<p><em>Indonesian cooks is a kind of job that has a great potential to be developed, considering the high enthusiasm for Indonesian dishes in Malaysia and the popularity of Indonesian food in the world. This research aims to analyze the condition of compensation system currently applied to Indonesian Migrant Workers at cooks job cluster in Kuala Lumpur, as well as to identify the compensable factors, and to analyze the ideal compensation system</em><em>. Data used in this research are primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data (literature study). This research used descriptive analysis, salary mapping analysis, point system method, and linear regression test in order to process the data. Result of the research shows (1) The evaluation result of Indonesian Migrant Cooks’ salary distribution has not been ideal entirely; (2) </em><em>Compensable factors that used are knowledge and skill, organizational capabilities, self reliance, self presentation, responsibility of supervising, responses to critics, and the influence of work result; (3) The ideal compensation system for </em><em>Indonesian Migrant Cooks in KL is non classification system based on Hay Plan Method, which the required funding is more efficient with amount RM 4,036.99 or about Rp.12,918,368.00.</em></p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Compensation System, Indonesian migrant workers</em>

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

The use of plants in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung is currently disrupting visitor activities because their growth has damaged pavements and facilities. Therefore, the implementation of garden maintenance is very important to be able to maintain the comfort of the visitors and the beauty of the garden. This study aims to evaluate the maintenance of the garden in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung. The research method used is a survey method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is done by using observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Based on the research results, the implementation of maintenance is carried out independently by implementing an unit and special maintenance system. In the implementation of watering, pruning, silting and weeding activities, the performance of the workers exceeds the ideal working capacity standard except for sweeping and fertilizing activities. The perception of visitors to the physical condition of the garden is considered good, seen from the indicators of assessment including garden's cleanliness, pedestrian's cleanliness, cleanliness of benches, cleanliness of planter boxes, garden safety and the beauty of the garden. Suggestions in this research are that it is necessary to have a written standard operational procedures for garden maintenance and to propose tree pruning activities at least once every three months.

<p><span class="fontstyle0">In today globalization era, competition among business is getting tighter, and it is not only about attracting customers but also attracting and retaining human capital. This study aims to find the root cause of Kursus Indonesia’s compensation problem, design a strategic compensation system and compare the new compensation proposed salary with benchmark salary. This study used qualitative research method and the data used are primary data (interview and observation) and secondary data (literature study). To process the data gained, this study used descriptive analysis with business situation analysis and current reality tree root cause analysis, job analysis and point method job evaluation. This study found that (1) The root cause of Kursus Indonesia’s compensation problem is no alignment between the current compensation strategy with company’s business strategy; (2) Design a Competency Based Pay system is a suitable approach to solve Kursus Indonesia’s compensation problem; (3) This solution propose some improvent in Kursus Indonesia’s employee salary by using Lead Pay Policy that pay above benchmark salary.</span></p><p><span class="fontstyle0"><br /></span><span class="fontstyle2">Keywords</span><span class="fontstyle0">: Attract and Retain, Compensation, Competency Based Pay,<br />Competition, Salary</span></p>

Terorism in Indonesian is regulated constitution number 15th 2003 about stipulation of government regulations in lieu of laws number 1st 2002 about eradication of terrorist. Although, constitution  eradication of terrorist has been formed, terrorism in Indonesian always happened, like as terrorist act at J.W. Marriot Hotels on 2003 whom responsible was Noordin M.Top dan Dr. Azahari Husin. They were join in Jamaah Islamiyah organization. Based on the above rationale , the issues discussed , namely , first, what is factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia? second, How is effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism? Spesification research is analytical descriptive. Method used is as a normative juridical approach and empirical as the main supporter of the main approache. Data source  use of primary data and secondary data. Engineering is a field study data collection through interviews and literature study. Data were presented in the form of descriptive analysis, which describes factor cause incidence terorism and effort to prevent incident terorism by of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia, while after analysis data will presented with qualitative method. Based on the results of research and discussion can be deduced, first, factor cause incidence terorism by members of Jamaah Islamiyah and Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia because mindset about Islam religion which wrong, social public relation, social politic factor, economic factor and then Solidarity religion. Second, effort Indonesian Republic of Police to prevent incident terorism,  from Regional police West Sumatera which is conducted by Intelijen Directory as implement the program Intelijen Directory to prevent incident terorism, to do coordination with others side, data collection and protection for Electronic media, Deradicalization and Mapin, Fublic Founding Directory as improve quality person of Indonesian Republic Police and arrangement person, external coordination, judge communication with society, counseling and founding for society and Public Relation Section as submit information to society and be relation between Police with society.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. This study aims to determine the allocation of remittance of migrant family income in North Langowan Subdistrict. This study uses descriptive analysis, by conducting surveys or field observations todetermine the utilization of remittances by the families of migrant workers. The research was conducted in February to May 2018 in North Langowan Subdistrict, in Walantakan Village, Toraget Village,Karumenga Village, Taraitak Village and Taraitak Village 1. The method used in this research is survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is intended to know the clear picture of the utilization of Indonesian labor remittances for consumption, investment and savings or for agriculture or not. The primary data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and the questionnaire distributed to the families of migrant workers regarding the pattern of money managementof remittances. Secondary data was obtained from North Langowan Subdistrict office. The results of this study indicate that most migrants allocate remittances to renovate houses or buy land / houses, from which 40% to 50% of the remuneration is used for the allocation. Some of the migrants make use of remittances to buy houses for investment and partly to finance children's education. Some of the migrants use remittances to buy rice fields as another form of investment, and only a small percentage of migrantsmake use of remittances to buy cars as a tertiary family need. Remittance remained for savings. Migration in addition to affecting the increase in income and welfare of migrant families also affects the development of land prices in North Langowan Subdistrict.*er*

This study aims to analyze the management of Sharia hotels in the city of Bandung from the perspective of Maqashid Syari'ah. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection in this study are through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. This object needs to be studied to find out the ideal Islamic muamalah in the hotel business labeled shari'ah. The population in this study were all hotels marked shari'ah in the city of Bandung. At the same time, the sample in this study is Noor Hotel which is considered a good representation of information and management. With the reflection of Maqasid Al-Syariah, it is hoped that sharia brands can positively influence the sharia-based muamalah format in Indonesia. Based on the research analysis results, it can be concluded that: 1) Material Characteristics, by applying according to Islamic law, namely by checking the identity of visitors carefully and the message service facilities are not the same as Conventional Hotels. The implementation of the sharia management system at the Syariah Hotel Noor Bandung has similarities and differences with other hotels; and 2) Immaterial Characteristics, namely by referring to Maqashid-Shari'ah values, such as Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar, the principle of upholding the truth, the focus of supporting justice, the principle of Latuzlimuna wala Tuzlamuna, the principle of trust, and the principle of benefiting the ummah.

<p>The retail industry is a field that has a high contribution to the Indonesian economy. This research will examine the compensation based on the need for a decent living for retail workers. The purpose of this study is to (1) Analyze and evaluate the fulfillment of compensation (2) Creating a design and compensation strategy based on the requirements of decent living in Bogor. The type of data in this study is primary data (interview and questionnaires) and secondary data obtained from the <em>website</em> of Bogor, BPS, literature study, and relevant report. The method used is the descriptive analysis, control chart, and Grid ERRC. The results show that according to 60 components of Living Standards/KHL, only 53 items have been fulfilled and the rest (7 items are expected to be reviewed/Omited) and equal to Rp 2.753.000 which are below to Minimum Wage in Bogor. There is a priority in financial compensation and non-financial compensation, which are health benefits, holiday benefits, work accidents, and work incentives and non-financial compensation consists of career systems, work facilities, responsibilities, work status, working conditions. According to the control chart only 38% of the total respondents whose number of the COLA can be fulfilled above the average retail sector worker.</p>
