Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menguji nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) menentukan kelayakan tatanan perbandingan derajat kepentingan tiap-tiap kriteria. Pemrosesan metode AHP ini sampai menghasilkan nilai Prioritas tiap-tiap persyaratan. Jika nilai CR telah layak maka dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap pencarian solusi dengan metode Profile Matching (PM) untuk menyeleksi calon penerima beasiswa. Nilai Prioritas tiap-tiap persyaratan dari metode AHP kemudian dikelompokkan oleh metode PM ke dalam grup Core Factor dan grup Secondary Factor berdasarkan urutan descending nilai Prioritas. SPK ini dipakai oleh bagian Kemahasiswaan untuk menyeleksi para mahasiswa untuk diusulkan ke Bagian Kesra kabupaten dalam program Beasiswa Gerbang Mentaya. Keluaran pertama SPK berupa rincian perhitungan AHP mendapatkan nilai CR dengan konfirmasi apakah sudah dapat melakukan pencarian solusi ataukah masih harus menata kembali tatanan nilai-nilai perbandingan derajat kepentingan tiap-tiap persyaratan. Keluaran kedua memuat rincian pemrosesan PM menilai persyaratan para mahasiswa. Keluaran terakhir berupa daftar para mahasiswa yang benar-benar layak diusulkan menerima beasiswa berdasarkan seleksi penilaian, seleksi status warga tetap kabupaten, dan status tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain, yang kemudian diusulkan oleh bagian Kemahasiswaan kepada Bagian Kesra Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur.

Abstrak. Dalam perindustrian hubungan antara produsen dan konsumen tidak bisadipisahkan dengan distributor karena distributor memiliki tugas menyalurkan produkyang dihasilkan produsen kepada konsumen. Jika peran distributor kurang optimal makaproses pendistribusian barang kepada konsumen pun kurang maksimal. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menyelesaikan kasus pemilihan distributor dengan studi kasus di CVSinar Matahari Pariaman Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan untuk permasalahanini yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk pembobotan dan metode Goal pro-gramming untuk optimasi. Kriteria dan alternatif distributor ditentukan oleh CV SinarMatahari dimana terdapat empat kriteria dan lima alternatif distributor dengan bobotkriteria Permodalan (0.066), Kelayakan Gudang (0.548), Armada Pengiriman (0.151)dan Tenaga Kerja (0.236) dengan nilai Consistency Ratio antarkriteria dan semua al-ternatif 0.1 . Dari lima alternatif pilihan tersebut diperoleh 1 distributor yang palingdirekomendasikan yaitu Kandidat 3 disusul dengan prioritas rekomendasi distributorlainnya yaitu Kandidat 4, 2, 1 dan 5.Kata Kunci: Analytical hierarchy process, distributor, Goal programming

Samosir regency is a from North Sumatera province which dominantly people is live on agriculture. The most of the farmers using autodidact learning to determining the types of plants that will be process the appropriate with their land, where farmers just learn from their experiences and exchange opinion with another farmers. Based of the problem, the system will be built by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Genetic Algorithm. The result of the testing from method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained result with consistency ratio values < 0,1, which is -0,5936 while the result of the testing from Genetic Algorithm obtained value of the fitness is 157,25. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained the result more consistent with the value of consistency ratio should be < 0,1, so it will be easier to making decision, while on the analysis of Genetic Algorithm, obtained result are probabilistic as always having random process, so that decision making can not be consistent. So, Decision Support System to determination of plants based by contents of soil which are good and suitable is method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

In the field of services, customer satisfaction is a very important factor and determine the success of an enterprise. In the field of outsourcing, customer satisfaction indicator is the labor required delivery in a timely manner and has a level of quality in accordance with the terms proposed by the customer. To provide the best talent to customers, team recruitment and selection must perform a series of tests with a variety of methods to match the criteria of office given by the user with the criteria owned candidates and in order to support growth in graduation rates force a partner at the stage of user approval. For this purpose, the authors conducted a study with the method of observation, interviews, document reviews the candidate recruitment process, so as to provide recommendations for candidates with the highest quality delivery to the user at the stage of approval. The author put forward a model of decision support that is supported by the method of profile matching and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in problem solving. The final results of this study can be used to support a decision in order to improve the effectiveness of the delivery of quality candidates, increase customer satisfaction, lower costs and improve gross operational margin of the company.

The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is frequent in supplier selection. First, AHP is a pairwise comparison between criteria. If the pairwise comparisons are inconsistent, the result is invalid. Thus, the process of comparing criteria must be repeated continuously until valid results are obtained. This process takes time and costs so it is considered inefficient. This research proposes the application of the Hamilton chain process into the pairwise comparison matrix. One criterion is symbolized as a knot, while the arc is symbolized as the pairwise comparison value between the two nodes or the connected criterion. In the network model of the AHP method, each node is connected to all other nodes without exception. Whereas in the proposed method, each criterion or node is compared only once. That said, avoiding inconsistencies can be made. The consistency ratio result of the proposed method is found to be consistent

In this study, analytical hierarchy process was used to select an optimal method for the preparation of dual loaded flavono polymeric nanoparticles. Analytical hierarchy process involves structuring multiple choice criteria into a hierarchy, assessing the relative importance of criteria, comparing alternatives for each criterion and determining an overall ranking of the alternatives. Hierarchy model was developed with the goal in the first level, 10 criteria in the second level and methods for the preparation of polymeric nanoparticles in the third level. To assess the relative importance of criteria, all criteria were compared with each other using Saaty’s scale. To compare the methods, all the methods for the preparation of polymeric nanoparticles were compared with each other for each criterion using Saaty’s scale, which leads to the formation of pair-wise comparison matrixes and consistency ratio was calculated for the each pair-wise comparison matrix. The study result showed that the consistency ratio of each pair-wise comparison matrix were well within acceptable limits. Of 10 criteria, reproducible results received the maximum overall priority weight followed by desirable size. Of 10 methods, nanoprecipitation method received the maximum overall priority weight followed by supercritical fluid technology. Analytical hierarchy process has identified reproducible results as criteria preference and nanoprecipitation as an optimal method for the preparation of dual loaded flavono polymeric nanoparticles. Bridge Project is a very complex work with high technology. In the project’s execution there are to many problem, such as delays of implementation, overpayment and other failures. It is necessary to develop of critical success factor (CSF) to support the performance of committing officer (PPK) in the execution of it’s duties and responsibilities in the implementation of the bridge project. The purpose of this study to identify the factors that are relevant to get an idea of the perception of CSF. The method used to solve complex problems in this study using analytical hierarchy process (AHP).The results of this study, the factors that affected the successful implementation of the bridge project, is the ability of the PPK in making self-estimated price (HPS) with the value (0,038), the ability of consultants to assist and provide guidance to the contractor in the licensing value ratio consistency (0,002) and the ability contractor in making the first project handover (PHO) value consistency ratio (0.001). The conclusion is that three factors are veryaffected to support the performance of committing officer (PPK) in the execution of bridge project.

Selama ini dalam memilih produk, maka standar kualitas utama dalam memilih produk adalah berdasarkan spesifikasi dari suatu produk. Padahal nyatanya, masih banyak konsumen yang mengalami kesulitan jika harus memilih barang berdasarkan spesifikasi dari suatu produk. Banyak sekali pilihan produk yang memiliki spesifikasi yang sama dan jika harus memilih, maka konsumen akan mengalami kesulitan. Dalam kansei enginering perasaan merupakan kunci utama dalam kesukesan dari suatu produk. Setiap produk memang bisa jadi memiliki spesifikasi yang sama namun tidak memiliki kualitas yang sama jika dilihat dari kacamata kansei. Masalahnya adalah, selama ini pemilihan produk dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) masih menggunakan parameter spesifikasi produk. Akibatnya ketika SPK dihadapkan pada pilihan produk dengan spesifikasi yang sama, maka sistem tersebut akan menghasilkan keputusan yang acak dengan tingkat kepercayan model keputusan yang rendah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan penggabungan kansei engineering dengan AHP merupakan solusi paling tepat untuk kasus pemilihan produk dengan spesifikasi yang sama. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai consistency ratio dari model yang diusulkan yang kurang dari 0,10. Dalam pengujian ini, terlihat bahwa hasil akhir dari CR adalah 0,0054. 0,0054 lebih kecil dari 0,10 sehingga terbukti bahwa model sistem pendukung keputusan pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan produk yang memiliki spesifikasi yang sama. Model sistem pendukung keputusan dan alur proses yang diusulkan terbukti mampu membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yang tetap konsisten.

In 2015, the researchers created a decision support system application to determine the priority ranking of students in obtaining Poor Student Assistance funds (BSM) to overcome the problem of distributing BSM funds by applying the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm. In 2017, researchers modified the program by adding criteria on the ownership of the Social Protection Card (KPS) or the Poor Certificate (SKM) owned by the parents/guardians of students in addition to the criteria that existed in the previous system, namely the income of parents/guardians , the state of the house building of the parents/guardians, the number of siblings, and the number of children still dependent on the parents. The system can be used to calculate the priority of students in receiving BSM for students whose parents/guardians do not have KPS/SKM, whereas students with their parents/guardians who have KPS/SKM get first priority to receive BSM funds, and for students with parents/guardians who did not return a questionnaire the questionnaire can still receive BSM funding in the most recent. Current research describes the workings of the algorithm of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Profile Matching algorithm in processing BSM fund distribution’s criterias to produce priority ranking information of students receiver BSM funds.

Suatu keputusan yang diambil oleh seorang pengambil keputusan haruslah dapat dijelaskan dan dipertanggungjawabkan. Masalah lain timbul apabila dalam pengambilan keputusan terdapat lebih dari satu kriteria dan alternatif. Seringkali pada suatu ketika para pengambil keputusan tersebut menemui kesulitan dalam memberikan pertanggungjawaban dan penjelasan tentang pengambilan keputusan yang dibuat. Dalam hal ini AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) merupakan suatu solusi dalam memberikan pertimbangan untuk mengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan metode pangkat untuk mencari nilai Eigen dan vektor Eigen. Pada kasus pemilihan rumah tinggal untuk perbandingan kriteria terhadap fokus diperoleh nilai prioritas lingkungan sebesar 0,1429 sedangkan Sri Mulyano menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,14. Untuk nilai prioritas waktu tempuh terhadap fokus diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,2857, sedangkan Sri Mulyono 0,29. Untuk biaya transport terhadap fokus nilai prioritas yang diperoleh 0,5714, sedangkan Sri Mulyono diperoleh nilai 0,57; sementara untuk nilai CR yang diperoleh sama bernilai nol. Namun untuk pengujian kriteria lingkungan terhadap alternative A, B dan C, diperoleh nilai CR yang 0.0462 dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Sri Mulyono dengan nilai CR = 0,08.Kata Kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Consistency Ratio.
