Scheduling is needed when several activities must be processed at a certain time. Good scheduling maximizes the effectiveness of the use of every activity, so scheduling is an important part of planning and controlling activities. At PT. Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, there are maintenance activities on the devices used by the preventive maintenance process customers needed so that no additional costs occur, so it needs to be done scheduling that can minimize downtime. For this reason, the schedule must be in accordance with the actual conditions in the company so as to minimize downtime so that the process of customer activity is not hampered by damaged equipment. In this study utilizing a round robin algorithm that can schedule human resources that carry out preventife maintenance activities. The author uses website-based media so that it can easily be used by company superiors to schedule technicians or workers.

This study aims to solve the problem of processing book data at the Sidikalang District Court Library, which currently does not have an information system to process library data such as book data, library member data, borrowing and returning books. In the absence of information regarding available books, the library leader, namely customer representative recreation, the Sidikalang District Court does not know exactly the type and number of books available so that it can hamper the development of the library. This problem is resolved by designing a client-server application for library information systems in libraries. Sidikalang District Court. With this library information system it is hoped that it can simplify the work of librarians, the system for recording book data and member data becomes more structured, fast and accurate, accelerates the process of searching for member data, book data, borrowing, and returning transaction data, and services to library members become more good.

In this system, the company is currently developing many ways by the company to do the assessment in a computerized way. companies are required to follow business competition so companies must develop human resources with their respective supervisors or directors. Trigger employee evaluation is one of the techniques that will be applied so as to provide information to superiors to reward the quality of human resources who have done a good job. This research will develop a superior company trigger system using Android-based media. The system implemented can be used by superiors to determine the best employees in accordance with the value of the work performed by each employee. The purpose of this research is to study and develop the system that is currently running in order to become even better at doing employees. The results of this study include android-based applications in conducting employee talks that can facilitate superiors.

Modified Union credo is a cooperative-type business entity owned by a group of people in a unifying bond, which agrees to invest their money (shares) so as to create joint capital with decent business results and for productive and welfare purposes. The role of cooperatives is very important in Indonesia, because cooperatives can increase the economic growth of Indonesian society. The loan administration information system (credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar is not yet effective, because it still uses a manual system so that data is easily lost and difficult to find, and the preparation of reports takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a system that makes it easier for staff to process data for CUM Caritas HKBP members and improve staff performance to be more efficient and minimize errors in data processing, especially in the loan administration (credit) section of CUM Caritas HKBP. In this research, in the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and literature study and the method of system development to be used was the Prototype method. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use the MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of Loan Administration (Credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar.

Currently poverty is still one of the problems faced by the people of Indonesia, based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), it is stated that the percentage of poor people in September 2019 was 9.22% or equivalent to 24.79 million people. One of the efforts that have been made by the Government to overcome the problem of poverty is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The program aims to break the chain or reduce the poverty index, increase human resources, and change behavior that is less supportive of improving the welfare of poor families. However, in its implementation there are still some problems that occur in the field, including the lack of a companion role, and some PKH recipients who are not on target, causing social suspicion. These problems can be overcome by using computer technology-based programs and still implementing transparent and accountable selection stages. In this study, the method used in the Decision Support System is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this program, it is hoped that the user as the PKH implementation committee can make data easier, determine quickly and efficiently and on target for determining recipients of PKH assistance.

The research aims to overcome the problem of managing customer data, room data, and transaction data manually at Hotel Fergael. The management of customer data, room data and transaction data that are processed manually, is overcome by building a Front Office Information System for hotel room reservations at Hotel Fergael. The results of the Front Office Information System research for hotel room reservations at the Fergael Hotel can be done quickly, effectively and efficiently at the receptionist's work time, making reports can also assist managers in seeing reservations that have or have occurred at the Fergael Hotel. The system is designed in the form of Visual Basic and uses a MySQL database. With this research, the receptionist can expedite the activities that run at the Fergael Hotel, especially room input, customer input, and room reservations that occur at the Fergael Hotel Pematangsiantar. Edge detection is one of the algorithms used in Digital Image Processing. This algorithm serves to identify the line/edge of the image object to highlight the boundary lines of the image information. Edge is a set of connected pixels (connected pixels) that restricts the objects contained in the image. Senses the eye is one that is used by humans to see.However, the human eye has its limitations in capturing the electromagnetic signals.Therefore, created a computer or imaging machine that can capture almost the entire signal elektromagnetic. Imaging machines can work with imagery from sources that do not fit, do not fit or can not be captured by human vision. This is why digital image processing have very wide usefulness. Daily Activity is an application developed by BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province. The application is then also applied in BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province. In Daily Activity, employees report their daily activities, including the outputs. The list of activities is then manually summarized every month to form an Employee Performance Achievement Report (CKP). Because the process is still manual, the preparation of CKP reports has become less effective and efficient. Thus, the author tries to develop Daily Activity by adding the Employee Performance Achievement menu. The development uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall approach. With this menu, now the list of activities can be summarized automatically by activity categories. The application has been tested with black-box testing to determine its functionality. The test results show that the application meets user needs in forming CKP reports. The rapid development of technology has brought humans into a life side by side with information and technology itself. Nowadays, more and more companies need fast and accurate information services. Processing of sales and inventory data at the Growmart (Farmer Business Branch) Bagan Batu company which still uses the manual method makes recording sales data and printing reports slow and less efficient. To solve this problem, a web-based sales and inventory information system for agricultural equipment products was designed. This web-based information system was built using the PHP programming language and the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) as content representation, and database processing using MySQL. The result of this research is an information system that helps the sales admin section of the Growmart company to input sales data and equipment product inventory easily, quickly and efficiently..Keywords: Farmer, sales, inventory, quickly, efficiently

This study aims to solve problems in the recruitment of prospective BEM members at Labuhan Batu University. To select a competent member of the Labuhan Batu University Student Executive Board (BEM) organization, several stages of selection were carried out. However, decision making in recruitment isprone to collusion and nepotism at the student level on campus. To overcome this, a decision support system (DSS) for the recruitment of BEM members was designed using the SAW and TOPSIS methods. The DSS is designed using criteria, namely: GPA, Interview Score, Support Certificate, Organizational Experience and Commitment with weights for each criterion are 10, 20, 20, 30, 30.The result of this study is a decision support system using the TOPSIS method and SAW. The two best alternatives obtained from the ranking results using these two methods are alternatives with numbers A7 and A8. Keywords: Decision Support System, Selection, SAW, TOPSIS, Method
