Cellulose is the most abundant polymer present in various agricultural wastes. These wastes can be converted into useful products by degradation of cellulose present inside these wastes. The conversion is catalysed by cellulase enzyme. This review describes the bacterial cellulase enzyme including their classification, isolation, production and applications. In this, we have mentioned the isolation and screening techniques of bacterial cellulase along with some other microbial species, which are having potential of producing cellulase enzyme. It also discusses the submerged and solid-state production of cellulase enzyme along with applications in textile, paper, production of biofuel, food and animal feed industry, oil extraction, brewing, and agriculture. Now a days, industrial enzymes achieved a great place due to their easy production from cheap agricultural wastes together with their magnificent role in above mentioned industries. These features attract the industries, so that they can make their products economically valuable and also improve the protocols accordingly.

In the animal feed industry, steam is used in pellet making machines. In this process, steam from the boiler is distributed to the pellet mill through the pipe. The purpose of this study is to observe the waste of electricity costs of operating a boiler by calculating heat loss in a distribution pipe. The method of assessing heat loss is done by calculating losses caused by heat loss in the boiler distribution. Then make a calculation application model based on the data obtained. From the data analyzed, the amount of heat lost in the non-insulating distribution pipe is 0.766 kJ/s with a loss of Rp 5.628,600 operating costs per month compared to heat loss in an isolated pipe condition of 0.047 kJ/s with losses which cost slightly more than Rp 368 190 / month. This heat loss calculation process is made on an android application by entering the calculation formula on the program and the data that has been obtained.

Areca palm (ChrysalidoCarpus lutescenes) a widely used plant having feathery arching brands with 100 leaflets. All these plants produce much of waste in additions to greeny and nuts. This waste of spade is used for the production of various molecules that are used in industry and pharma sector. Fermentation techniques are used to generate economically important enzymes for industrial and pharmaceutical purposes. Cellulase enzyme degrades the cellulose in between β-1, 4 glucosidic link found in lignocellulosic complex which under physical treatment is slower to degrade. The present study of Aspergillus niger for cellulose production was carried in solid state (SS) and submerged (SM) fermentations for production of cellulase enzyme. Cellulase production in SSF after 72 h of fermentation was 8.02 and in SMF activity was 2.98 per ml of cultured broth at H 6 and temperature at 30°C. Both SMF and SSF were supplemented with lactose and lactobionic acid, which acted as cellulase P production inducers. The aim of the present work was to study the effect of Areca palm spade as substrate for Aspergillus niger and its cellulase production under SMF and SSF.
