This study aimed to find company value which was influenced by company size, profitability, dividend policy, and liquidity in manufacturing companies for the 2016-2019 periods. The population of this research consisted of 52 manufacturing companies. A purposive sampling approach was used to pick 18 companies over four years, yielding a total of 72 samples.The results of this study suggest that the company size (LN) has a partial effect on company value, profitability (NPM)does not have a partial effect on company value, dividend policy (DPR) on company value has no partial effect on company value, and the current ratio that is used to measure liquidity has no partial effect on company value. Then simultaneously LN, DPR, NPM, and Current Ratio affect PER.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan  ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability and company size on firm value with dividend policy as a mediating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data analysis using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. This study aimed to investigate the effect of liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), activity (TATO), profitability (ROA) and dividend policy (DPR) on the company value (PBV). Therefore, this study observed 66 manufacturing companies as samples that were obtained through purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using classic assumption test Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) assisted with SPSS 20 for windows. As the result, this study indicated that the liquidity and activity had no significant effect on firm value; however, the leverage and profitability had a significant effect on the manufacturing company values in the period of 2013 to 2017. In addition, thedividend policy moderated the effect of liquidity and profitability on firm value; but the dividend policy could not moderate the influence of leverage and activity to the value of manufacturing companies in the period of 2013 to 2017. ABSTRAK Nilai perusahaan dijadikan sebagai suatu ukuran keberhasilan manajemen perusahaan dalam prospek operasi di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Likuiditas (CR), Leverage (DER), Aktivitas (TATO), Profitabilitas (ROA) dan Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sebanyak 66 perusahaan Manufaktur yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan Moderated Regression Analisys (MRA) dengan bantuan SPSS 20 for windows. This research aims to analyze the effects of company size, inventory variability, cost of goods sold variability, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership in selecting the inventory accounting methods. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. In addition, this research used a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. The research results indicate that company size and inventory variability affect the choice of inventory accounting methods, while variability of cost of goods sold, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership do not affect the choice of inventory accounting methods.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of company growth, company size, and ownership structure on company value on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period. Number of samples are 19 samples by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through Indonesia Stock Exchange official website, which are idx.co.id and idnfinancials.com. Data were processed by using Eviews10 software. The results in this study show that company size has a negative significant effect on company value, while company growth and ownership structure have no significant effect on company value. This research can be studied by managers to determine the factors that influence the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 19 sampel yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data perusahaan untuk pemilihan sampel diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu idx.co.id dan idnfinancials.com. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Eviews10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan dan struktur kepemilikan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dapat dipelajari oleh manajer untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI.

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability and company size on firm value. In this study, company value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) is used as a proxy for investment decisions, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is used as a proxy for funding decisions, Devided Payout Ratio (DPR) is used as a proxy dividend policy, Return On Equity (ROE) is used as a proxy for profitability and natural logarithm (ln) is used as a proxy for measure of firm value. This study uses a purposive sampling method to determine the number of samples. The sample used in this study were 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published financial statements for the 2013-2017. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results showed that investment decisions had a positive effect on firm value. However, funding decisions had no effct on firm value, dividend policy had a negatif effect on firm value, profit had a positive effect on firm value and company size had a negatif affect the firm's value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Abstract The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. Result of this research showed that return on equity, earnings per share, and growth have influence dividend payout but operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no influence towards dividend policy. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Return on Equity, Earnings per Share, Current Ratio,   Operating Cash Flow Size
