This study quantifies the associations among Islamic attributes of destination, tourist satisfaction, and destination loyalty. Islamic attributes of destination consists of four dimensions namely worship facilities, halalness, alcohol & gambling free, and Islamic morality. A survey instrument is used to examine the relationships in the proposed model by employing SEM technique. The collected primary data (n=243) from tourists in Aqaba city located in Jordan is conducted to test the relationship between exogenous and endogenous construct expressed in the proposed structural model. The findings revealed that Islamic attributes of destination directly and tourists’ satisfactions have significant impact on destination loyalty, besides tourists’ satisfaction has significant impact on tourists’ destination loyalty. However, as the coefficient of determination (R²) for the research endogenous variables for tourists’ satisfaction, and tourists’ destination loyalty were 0.41, and 0.18 respectively; this study will contribute a better understanding towards Islamic tourism management in Aqaba city.

The aim of this research is to explore the associations among motivation for attendance to Aqaba city, destination satisfaction, and destination loyalty. The research surveyed samples of 200 and used Structural Equation Model for research analysis and testing. The results show that motivation for attendance to Aqaba city positively affects tourists’ destination loyalty. The motivation for attendance positively affects destination satisfaction; and tourists’ destination satisfaction affects tourists’ destination loyalty. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) for the research endogenous variables for tourists’ destination satisfaction, and tourists’ destination loyalty were 0.46, and 0.66 respectively, which indicates that the model does moderately account for the variation of the proposed model; however, opens the gate for further research.

The competitive situation and challenges within the tourism industry worldwide entailed a better understanding of destination loyalty’s determinants in achieving Malaysia’s aspiration to retain its international reputation as one of the most desirable tourist destinations in Asia. Literature proved that factors such as perceived value, service quality and tourist satisfaction could influence in improving destination loyalty. In view of this, there is a need to examine the influence of several constructs namely perceived value, service quality and tourist satisfaction that can contribute to the loyalty of international tourists towards Malaysia as it was suggested in the literature review. Therefore, the main objectives of this study were to examine the influence of perceived value and service quality on tourist satisfaction, which in turn would influence destination loyalty. In this study, tourist satisfaction was treated as the mediating variable. The proposed model was tested using structural equation modeling on a sample of 337 foreign tourists selected using a random sampling method. The study was conducted from August 2014 to October 2014. The proposed model achieved acceptable goodness-of-fit. The requirements for reliability and validity were also met. The results of the empirical study indicated that perceived value influenced tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. In addition, the findings revealed that service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, service quality had no significant effect on destination loyalty. Moreover, the findings indicated that tourist satisfaction had a full mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and destination loyalty. The study contributed to a better understanding of behavioral factors that would represent a sustainable source for increasing customer retention at the level of individual providers as well as a destination as a whole. Individual providers should focus on delivering quality services related to accommodation, information and facilities, health and hygiene, and shopping that were associated with the visitor’s travel experience. Aspects of perceived value identified in the study could be used as a strategic tool in managing tourism offerings which could enhance the destination’s competitive edge.

<p>The objective of this study to identify the impact of culinary tourism on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Respondents in this study are the tourists in Padang city, West Sumatra. The study utilized primary data which is obtained through the questionnaire. The respondents were selected by convenience sampling method. The number of respondents is 384 determined by using Lemeshow formula. Data were analyzed by Path Analysis. The result show that culinary tourism has a positive and significant effect both on destination loyalty and tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination loyalty. Culinary tourism is one of the effective tools to increase tourism. Tourist satisfaction will be achieved with components of culinary tourism. Tourist satisfaction even though insufficient category, it will be able to increase loyalty.</p>

With China's rapid economic growth and improved standard of living, travel and tourism are increasingly becoming the first choices for vacation activities. The purpose of this research is to assess the trip experience on destination loyalty through tourist satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visited Indonesia tourism. The quantitative research method was used and the primary data collected using questionnaire to 158 respondents of Chinese tourists who visited Indonesia analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study indicates that 6 of the 7 hypotheses are accepted. As a result, accommodation mediated by tourist satisfaction has no significant effect on destination loyalty. The impact of trip experience on destination loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction accounted for 64.4 percent. This study demonstrates how Chinese tourists evaluate their trip experiences of Indonesia tourism. Transportation was discovered to have the greatest impact, whereas need to be improved in order to create destination loyalty.

This study aims to explore the influence of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE), Politico-Economic Conditions (PEC) on Tourist Behavioral Intension (TBI) in Hunza, Pakistan. The study further investigates the mediating role of Tourist Satisfaction (TS) on the given variables. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique has been applied to conceptualize the research frame and to test the proposed hypotheses. Primary data was collected by using convenient sampling technique for analysis from 220 tourists who visited tourism nucleus sites of Hunza. The finding of the study reveals that Natural resources and Environment, Politico-and Economic Conditions have a significant positive impact on Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. Moreover, Tourist’s Satisfaction partially mediates the positive relationships among Natural Resources and Environment, Political & Economic Conditions and Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. The findings of the study extend the understanding that presence of natural resources along with healthy environment and stable political & economic conditions of a destination are the key determinants for sustainable tourism development.

Understanding and being able to measure, analyze, compare, and contrast the image of a tourism destination, also known as tourism destination image (TDI), is critical in tourism management and destination marketing. Although various methodologies have been developed, a consistent, reliable, and scalable method for measuring TDI is still unavailable. This study aims to address the challenge by proposing a framework for a holistic measure of TDI in four dimensions, including popularity, sentiment, time, and location. A structural model for TDI measurement that covers various aspects of a tourism destination is developed. TDI is then measured by a comprehensive computational framework that can analyze complex textual and visual data on a large scale. A case study using more than 30,000 images, and 10,000 comments in relation to three tourism destinations in Australia demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

Background/Objectives: The interest in work-life balance has increased in Korea since the low birthrate problem intensified in the 2000s, and recently, a 52-hour workweek has been implemented depending on the size of the company to ensure work-life balance. Companies are also adopting the direction and policies of the government to spread job redesign or organizational culture that can bring work-life balance. Work-life balance is seen as a paradigm for high performance in modern society. Activation of smart work, which is a system that can work anytime and anywhere without being bound by time and place, is inevitable. It is assumed that the quality of life of the members of the organization will be improved through smartwork activation, and that the improvement of the quality of life will soon increase the organizational performanceMethods/Statistical analysis: This study utilizes the original data from the 2018 Smartwork Survey conducted by the Korea Information Society Agency, targeting employees of businesses with five or more business units and CEOs of businesses or heads of departments responsible for introducing and operating smart work. The survey collected samples using stratified sampling methods, and the survey was conducted online and in writing to 1,700 people from October 8, 2018 for 27 days. Finally, 566 data were hypothesized through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS structural model analysis.Findings: As a result of analyzing the effect of smart work on organizational performance through the effect of quality on life, Smartwork activation affects organizational performance, and the improvement of quality of life through time saving and work efficiency due to smartwork affects organizational performance. Managers' interest was found to play a moderating role in the structural relationship between smartwork activation, quality of life and organizational performance.Improvements/Applications: This study suggests smartwork activation by empirically analyzing the effect of smartwork activation on organizational performance by the mediating effect of quality of life for employees of companies working in smart office environment.

The present study is an attempt to investigate the impact of green consumption values and social influence on purchase intention for organic clothing. Five hypotheses were developed with the support of relevant literature. These were tested with the help of primary data of young adult Indian consumers in the age group 20–40 years, collected through a structured questionnaire. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. The results of structural model revealed that attitude partially mediates the relationship of green consumption values and purchase intention for organic clothing. Further, social influence has no impact on attitude as well as purchase intention for organic clothing. The outcomes also indicated that for products at the introductory stages of the lifecycle, such as organic clothing, social influence does not play a vital role even in a collectivist culture. In such situations, consumers in a collectivist culture like India tend to exhibit individualistic behaviour. The results will be beneficial for designing market entry strategies for organic clothing brands targeting developing countries. The study also tries to extend our knowledge of understanding of departures from collectivistic behaviours in products which are in the introductory stages of the lifecycle in collectivist cultures.
