The article considers health care terminology in the cognitive aspect of professional knowledge cognition and conceptualization by an expert. We apply the notion of frame semantics as the linguistics method introduced by Charles Fillmore as the model of professional cognition in the process of professional communication. So the aim of our research is to illustrate cognition in science from the point of conceptualization of professional terminology and health care terminology in particular. The frame that marks the conceptual structure of a health care terminology is also the issue of our analysis.  Following these approaches, the study of health care terms takes into account the frame semantics and its role in cognition and afterwards the nomination of professional knowledge in health care. Since concept represents the basic units of processing, storage and transfer of knowledge - therefore, one of the main properties of the frame is the categorical nature of the knowledge organization i.e., formation in the concept a phenomenon, an object, symptoms of a particular diseases, and modeling   its relationship with other units of professional knowledge. Thus, the method of frame analysis was also used to study the texts of health care, which consists in modeling the concept by combining different types of basic frames: subject, action, possessive, taxonomic, and comparative.

Online impulsive buying behavior has drawn an increasing amount of attention from researchers and marketers as well; however, little research has explored how cognitive aspect and emotional aspect effect online impulsive buying together. The study examines the role of product involvement (cognitive aspect) and anticipated regret (emotional aspect) on the online impulsive buying behavior of the consumer. The results indicate that consumers who experienced downward anticipated regret showed more online impulsive buying behavior than those who experienced upward anticipated regret. Moreover, anticipated regret moderates the relationship between product involvement and online impulsive buying behavior, for participants who experienced downward anticipated regret showing more online impulsive buying behavior than those who experienced upward anticipated regret in the low product involvement group, but there is no differential between downward and upward anticipated regret in the high involvement product group. These findings suggest that anticipated regret helps consumers make more deliberative online shopping choices. The implications for both future research and online consumers are discussed.

In the world of education there is a learning process carried out by teachers and students. Without the learning carried out by the teacher, of course students will not gain knowledge and experience about various things. The learning process is basically to develop the activities and creativity of students, through various interactions and learning experiences. However, in practice it is often not realized that there are still many learning activities that are carried out which actually hinder the activity and creativity of students. The learning process in the classroom generally emphasizes the cognitive aspect, so that the mental abilities learned are mostly centered on understanding knowledge and memory materials. In such situations, students are usually required to accept what is considered important by the teacher and memorize it. Teachers generally don't like the learning atmosphere where the students ask a lot of questions outside the context being taught. Seeing such conditions, the activities and creativity of students are hampered or cannot develop optimally.

This study aims to determine the offer and integration of Sufistic education on adolescent religious attitudes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of library research. Researchers obtain data from various literature such as books, journals, scientific works, and other documents that examine research-related themes. The data obtained is then analyzed by first reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results found that Sufistic education can be reviewed and integrated into aspects of adolescent attitude formation (cognitive, affective, conative) by studying Shari'a education with the aim of Sufism in the cognitive aspect, through a psychological-humanist approach in the affective aspect, and through tafakkur activities to perfect the conative aspect. The creation of these three aspects must be supported by religious disciplines in their environments, such as character and role models from teachers and parents, instilling a sense of faith in adolescents, and a good religious environment.

One of the most critical problems of the Linguistics of text is the structure study of the literary text, principles of its organization following the rules of the compositions that suggest splitting the linguistic work into the interconnected parts. In this regard, it is necessary to research the individual compositional and significant elements of the text and their role in forming the whole work. The paper focuses on revealing structural and syntactic properties of the author’s digressions, namely, detecting such concepts as integration/non-integration of the author’s digressions in the English literary prose. Integrated and non-integrated types of author’s digressions into the academic space of the text have been distinguished based on interpretative-textual and compositional analysis. The analysis of the text-forming function of the author’s digression contributed to defining the features of the cohesion of the literary text and included in its elements. The analysis results show that the author’s digressions can be both integrated and non-integrated. Non-integration of the author’s digression lies in their composition-semantic independence, and integrated author’s digressions are the ones that the author weaves into the text with different types of cohesion. This research promotes the studies of the cognitive aspect of the author’s digression in the different genres literary texts of English and American prose.

Objectives: Better subjective and eudaimonic well-being fosters better health conditions. Several studies have confirmed that mindfulness-based interventions are effective for improving well-being; however, the samples examined in these studies have been limited to specific populations, and the studies only measured certain aspects of well-being rather than the entire construct. Additionally, few studies have examined the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on well-being. The present study examines the feasibility of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and its effectiveness for improving subjective and eudaimonic well-being among community residents. Methods: The study design featured an 8-week randomized, waiting-list controlled, parallel-group study. 8 weekly mindfulness classes, followed by 2 monthly classes, were provided for healthy individuals aged 20–65 years who had a Satisfaction with Life Scale score of ≤ 24 indicating average to low cognitive aspect of subjective well-being. This trial was registered with the University Hospital Medical Information Network Clinical Trials Registry (ID: UMIN000031885, URL: https://upload.umin.ac.jp/cgi-open-bin/ctr_e/ctr_view.cgi?recptno=R000036376).Results: The results showed that cognitive aspect of subjective well-being and mindfulness skills were significantly improved at 8 weeks, and this effect was enhanced up to the end of the follow-up period. Positive affective aspect of subjective and eudaimonic well-being were significantly improved at 16 weeks. Conclusions: Eight weeks of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy with a 2-month follow-up period improves cognitive and affective aspects of subjective and eudaimonic well-being in healthy individuals. The order of improvement was cognitive, positive affective, and eudaimonic well-being. To verify these findings, multi-center randomized controlled trials with active control groups and longer follow-up periods are warranted.

Washing hands is one way to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 which can be used from childhood. Therefore, this community service is carried out to improve children's knowledge, attitudes and skills regarding proper hand washing. This community service was carried out in the form of health education with discussion and simulation methods to the children of the Anugerah Orphanage, Salatiga City on March 10, 2021. The evaluation was carried out by looking at changes of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. We found that in the cognitive aspect, the participants were able to understand and apply washing hands properly, on the affective aspect, the participants valuing the importance of washing hands properly and on the psychomotor aspect, the participants were able to imitate correct hand washing. It is recommended that caregivers continue to observe children in applying proper hand washing to achieve a psychomotor naturalization level and experiencing level of attitude.
