The latest Pope Francis encyclical entitled "On The Fraternity and Social Friendship" (Fratelli Tutti) was signed on October 3, 2020. This encyclical emerged as the world was struggling against the Covid 19 pandemic. This encyclical is considered a universal proposal and is proposed to improve the world. Global phenomena in the form of: social injustice, environmental damage, ineffective handling of the pandemic, and various other major problems, considered by the Pope as urgent to be reflected and renewed. Through this encyclical, the pope invites all parties, all religions, even atheists, to work together in creating a better world for everyone. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Pope Francis has reflected on the pandemic as a universal call to strengthen human fraternity. Pope invites all parties during the pandemic, to think about and prepare for a better world in the context of humanity. The world after the pandemic must be a world that is more welcoming to everyone without exception. It is hoped that a world that is more humane and in solidarity will be able to overcome the problems of humanity before The pope's initial thoughts are contained in his eight letters compiled in a book entitled Life After The Pandemic. The encyclical "On The Fraternity and Social Friendship" (Fratelli Tutti), which emerged afterward, is a concrete form of the pope's thinking about what is needed to reform the world today. What is the proposal like? Is it really relevant to renew the world? How can this be realized?

The driving force behind Inuit interest in international affairs has been the determination to solve the problems of under-development, environmental damage, social injustice, inadequate legal recognition and limited or non-existent self-government. To assist in the solution of these problems, the Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC) was founded in 1977. The Conference, which is presently headed by a Canadian Inuit (Mary Simon), holds a general assembly every three years and serves as the vehicle for overall Inuit identity and interests in the world. This identity has been developed in spite of international boundaries and East-West conflicts. Thus, the next general assembly, to be held in Sisimiut (Green-land) in 1989, will be the first where Soviet Inuit will join their kin from Alaska, Canada and Greenland. They will continue to address such fundamental issues as: the development of an overall Arctic policy ; the protection of the environment; sustainable development; international aboriginal rights; and the ongoing militarization of the Arctic, which is a cause of great concern to all Inuit.

This study deals with Universal Values and Muslim Democracy. This essay draws upon speeches that he gave at the New York Democ- racy Forum in December 2005 and the Assembly of the World Movement for Democracy in Istanbul in April 2006. The emergence of Muslim democracies is something significant and worthy of our attention. Yet with the clear exceptions of Indonesia and Turkey, the Muslim world today is a place where autocracies and dictatorships of various shades and degrees continue their parasitic hold on the people, gnawing away at their newfound freedoms. It concludes that the human desire to be free and to lead a dignified life is universal. So is the abhorrence of despotism and oppression. These are passions that motivate not only Muslims but people from all civilizations.

In our plural society, interfaith marriages and multicultural families have become a new normal and are either considered problematic for the religious communities or welcomed as a contribution to a secular and more peaceful world. In the course of my work with European Muslims, I could accompany such families through a few generations. In pursuit of a capitalist world configuration, the causal phenomenon of globalization spread its cultural values in the built international system, as evidenced by the dichotomy between the rich North and the poor South. This era of cultural globalization is predominantly characterized by social inequality, economic inequality and instability, political instability, social injustice, and environmental change. Consequently, the world is empirically infected by divergent global inequalities among nations and people, as evidenced by the numerous problems plaguing humanity. This article seeks to understand Islam from the viewpoint of technological determinism in attempt to offset these diverging global inequalities for its “sociopolitical economy”1existence, as well as the stabilization of the interconnected world. Based upon the unifying view of microIslamics, the meaning of Islam and its globalizing perspectives are deciphered on a built micro-religious platform. Finally, the world is rebuilt via the Open World Peace (OWP) paradigm, from which the fluidity of open globalization is derived as a future causal phenomenon for seamlessly bridging (or contracting) the gaps between the rich-rich, rich-poor, poor-rich and poor-poor nations and people based on common civilization fronts.
