This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in a collaborative and participatory manner. The action was carried out in 3 cycles with the first cycle consisting of 2 meetings, the second cycle consisting of 2 meetings and the third cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The results showed that learning mathematics through a scientific approach with a problem-based learning model can improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems. This is indicated by an increase in the average score of the final test given in each cycle. The final average score of the mathematics solving ability test of class VII D students in cycle 1 was 54.6, in cycle II it increased to 61.4 and in cycle III it increased to 78.2. In addition, the number of students with B+ grades also increased. up to 39.3% of students, in the second cycle it decreased to 23.3% of students, and increased to 81.8% of students in the third cycle. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Tindakan dilakukan dalam 3 siklus dengan siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan, siklus II terdiri dari 2 pertemuan dan siklus III terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor tes akhir yang diberikan pada setiap siklusnya. Nilai rata-rata akhir tes kemampuan pemecahan matematika siswa kelas VII D pada siklus 1 adalah 54,6, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 61,4 dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 78,2. Selain itu, jumlah siswa dengan nilai B+ juga bertambah. hingga 39,3% siswa, pada siklus II menurun menjadi 23,3% siswa, dan meningkat menjadi 81,8% siswa siklus III.

Abstrak:  Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning.  Pada kondisi awal menunjukkan nilai rata-rata secara klasikal yang diperoleh yaitu 62. Setelah diberikan tindakan dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning siklus 1 menunjukkan nilai rata-rata  yang diperoleh 77,37. Pada siklus 2 rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat 83 Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning , sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa  model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Abstract:  This research is classroom action research to improve the learning results of mathematics by using the model of Problem Based Learning. On initial conditions indicate the average score in classical obtained, that is 62. After the given action by the model Problem Based Learning in the cycle 1  shows average score obtained was 77,37. In cycle 2, the average of the result of student learning increased to reach 83. These results suggest that there was an increase in student learning out comes by using the model Problem Based Learning, so it can be concluded that the model of Problem Based Learning can improve the result of learning mathematics on 4 grades student.

In purpose of learning mathematics exist one aspect must be improved is mathematical problem solving ability. But in fact, a level of students’ ability in pertained to weak. A trigonometry is one of the material which is quite difficult understood students XI grade in SMA ISTIQOMAH Bandung. It is need to be held a solution in learning that is using Problem Based Learning (PBL). This research using the method classroom action research with two cycles, which each cycles has two meetings. At the end of each cycle, students are given a written test in the form of a description. The result of research, show an increase on the mathematical problem solving ability by applying PBL. Seen from the results of the average score on each cycle, pre-cycle results with a score 37, in cycle one the score becomes 69 (42,30%), and in cycle two the score becomes 77 (69,23%).

The aims of the study to reveals in details process and result of improving English speaking ability using Mobile assisted Language Learning (MALL) learning model. This study is an action research at English Department Muhammdiyah University of Jakarta consists of 30 students as the participant. Data obtained from the result of English Speaking ability test. The results of the study showed that the learning process using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) makes the students become more active in their speech; their participation level in learning interaction shows it. The result also presented that there is significantly improvement on the students’ English speaking ability using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) from preliminary cycle to the third cycle phase in research process. The average score of the students at preliminary stage is only 42.8 then it increased in the first cycle to 53.2. While on the second cycle obtained an average score of 61.2 and increased in the third cycle to 80. So, it can be concluded that action research in improving English speaking ability using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) significantly helps the students in improving their ability to speak English.

This study aims to improve students' mathematical reasoning skills through the application of problem-based learning in class XI TKRO-A SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta which involves 6 students. This research is classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles and each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Students are given a test at the end of each cycle to measure their mathematical reasoning ability. The results showed that learning mathematics through the application of problem-based learning can improve mathematical reasoning abilities from pre-study of 39.34 in the first cycle of 67.65 in the second cycle of 72.24 to 74.08 in the third cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the application of problem-based learning can improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Improved mathematical reasoning abilities include aspects: the ability to predict answers and solution processes, use patterns and relationships to analyze mathematical situations, draw logical conclusions from statements, and provide explanations using models, facts and relationships in solving problems. The number of students whose mathematical reasoning scores reached or exceeded 75 also increased. In the preliminary study, there were no students whose mathematical reasoning test scores reached or exceeded 75, while in the first cycle as many as 41.18% students, in the second cycle increased to 61.77% students, and in the third cycle increased to 82.35% students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah di kelas XI TKRO-A SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta yang melibatkan 6 siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siswa diberikan tes pada setiap akhir siklus untuk mengukur kemampuan penalaran matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis dari pra penelitian sebesar 39,34 siklus I sebesar 67,65 siklus II sebesar 72,24 menjadi 74,08 pada siklus III. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis meliputi aspek: kemampuan memperkirakan jawaban dan proses solusi, menggunakan pola dan hubungan untuk menganalisis situasi matematika, menarik kesimpulan logis dari pernyataan, dan memberikan penjelasan dengan menggunakan model, fakta dan hubungan dalam menyelesaikan soal. Jumlah siswa yang nilai penalaran matematisnya mencapai atau melebihi 75 juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada penelitian pendahuluan belum terdapat siswa yang nilai tes penalaran matematisnya mencapai atau melebihi 75, sedangkan pada siklus I sebanyak 41,18% siswa, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 61,77% siswa, dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 82,35% siswa.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas pada konsep gerak lurus yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPA 3 SMAN 3 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jumlah skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 43 dalam kategori aktif, siklus II sebesar 48 dalam kategori aktif, dan siklus III sebesar 51 dalam kategori aktif. Motivasi belajar siswa sebelum mengikuti proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori rendah dengan tinggi rata-rata yaitu 71,73 dan pada saat setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran skor rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 77,32 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada siklus I yaitu 75,53 dengan kategori KPM sedang, pada siklus II yaitu 85,53 dengan kategori KPM tinggi dan siklus III yaitu 90,68 dengan kategori KPM sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning  berbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan aktivitasbelajar, motivasi belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa.Kata kunci: Model Probem Based Lerning, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Siswa, Alat Peraga, Konsep Gerak LurusABSTRACT This research was aimed at knowing the increase in learning activities, learning motivation and students' problem solving abilities. This research was a classroom action research on the concept of straight motion carried out in three cycles. The subjects of this study were all students of class X Science 3 of SMAN 3 Kota Bengkulu, total 33 students. The results of this study indicated that the total score of the average learning activities of students in the first cycle was 43 in the active category, second cycle was 48 in the active category, and the third cycle was 51 in the active category. Student learning motivation before participating in the learning process was in the low category with the average height of 71.73 and after the learning process the average score of students' learning motivation increased to 77.32 which is in the high category. The ability of student problem solving in the first cycle was 75.53 with a moderate KPM category, in the second cycle was 85.53 with a high KPM category and the third cycle was 90.68 with the very high KPM category. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by science model tools can increase learning activities, learning motivation and students' problem solving abilities. Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model, Students' Problem Solving Abilities, Science Model Tools, Straight Motion Concept.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII 6 SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 33 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu menyatakan ketuntasan belajar untuk (a) individu : jika siswa mendapat nilai  80, (b) klasikal: jika 80% siswa mendapat nilai 80. Peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III secara berturut-turut adalah 74,27; 80,42; dan 82,96 serta ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III secara berturut-turut adalah 72,73%; 78,79%; dan 84,85%. Kata kunci:   Hasil Belajar, Problem Based Learning.ABSTRACTThe research aimed to improve the activity and learning outcomes of learners with Problem Based Learning model. This research was a Classroom Action Research. To collect the data, the researcher used test learning result techniques. The improvement of students learning result can be seen from the average score in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III in a row are 74,27; 80,42; and 82,96. Futhermore, the completeness of classical learning in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III in a row are 72,73%; 78,79%; dan 84,85%. Key words :  Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning.

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to increase the students activities and physics learning outcomes with implementation problem based learning model assisted by props in grade VIIIA SMPN 22 Mataram. This classroom action research conducted by two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Action research consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The implementation of classroom action research was successful because it obtained an average score of students learning activities from the first cycle to the second cycle was on active criterion to be very active with average scores of 16,875 to be 22,75. Cognitive learning outcomes of students with the average value of the first cycle of 74,13 with classical completeness 73,91% increased with the average value of second cycle of 79,35 with classical completeness 86,96%. Affective students learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle with an average value of 66,195 to 78,95 on the criteria good enough to be good. Psychomotor students learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle an average value of 71,63 to 85,655 are the criteria enough skilled become skilled. Thus, this research can be concluded by implementation of problem based learning model aided by props can increase students activities and learning outcomes of phyics grade VIIIA  SMPN 22 Mataram.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantu media kartu soal dapat memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar matematika. Pada siklus I, persentase ketercapaian aktivitas guru sebesar 81% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92% dan ketercapaian aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82,67% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93,33%. Peningkatan hasil belajar matematika dilihat dari aspek kognitif persentase ketuntasan untuk siklus I mencapai 64,29% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,33%. Abstract:  This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The result of this research is that the application of PBL model assisted by media of problem card can improve the process and result of learning mathematics. In cycle I, the percentage of achievement of teacher activity was 81% which then increased in cycle II to 92% and the achievement of student activity in cycle I was 82.67% which then increased in cycle II to 93,33%. Improvement of learning mathematic content is seen from the cognitive aspect of the percentage of completeness for cycle I reaches 64.29% and increases in cycle II to 83.33%.

Peserta didik belum menyadari pentingnya koneksi matematika sehingga masih menganggap bahwa setiap konsep dalam matematika itu berdiri sendiri dan tidak berkaitan dengan konsep matematika yang lain. Terdapat lebih dari 50% peserta didik yang merasa kesulitan saat menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual dan lebih dari 40% peserta didik cenderung malas untuk berdiskusi kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematika dan tanggung jawab peserta didik pada materi fungsi komposisi dan fungsi invers kelas XI. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI.IPA.7 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. PTK ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase tanggung jawab peserta didik naik dari 64,71% menjadi 79,41%, nilai rata-rata pada tes kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik mengalami kenaikan menjadi 85,68, dan persentase ketuntasan  kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik mengalami kenaikan menjadi 76,47%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan kemampuan koneksi matematika peserta didik. Model pembelajaran ini dapat lebih optimal jika diikuti dengan pengelolaan kelas yang baik oleh guru. Kata kunci: koneksi matematika, tanggung jawab, model pembelajaran problem based learning   ABSTRACT Students have not realized the importance of mathematical connection. They think each mathematics concept is independent and not related to each other. There are more than 50% of students who find it difficult to solve contextual problems and more than 40% of students tend to be lazy to discuss in a group. This study aims to improve the ability of mathematical connections and responsibilities of students on composition and invers of function. Subjects in this study were students of XI.IPA.7 SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. This action research is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The results show that the percentage of students responsibility rose from 64,71% to 79,41%, the average score on the test of the mathematical connection ability increased to 85.68, and the percentage of mastery of mathematical connections increased to 76,47%. Thus, Problem Based Learning can enhanche the responsibility and ability of mathematical connections of students. This learning model can be more optimal with good classroom management.
