The quantitative research method is used in this research that aims to determine the effects of emotional labour, job characteristics and job demands on job burnout with counterproductive behaviour. The respondents in this research are nurses with a population of 160. The size of the sample was taken as much as 100 respondents, with a probability sampling method specifically for simple random sampling. The questionnaire was used for data collection. The analysis technique used in this research is the analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) emotional labour has an effect on job burnout with a path coefficient of 0.751. (2) job characteristics have an effect on job burnout with a path coefficient of 0.231 (3) job burnout has an effect on counterproductive behaviour with a path coefficient of 0.951 and (4) job demands have an effect on job burnout with a path coefficient of 0.687.

Today, high population growth coupled with the needs of the product or service quality healthcare. One practice in improving quality is through the implementation of Total Quality Management or TQM. One of the efforts in the implementation of TQM can be done with criteria MBNQA consisting of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, pekuruan, analysis, and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management, and business results. RSI Jemursari Surabaya as one of the hospitals of foundation hospitals islam Islam Surabaya (Yarsis) has implemented MBNQA in its business operations. This study examines the relationship between TQM implementation through MBNQA on business performance criteria of Islamic Hospital Jemursari. Data were analyzed using path analysis using Partial Least Square method with the help of software SmartPLS. From the research results obtained by the t-statistic for the criteria of customer focus 6.153 ; management process by 5.451; 5.168 leadership; strategic planning 4.314; and 2,628 business results. While the measurement, analysis, and knowledge management did not prove significant influence and adversely affect the value of the path coefficient of -0.014 with 0.288 t and the focus of labor is not proved significant with path coefficient value of 0,020 with 0,349 t.

This study aims to prove that conflict of interest and rent seeking have a positive effect on indications of fraud based on the auditor’s perception. Indications of fraud in this study using the theory of fraud pentagon which consists of pressure, rationalization, opportunity, capability, and arrogance. Furthermore, conflicts of interest are seen from personal, relational, cultural, and structural indicators. While the indicators of rent seeking are seen from working capital, debt, corporate immunity, creative accounting, and corporate governance. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study are auditors who work in public accounting firms. The research sample consisted of 100 samples and was obtained using non-probability sampling and incidental sampling methods. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square method which consisted of descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the study show that conflicts of interest and rent seeking have a positive and significant effect on indications of fraud. The results of this study support the fraud pentagon theory that conflict-of-interest activities and rent seeking have an influence on indications of fraud.How to Cite: Silooy, N. P., & Novita. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work stress, motivation, work environment and work performance at Airnav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. This study used simple random sampling technique on 68 respondents by taking respondents from permanent employees. The data used in this study were obtained from the measurement results of 68 employees (39 male employees and 29 female employees). The test was carried out by the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the smartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee work performance. Job stress has a significant effect on employee work performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee work performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee work performance. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. Achievement earned by the company is inseparable from the employees’ performance. There are several factors affecting their performance. Two of them are leadership and motivation. The study aims to examine the influence of leadership on the sense of the achievement of the employees of Terang Utama Abadi (TUA) Ltd., the influence of leadership on the performance of the employees at TUA Ltd., the influence of the sense of achievement on the performance of employees at TUA Ltd., and the sense of achievement as an intervening variable on employee at TUA Ltd.. The respondents of this study were fifty-eight employees at TUA Ltd. This study was a quantitative research with structural equation modelling partial least square method. Questionnaires were used to collect the primary data. This study found that leadership and sense of achievement has positive influence on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the sense of achievement served as an intervening variable.

The study at hand is an investigation of consumer behavior pertaining to sustainable marketing practices amongst tertiary students at selected universities in South Africa. A total of 2 02 questionnaires were used in data collection. The quantitative research method was used and data was collected using convenience sampling. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential analysis and SPSS version 24 and AMOS version 24 were utilised, respectively. For hypothesis testing structural equation modelling (SEM) was conducted using the partial least square method in path analysis. The major findings of this study show that customer awareness of sustainability matters and sustainable marketing efforts are linked to sustainability behaviour. However, the level of knowledge and perceived sustainability benefits were neither positively nor significantly related to sustainability behaviour. The results have also shown that even though customers regard the knowledge of sustainability as important they have shown that they lack information because they still consume products which are regarded as harmful to the environment. Thus, the major recommendations are that marketers, policymakers, universities and all other institutions of education should support consumers with guidance and support regarding the knowledge on sustainable marketing practices while enhancing customers’ knowledge on sustainability and its associated benefits.

This study aims to analyze the effect of auditor experience, professionalism and independence influencing audit assessment, which also aims to analyze audit assessments to strengthen auditor experience, professionalism, and independence of the accuracy of audit results. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 75 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data source of this research is an auditor who works in a public accounting firm in Surabaya. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire taken by drawing. Test the hypothesis by comparing the results of the path coefficient with the T-table with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the influence of auditor experience, professionalism, and independence influences the accuracy of opinion results. Audit judgment strengthens experience and independence influences the accuracy of opinion results, while audit judgment does not affect the strengthening of professionalism regarding the accuracy in providing audit opinion.

Abstrak Kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat telah diketahui dapat mempengaruhi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan. Informasi tentang hubungan kualitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat masih sangat minimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian survey ekspanatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data didapatkan dari 32 perawat melalui simple random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Kepuasan Kerja, Manajemen, Keperawatan

Since environmental issues are becoming an integral part of business performances, policymakers and managers have started recognizing the importance of green innovation towards sustainable business performances. The role of the automotive parts industry is crucial in minimizing environmental degradation and promoting sustainable development. Yet few studies have focused on the connection between green entrepreneurial orientation and green innovation that may affect small and medium enterprise (SME) business performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of green entrepreneurial orientation on green innovations, and its effects on sustainable business performances in the automotive parts industry in Thailand. The sample consists of 226 SMEs in the automotive parts industry in Thailand. The partial least square method (PLS-SEM) has been used for the analysis of data. The results of the study show that green innovations have the strongest influence on economic and environmental performances. This study contributes to resource-based view theory by incorporating green innovation as a strategic competency of SMEs’ performance. Further, green entrepreneurial orientation and green innovation can assist SME managers in understanding the factors leading to sustainable performance of businesses.
