When we say "Organizational communication", we think, unconsciously, about organizations and how they are influenced by the effectiveness of communication both between team members and the external environment. Because the world revolves around ideas, concepts and communication strategies well developed for the purpose of informing, helping or even manipulating local and global communities, the paper will emphasize the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns and how they influence the environment in the context of sustainable development, various categories of public or the image gained from such an initiative as they may represent a smart strategy to repair a stained name. To emphasize the importance of CSR, we will present some campaigns initiated by an the organization of the food and drink industry, both in Romania and internationally, between 2016-2018. Through this research, we set out to identify the main social responsibility campaigns of the organization, the main areas of action of the social responsibility campaigns and to establish comparative analysis between the particularities of the CSR campaigns in Romania and internationally.

Development banks play an active role in smoothing growth of world’s disadvantaged areas. The social mission of development banks requires that they pay attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to the social outcome of financing activities. However, like any other financial institution, they must consider the business sustainability and the financial stability over time. Thus, a comprehensive loan appraisal process should include financial and social aspects. Literature does not properly investigate development banks loan appraisal process, thus the aim of this paper is to contribute to this stream of literature, analysing how development banks can include the evaluation of social and environmental variables within their loan appraisal process. For the purpose of the research, we employed a case study of the Rwanda Development Bank (BRD). The BRD loan appraisal process combines the evaluation of typical aspects of corporate social responsibility – like the firms or projects compliance to health and safety regulations or the implementation of the code of ethics including diversity policies – with the evaluation of social and environmental impact, as well with financial aspects. The BRD social impact assessment is also valuable because it follows the criteria of proportionality of loans evaluation, balancing completeness of information with the cost of the assessment.

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an idea that has grown during the last three decades from the voluntary activity of business firms into a debate about whether CSR should be mandated by law because of the increased demand from society. Further, it has been argued that business corporations are owned by their shareholders, and the managers must concentrate on maximizing the wealth of their shareholders and not of the community. To determine how better to apply CSR, this paper begins with looking at the evolution of CSR as a system around the world and then discusses the definition of CSR. In addition, this paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of implementing voluntary CSR and then explores mandatory CSR. Moreover, in this paper, it is found that determining the proper CSR system depends on many factors in each country, such as the social, economic and legal factors that should be examined before applying mandatory or voluntary CSR.

The meaning of corporate social responsibility and the rating results of the Global competitive index 2011- 2012 of the World economic forum are given in the article. The emphasizing of society responsibility and responsibility for marketing activity and its influence on the society are researched in the work. The socially responsible marketing of the company in the profile of marketing-mix elements are proposed. In the article is determined that implementation of the social responsibility must take place at three levels: primary, corporate and highest.

At that time only that business organization was considered good which was earning profit for its owner but today the situation is absolutely changed. Today business has to look to the interest of many other stakeholders along with the interest of the owner. The employees- line and top management, consumers, suppliers, competitors, government, community, environment and even the world happen to be the other stakeholders. This responsibility of business, which includes the satisfaction of these parties along with the owner, is called the social responsibility of business or corporate sectors.</em></p>

Cause-related marketing (CRM) is currently considered one of the main initiatives of corporate social responsibility (CSR). CRM programs offer numerous advantages for all the parties involved: companies, non-profit organizations, and consumers. Examples of CRM programs can be found in virtually every country in the world. Although most CRM campaigns succeeded, several of them were involved in some scandals. In Spain, an example of the controversy caused by CRM campaigns resurfaced with the installation of the so-called “solidarity traffic radar.” The aim of this chapter is to offer a case study about this campaign, where a private company managed this traffic radar. Half of the money that was raised in fines was given to the Town Council, which in turn decided to donate it to needy local families, that is, it was allocated to social aid. Thus, this case study discusses if anything goes in CRM, or there is sometimes a trivialization of solidarity.

Since the CSR discourse has been widely discussed, the debate about the concept of CSR as an expression of moral responsibility and sensitivity to the social and environmental world has received resistance from some circles. The reason is that some people are trying to avoid CSR obligations. This paper talks about how the discourse and thinking about CSR struggles. Is CSR a voluntary activity for the company or is it an obligation (mandatory)? Then the authors describe the Indonesian context of CSR. And before the conclusion, the author tries to describe a case example of a CSR program run by a company in Indonesia and tries to analyze it from a human security perspective. As a result, from a human security perspective, the concept of CSR in Indonesia is still a problem. The cause, scholars are still trapped in efforts to formulate a detailed definition of CSR. As a result, practically the CSR program has not been seen as a humanitarian program. And it is still limited to a technical matter of fulfilling the company's procedural obligations.
