The article considers the tools for the working programs formation of the disciplines of the training direction 38.03.01 «Economics», the profile «Accounting, analysis and audit». The change in the development tools is associated with the introduction of the new FSES 3++ and the use of professional standards for the formation of professional competencies. Two professional standards «Accountant» and «Auditor» are used as a base. The achievement of professional competencies is carried out using indicators of achievement of competencies, and the learning outcomes are formed knowledge, skills and possession of skills within the framework of professional competencies. As an example, the disciplines of the part that is formed by the participants of educational relations are used: «Accounting management Accounting» and «International financial reporting standards». The proposed tools for the formation of work programs of disciplines is one of the elements of the educational program and it allows implementing the provisions of the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ and meet the requirements of professional standards, which is required in the labor market in modern conditions.

The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.

The article discusses the features of building the process of familiarizing elementary schoolchildren with scientific methods of cognition (observation, experience) and their application to obtain new knowledge, solve educational, practical and educational-cognitive problems. This direction of educational activity of schoolchildren implements meta-subject learning outcomes in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, and also forms the basis of natural-scientific functional literacy among younger schoolchildren. On the basis of the author’s study, the principles of adapting scientific methods of cognition for use as ways of organizing learning activities are determined; the main stages of the formation of the ability of students to use scientific methods of cognition in students are identified.

The article reveals the goals and methods of organizing the differential education of primary schoolchildren in mathematics, which involves taking into account the individuality, level of ability and degree of independence of each schoolchild, as well as providing him with timely assistance in case of difficulties. Methods of differentiation and means of assisting students are described, which are used by the teacher in the classroom to solve various types of arithmetic problems. In connection with the transition of universities of the Russian Federation to teaching students according to the standards of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3 ++, the task of forming the professional competencies of the graduate based on the relevant professional standards becomes urgent. The article describes the main stages of standardization of higher professional education in the USSR and the Russian Federation and what documents regulated the volume of taught graphic disciplines in technical universities and the content of these disciplines. The issues of the competency-based model of education are considered, such as the concept of com-petence, classification of competencies. Much attention is paid to graphic competencies. It tells about the experience of the department of descriptive geometry and drawing at the Ufa State Avia-tion Technical University with graduating departments in the formation of professional competencies based on professional standards, drawing up curricula and the main educational program.
