The important role of MHC in the pathogenesis of vitiligo and SLE has been confirmed in various populations. To map the most significant MHC variants associated with the risk of vitiligo and SLE, we conducted fine mapping analysis using 1117 vitiligo cases, 1046 SLE cases and 1693 healthy control subjects in the Han-MHC reference panel and 1000 Genomes Project phase 3. rs113465897 (P=1.03×10-13, OR=1.64, 95%CI =1.44–1.87) and rs3129898 (P=4.21×10-17, OR=1.93, 95%CI=1.66–2.25) were identified as being most strongly associated with vitiligo and SLE, respectively. Stepwise conditional analysis revealed additional independent signals at rs3130969(p=1.48×10-7, OR=0.69, 95%CI=0.60–0.79), HLA-DPB1*03:01 (p=1.07×10-6, OR=1.94, 95%CI=1.49–2.53) being linked to vitiligo and HLA-DQB1*0301 (P=4.53×10-7, OR=0.62, 95%CI=0.52-0.75) to SLE. Considering that epidemiological studies have confirmed comorbidities of vitiligo and SLE, we used the GCTA tool to analyse the genetic correlation between these two diseases in the HLA region, the correlation coefficient was 0.79 (P=5.99×10-10, SE=0.07), confirming their similar genetic backgrounds. Our findings highlight the value of the MHC region in vitiligo and SLE and provide a new perspective for comorbidities among autoimmune diseases.

To date, there is no scientometric study conducted on Environmental Literacy (EL) literature. Hence, this paper aims to bridge this gap.We aimed fora holistic scientometric analysis of scientific literature available on EL, whichresulted in finding global research trends in EL research. We operatedthe following scientometric tools: VOSviewer and Bibliometrix R Package-Biblioshiny for complete science mapping analysis of the collected bibliographic data retrieved from Scopus database. We analysed the Scopus scientific research outcomes during the last 50 years. The outcome included438 total documents published and among them 354 were articles and 84 were conference papers published by1112 authors from 50 countries. The findings of this study arevital for policy makers, researchers and other working in environmental education and literacy development to understand the potential gaps and strength in the current EL research in Scopus literature.

This paper analyses and reviews the most important literature papers relating to the evolution of maintenance in Industry 4.0 and its applications. The topic's importance is stated by n increasing number of publications in this field, which suggested a systematic literature review. The proliferation of hardware devices in the workplace, such as smartphones and tablets, has caused engineers to develop the industrial sector 's maintenance world.  This review aims to classify the literature published from 2015 to early 2020 to identify the major benefits and areas where it obtained them. This study surveys the latest approaches and emerging trends in maintenance management strategies commonly used in the era of Industry 4.0. It discusses the state-of-the-art of Industry 4.0 technology and the associated use of manufacturing and maintenance management. The data collection was obtained by conducting a systematic search of the literature.

This paper provides a systematic review of the phenomenon of menopause at the workplace from a sustainable career perspective, by highlighting its major themes along with the evolution and tendencies observed in this field. A conceptual science mapping analysis based on co-word bibliographic networks was developed, using the SciMAT tool. From 1992 to 2020, 185 documents were retrieved from the Web of Science. In the first analyzed time span (1992–2002), postmenopausal women, health, and risk factors appeared to be the motor themes (well-developed and important for the structure of the discipline under focus), and disorder was an emerging or disappearing theme in the phenomenon under research. In the second studied period (2003–2013), risk and health were motor themes, menopausal symptoms was a basic or transversal theme (important for the discipline but not well-developed), coronary heart disease was a specialized theme (well-developed but less important for the structure of the research field), and postmenopausal women was an emerging or disappearing theme (both weakly developed and marginal to the field). In the third studied period (2014–2020), menopause, breast cancer, and menopausal symptoms were motor themes, Anxiety was a specialized theme and risk and body mass index were emerging or disappearing themes. Sustainability of women’s careers in the second half of life is of increasing importance given the increasing equal representation of men and women in working organizations, and the impact of the changing nature of work in the 21st century on older workers.

Introduction: The patient-doctor relationship has evolved from early paternalism to a consumerism and partnership model that emphasizes cooperation. Patient-doctor relationships might vary with the socio-cultural environment, because the medical environment affects such relationships.Method: We investigated the patient-doctor relationship among medical students through concept mapping analysis. Twenty-six fourth-grade Korean medical students wrote a reflection journal and participated in the concept classification and the importance evaluation of the derived concept. ALSCAL multidimensional scaling and Ward hierarchical cluster analysis were performed. Also, the 5-point Likert scale was used to evaluate the importance of the concept.Results: Sixty-six statements about the patient-doctor relationship were extracted and grouped into six clusters. The x-axis is the dimension of “Information-Respect,” and the y-axis is “Changeability-Persistence.” Six patient-doctor concepts were derived and students evaluated “Patient-centered” as the most important.Conclusions: Medical students express various concepts of the patient-doctor relationship. Considering that they may encounter various medical conditions and patients, it is necessary that they understand deeply the complex patient-doctor relationship.
