention, and many more are in trend, and all these systems need accuracy. Several Automated Systems were earlier developed using features to improve the systems' accuracy, but it introduces complexity and speed. A fast Demeanor Ensemble features-based approach is proposed to cope with this issue, which also deals with accuracy, speeds up the system, and reduces its complexity. Different shape-based features are used to form 3-set composite features, followed by the selection phase where the ALO algorithm is utilized and reduces system complexity. The accuracy of the proposed system is estimated using distance-based matching methods. Correl-1000 dataset is used to analyze the system's performance based on different metrics, and the results show the proposed system's ability.

This article presents problems related to understanding, classification and implementation of the principles of organization and operation of automated systems in forensic expert activity. The basis of the classification is adoption of systems that can be used in activities of forensic science institutions. Depending on the destination, information systems differentiate into the following types: documentary and factographic. Forensic science institutions mainly use factographic information systems in their activities. Each information system, depending on the purpose of creation, can be constructed according to certain principles. We have provided a detailed analysis of such fundamental principles of automated system activity, namely: principle of legality; principle of information selection; principle of using hardware and software modules; principle of the possibility of step-by-step creating an information system; principle of simplicity and flexibility in terms of specific requirements of concrete information system application; principle of system acceptance for user of the "human – machine" dialogue; principle of distribution of information support; principle of task originality; principle of structural organization; principle of system approach; principle of combining the preparation of primary and machine documents; the principle of consistency of bandwidth of individual parts of a system; principle of data bank security; principle of using a professional language, etc. Author's definition of legality in forensic expert activity is presented that is understood as a complex social and legal phenomenon which main criterion is the legality category consisting of a set of subjective rights reflected and fixed in current legislation, formed as a result of objective social development.

The article discusses modern approaches to improving the management of microloans in remote customer service. The lack of full-fledged microfinance information systems reduces the efficiency of credit institutions, which, as a result, leads to an increase in interest rates and hampers the development of the microloans market to the public. One of the modern areas of lending to the population, which allows to solve the problems of cash turnover, is the improvement of automated systems for managing micro-loans for remote customer service. The theoretical basis for improving the automation of long-term and short-term microloans is presented. Presented the development and improvement of information subsystems for loans.
