This study aims to investigate the relationship between Scrum framework and risk management processes in Malaysia. Companies discuss the management based on a concerned business scale and the influence risk management in Malaysia Information technology projects success. This research is targeting Information technology firms and technology projects. Were researched through guarantee inside and out comprehension of the postulation foundation. In the outcome segment, the author influences a few proposals for the case to small-scale organizations to actualize ventures and to develop risk management successfully. The phases of risk management, in particular the step of risk detection, have a detrimental impact on project performance. Furthermore, risk control has its own risks as a mechanism. This makes it impossible to know if risk management is an appropriate approach in the IT production process for managing and minimizing risks. The study shows the effect of risk management in IT businesses is utilized in the Scrum

The factors associated with branding were identified beneath communication/marketing remit.  There existed no difference between the employer brand and consumer brand.  Companies who had strong product/ service brand would de facto be attractive to potential employees. Today, companies require blended capabilities. Ultimately, it is the personal experience of the relationship that a person develops within an organization that determines the longevity and win-win consummation of association. An extended concept of relationship marketing principle is Employer branding. An endeavor has been made through this research with an objective to identify the Employer Branding Dimensions (EBD) in selected Information technology firms located in Bangalore from existing employee perspective. Study has been executed using structured questionnaire with Information Technology (IT) employees as respondents from various companies like, Infosys, IBM, NTT DATA, Marvell technologies, JDA software solutions. Data thus collected is analysed using software package and considering the factor loadings, key dimensions (factors) that constituted the Employer branding. The findings of the study emphasize that relationship among dimensions constituting individual employer branding highlights the complexity in its significance as no individual factor has dominant influence on Employer Branding. But many factors in combination acts on branding.

High-value turnkey projects in Information Technology firms are susceptible to multiple risks. Inappropriate staffing is one of the major risks that can impact deliverable negatively. The greatest fallacy that comes up is the incongruence between HR managers and line managers while staffing critical experience based roles. HR managers being aligned with the firm's strategy to maintain a low resource bench figure are driven to staff these positions with less than suitable resources from the firm's internal labor market. The line manager under pressure to deliver on time and budget need resources with appropriate skills and experience and hence are not averse to hire from external labor market. This incongruence in goals creates friction between HR and line manager. The research paper presents a framework to balance the twin priorities of HR and line manager and also assist in creating a human resource-based non-replicable strategic advantage for the IT firm.

This research contributes to the fields of knowledge management, transformational leadership, as well as information technology. This article presents the theoretical underpinnings of the framework together with a thorough review of the literature. This research indicates that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership, knowledge management, and firm performance. The synthesis of the literature also lends support for the mediating role of information technology in the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge management.

Objective: Drawing on the knowledge-based view and ability-based theories of emotional intelligence (EI), in this study, we investigate the effects of EI on learning outcomes related to academics and administrators in Chinese research universities and we also test the direct association between learning outcomes and creative performance. In addition, we examine the mediating role of self-directed learning (SDL) and knowledge management processes (KMPs) on the relationship between EI and learning outcomes. Methods: The sample, for this study, consisted of 547 academic and administrative personnel at Chinese higher educational institutions (HEIs), and the hypothesized associations were examined through partial least squares structural equation modeling. Results: Our results indicated that EI has no significant influence on learning outcomes. However, an indirect relationship between EI and learning outcomes is established through SDL and KMPs. Conclusions: This study strengthens the professional understanding of EI and supports that the personnel at HEIs should value SDL and KMPs, which in turn enhances their learning outcomes. Although EI has received increased importance in higher education institutions, there are few studies that have investigated the relationship of EI, SDL, KMP, and learning outcomes. This is one of the initial studies that has empirically examined the interface of EI and learning outcomes in HEIs and also provides timely insights into the understanding of the mediating role of SDL and KMP.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the antecedents of Supply chain quality risk management (SCQRM) implementation on organizational performance with the moderating role of organizational culture in the Indonesian Navy. Based on data from questionnaire survey data totaling 260 Indonesian Navy officers, the SCQRM theory model is proposed and the structural equation model is used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results show that strategic leadership, information, and control mechanisms are significant antecedents of SCQRM implementation. Furthermore, strategic leadership and information significantly contribute to organizational performance. An interesting finding is that control mechanisms do not have a direct impact on organizational performance, but they do contribute indirectly to organizational performance mediated by SCQRM implementation. Also, SCQRM implementation significantly contributes to organizational performance and the moderating effect of organizational culture strengthens the relationship between SCQRM implementation and organizational performance. This study focuses on the concept and implementation of SCQRM in Indonesian Navy logistics with the role of strategic leadership, information, control mechanisms, and organizational culture to improve organizational performance using single respondents and expert perceptions, namely Indonesian Navy Officers. The managerial implications suggest that complementary benefits arise from the adoption of a more holistic approach to the management of supply chain quality risk at the organizational level with</em><em> </em><em>supported the role of strategic leadership, information, control mechanisms, and organizational culture will improve organizational performance. Three contributions to science in the development of SCQRM theory. <strong>First</strong>, this study develops an SCQRM theoretical model with three unique dimensions (supplier development, risk management integration, and proactive product recall). <strong>Second</strong>, this study provides a new perfection of how the complementarity system of SCQRM is operated to improve organizational performance. Moreover, the findings imply that a successful SCQRM implementation is built on a complementarity power in risk management resources and routines. The multiple manifestations of the three SCQRM dimensions are all driven by a cohesive, yet unobserved synergy, which also forms one of the competencies of the organization. <strong>Third</strong>, this study also provides a new perfection on the role of strategic leadership, information and control mechanisms as antecedents of SCQRM implementation, and the moderating role of organizational culture that strengthens the relationship between SCQRM implementation and organizational performance</em><em>.   </em><strong></strong></p>
