The increasing importance of the information revolution and terms such as ‘speed’, ‘disorientation’, and ‘changing the concept of distance’, has provided us with tools that had not been previously available. Technological developments are moving toward Fluidity, which was previously unknown and cannot be understood through modern tools. With acceleration of the rhythm in the age we live in and the clarity of the role of information technology in our lives, as also the ease of access to information, has helped us to overcome many difficulties. Technology in all its forms has had a clear impact on all areas of daily life, and it has a clear impact on human thought in general, and the architectural space in particular, where the architecture moves from narrow spaces and is limited to new spaces known as the ‘breadth’, and forms of unlimited and stability to spaces characterized with fluidity. The research problem (the lack of clarity of knowledge about the impact of vast information flow associated with the technology of the age in the occurrence of liquidity in contemporary architectural space) is presented here. The research aims at defining fluidity and clarifying the effect of information technology on the changing characteristics of architectural space from solidity to fluidity. The research follows the analytical approach in tracking the concept of fluidity in physics and sociology to define this concept and then to explain the effect of Information Technology (IT) to achieve the fluidity of contemporary architectural space, leading to an analysis of the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) architectural model. The research concludes that information technology achieves fluidity through various tools (communication systems, computers, automation, and artificial intelligence). It has changed the characteristics of contemporary architectural space and made it behave like an organism, through using smart material.

The current study aimed to identify the intermediate role of organizational flexibility in the impact of using information technology on the efficiency of the application of IT governance in Jordanian industrial companies, the study population consisted of all Jordanian industrial companies which by the end of 2019 were (56) company. (23) company were excluded due to the lack of access to the necessary data for the study, bringing the study sample size to (33) company. Due to the small size of the study sample, all companies were taken with a comprehensive survey, and a random stratified sample was adopted to determine the size of the study sample in each company. Where the inspection unit included individuals working in the upper and middle administrative levels in Jordanian industrial companies. Multiple linear correlation test was used along with simple and gradient test , as well as Path Analysis using (Amos) And supported by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, the study reached many results, the most important of which was an indirect impact of the dimensions of the use of (information technology) combined ; in the efficiency of the application of IT governance with the presence of organizational flexibility as an intermediate variable among Jordanian industrial companies, as for the recommendations, it is necessary to find an organizational consistency between the uses of information technology in light of the use of COBIT 5 applications and guidelines in the presence of organizational flexibility, because it will help to adapt to unexpected crises and invest Opportunities for industrial companies at the local and global levels.

This research intended to identify the role of Information Technology (IT)in customer satisfaction at the commercial banks in the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire to measure the impact of IT on customer satisfaction. After distributing the questionnaire, data then were analyzed using SPSS software and we had the following results: There is no statistically significant impact for the availability of devices on customer satisfaction at the commercial banks in the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was also revealed that there a statistically significant impact for software, databases, human resources, and networks on customer satisfaction at the commercial banks in the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between Scrum framework and risk management processes in Malaysia. Companies discuss the management based on a concerned business scale and the influence risk management in Malaysia Information technology projects success. This study aims at measuring the impact of organisational memory (OM) on competitive strategies in information technology (IT) companies in King Hussein Business Park (KHBP) in Amman, the capital of Jordan. KHBP comprises of 20 companies, which will form the research population. A random sample was chosen with the sampling unit constituting of 63 out of originally 74 senior employees. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach and a structured questionnaire was used as a study tool for the purpose of measuring the variables of the study. The outcomes of the study show that OM and its processes (knowledge acquisition, retention, and retrieval) have an impact on both types of competitive strategies (differentiation and lower cost strategies) in Jordan's IT companies. The study presented key recommendations such as: enhancing the role of OM in IT companies given its clear impact on competitive strategies; carrying out additional studies on OM to look deeper into its dimensions, processes, justifications, hindrances, and strategies.
