Previously, a great stream of research is based on the study of workplace incivility and its impact on outcomes, but a very few studies were conducted to check the effect of different moderators and mediators that could affect the relationship of workplace incivility with outcomes. With the sample (N=100) of employees from telecommunication companies of Pakistan, current study carries out with the aim of exploring the effect of workplace incivility and psychological capital on job stress. We also examined the moderating influence of the psychological capital in the workplace incivility and job stress relationship. Self-administered surveys were conducted and results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using SPSS software. Results provided good support for the proposed hypothesis. While workplace incivility was associated positively with job stress, psychological capital had a significant relationship with job stress. As hypothesized, the result for the moderation was counter to expectation where incivility, job stress relationship was stronger when psychological capital was high. Our study provides a few approaches into the generalizability ideas and concepts such as workplace incivility and psychological capital in Faisalabad. However, there is a need to make further efforts to expand and test complex models in different cultural contexts.

The current study aims to analyze the relationship of selected kinematic variables to the technique of pull shot in cricket. For the purpose of the study the researcher purposively selected five male inter-university cricket players from lnipe, gwalior of 18 to 24 years., the technique of pull shot in batting performance of each selected subjects was recorded on the basis of certain criteria (point system). It was divided into 2 components; 1. placement of feet and 2. execution (contact) each consist of maximum 10 points. The angles at selected joints were recorded to the nearest degree. The c.g. was measured nearest to the 1/10th of the centimetre. On the basis of sequence photographs obtained from the videography, the scholar developed stick figures from which selected kinematic variables was calculated. The center of gravity of whole body was determined by kinovea software. To find the the relationship of selected kinematic variables to the technique of pull shot in cricket pearson product moment correlation coefficient was used by means of spss software. It was found that, in case of moment execution angle at left shoulder joint and angle at left elbow joint showed significant relationship with performance.

This study to aim Investigate the relationship between moral, supportive and oppressive leadership styles, with the psychological capital. The current research is correlative and descriptive due to its nature. For this study, 400 samples were considered. After distributing and collecting questionnaires, 20 valid questionnaires for analysis were diagnosed, so research sample group was reduced to 380 persons. The sample randomly sampled based on a list of employees. The sample randomly sampled based on a list of employees. To collect log data, organizational effectiveness, leadership oppressive questionnaire, a questionnaire ethical leadership, supportive leadership questionnaire was used. Data analysis in two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, multiple regression and ANOVA (analysis of variance, a statistical method in which the variation in a set of observations is divided into distinct components.)) was performed using SPSS software. According to the result of the relationship between leadership styles (ethics and fairness, clarity of roles, division of power, oppressive leadership and leadership support) with dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, the ability resourcefulness, optimism and resilience) there is a significant relationship Key words: leadership styles, moral leadership, supportive leadership, oppressive leadership, psychological capital

This research aims to extend the literature on stress by exploring the relationship between incivility and employees' counterproductive work behavior (CWB). We investigate the mediating role of psychological distress (PD) to understand the relationship of family and workplace incivility with CWB. The study also evaluates the moderation effect of emotional regulation between incivility and PD. Analysis of three-wave lagged data (N=328), collected from bank employees in Pakistan, indicates that PD mediates the effect of family and workplace incivility on CWB and emotional regulation moderates the effect of family and workplace incivility on PD. Our findings highlight the fact that emotional regulation and PD are important mechanisms in the incivility–CWB relationship. The inclusion of these two constructs is a key to understanding the relationships among family incivility, workplace incivility, and work-related outcomes. The paper concludes with a discussion of theoretical and practical implications.

This study examined the mediating effect of psychological capital in the relationship between job stress and burnout of psychiatric nurses. The participants were 108 psychiatric nurses working in three psychiatric hospitals located in South Korea. Data were collected from 10 August to 15 September 2018 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression by IBM SPSS 24.0 program. In addition, a bootstrapping test using the SPSS PROCESS macro was conducted to test the statistical significance of the mediating effect. There was significant correlation between job stress, psychological capital, and burnout. Psychological capital showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between job stress and burnout. Job stress explained 29.7% of the variance in burnout, and the model including job stress and psychological capital explained 49.6% of the variance in burnout. The bootstrapping showed that psychological capital was a significant sub-parameter and decreased job stress and burnout (LLCI = −0.1442, ULCI = −0.3548). These findings suggest that psychiatric nurses’ burnout can be reduced by implementing various health care programs designed to increase psychological capital.
