ABSTRAKTujuan – Menghasilkan kajian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen melalui penciptaan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan.Desain / metode / pendekatan – Gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, alat uji menggunakan uji rata-rata untuk hipotesis deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk hipotesis verifikatif. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kualitatif dengan FGD dan wawancara. Orisinalitas / nilai – berdasarkan beberapa kajian penelitian terdahulu, belum pernah ada penelitian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen dikaitkan dengan iklim organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan literatur dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Barat.  Temuan -  Peningkatkan Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat dapat terwujud, apabila fakultas dan universitas dapat menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan terjadi proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara para dosen dan pimpinan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen, Iklim Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Berbagi Pengetahuan.  ABSTRACTThe purpose - Generate study of scientific publications faculty performance through the creation of a conducive organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. Design / method / approach - The Association of qualitative and quantitative research, test equipment used to test the hypothesis average descriptive and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) for hypothesis verification. As for the qualitative research with focus group discussions and interviews. Originality / value - based on some previous research studies, there has never been a scientific publication of research on the performance of lecturers associated with the organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. So this research can be used as literature in improving the performance of scientific publications lecturers in Indonesia, especially in West Java. Findings - Increasing Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer in Indonesia, especially in West Java can be realized, if the faculty and the university can create a conducive organizational climate, increasing the organizational support and a process of sharing knowledge between teachers and leaders.Keywords: Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer, Organizational Climate, Organizational Support, Knowledge Sharing.

The biggest challenge in nurturing an academic community is encouraging knowledge sharing among its members. Literature on communities, however, has paid less attention on the role of outcome expectations in encouraging the knowledge sharing behaviors. This study examines the effects of Personal Outcome Expectations (POE) and Community-related Outcome Expectations (COE) on the knowledge sharing behaviors of students and its consequent impact on their academic performance. In order to study these relationships a survey of university students was conducted. Based on structural equation modeling approach, it was found that COE have significant impact on knowledge sharing among the students.


Knowledge sharing is vital for any organization, and it has an essential impact on developing ‎‎skills, increasing value, and maintaining a competitive advantage in the organization. In the knowledge management (KM) literature, ‎‎perceived organizational support and organizational trust have been pointed out as ‎‎primary factors for knowledge sharing. The present study investigated the role of ‎‎perceived organizational support in promoting nurses’ knowledge sharing, considering ‎‎organizational trust as a mediator‎. The cross-sectional study design was applied to examine the ‏hypothesized relationships.‏ ‎Data were ‎‎collected using three questionnaires from three hundred thirty ‎‎nurses working in five public hospitals in Shiraz city. The Partial Least Squares Structural ‎‎Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyze data. The results revealed a significant and positive association between perceived organizational support, organizational trust, and knowledge sharing. The findings also demonstrated that organizational trust plays a mediating role between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

Usaha yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang membenahi akuntanbilitas dan transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan cukup berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik di Kota Tangerang. Kecenderungan motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior diduga dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Dalam rangka menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah model penelitian yang dibentuk dari telaah pustaka. Model ini memiliki tiga hipotesis dengan empat variabel: motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja organisasi. Analisis data terhadap 115 individu yang telah berstatus pegawai tetap pada institusi publik.di Kota Tangerang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis menggunakan program LISREL 8.8. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan implikasi teoritis dan implikasi kebijakan manajemen Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pelayanan Publik , Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Organisasi

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attributes, benefits and attitudinal loyalty has a impact on behavioral loyalty in Bandung fans in the Indonesian football industry. This research is expected to be able to improve the results of previous studies.The population of this study came from fans of Persib Bandung who have a domicile in West Java, had watched Persib Bandung directly and had bought Persib Bandung merchandise. The researcher chose 100 respondents as the sample for this study, used insidental sampling as a sampling technique, and used a questionnaire for data collection. This study uses structural equation modeling as a research model. In addition, SPSS and Warp PLS 3.0 are used as statistical tools.The results of this study indicate that attributes and benefits affect attitudinal loyalty, and attitudinal loyalty has an effect on behavioral loyalty.

ABSTRACT Counterproductive behaviors are of concern for all organizations. In addition to explicit financial costs, these behaviors can be detrimental to interpersonal and intraorganizational dynamics and morale, and they can generate negative reputational effects. The accounting literature has long maintained that job autonomy is critical in allowing accountants to apply accounting standards. Prior accounting literature calls for research investigating job autonomy and accounting professionalism. This study answers that call for research. We employ structural equation modeling to evaluate a sample of experienced Chinese accountants from a variety of industries and find a direct, positive, and deleterious effect between job autonomy and counterproductive behaviors. However, this effect is compensated for and reversed by a set of indirect and advantageous effects exerted through the influence of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support.

Purpose It is commonly known that intellectual capital (IC) plays a remarkable role in organizations, especially in colleges and academic centers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of knowledge sharing (KS) on IC. Design/methodology/approach Based on the extensive literature review, a questionnaire was designed. The questions were composed of two parts; KS questions and IC questions. In total, 352 students completed questionnaires in the Shahinshahr branch of Payam-e-Noor University. Structural equation modeling was used to develop the measurement model. Findings The findings showed that KS has a significant positive correlation with IC and its dimensions. The structural equation modeling confirmed the research model and showed a good match with it. Originality/value Given that this study aimed to examine KS and IC, it implies that with optimized knowledge management in universities, providing the infrastructures of KS and strengthening students’ motivational factors, KS capacities can be enhanced and IC of universities would be strengthened.
