PT. Multi Mandiri Medan is one of the companies engaged in the field of labor services namely clearning service and security guard. Employees feel less satisfied, because the form of motivation provided by the company is not as expected by the employee. In addition, employees experience stress due to excessive workloads, remuneration provided is not proportional to the workload provided by superiors and superiors are not being fair to subordinates. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. The benefits of research is to provide information to the leadership of the influence of motivation and stress on job satisfaction. The research population is all employees of PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan as many as 68 people. In this research, the research sample counted 68 people. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of t test shows that motivation has positive and significant effect partially on job satisfaction; while the stress variable has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. F test results show that motivation and stress significantly influence simultaneously to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. Based on the results of the discussion, obtained multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 12.45 + 0.898.X1 - 0.253.X2. That is, motivation and stress affect the job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan. This can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient. In other words, if the form of motivation increases, then job satisfaction will increase. However, if the cause of stress increases, employee job satisfaction will decrease. The value of the correlation coefficient (R²) is 0.804. That is, motivation and stress have a strong relationship to job satisfaction at PT. Delta Multi Mandiri Medan.

AbstractWater tank product Company facing a challenge to provide quality services and competitive prices to get customer satisfaction. The objectives of this study is to analysis quality of service, price and customer satisfaction of Penguin Water Tank products at Mitra 10 Gading Serpong Store. Are there relationship between service quality and price to customer satisfaction ? Using associative and quantitative method. Data analysis methods used linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, r replacement test , determination coefficient test (R ²), hypothesis test t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, service quality, price and customer satisfaction in the water tank Penguin product at Mitra 10 Gading Serpong is  good. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a regression equation Y = 0.158 + 0.533X1 + 0.462X2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, harga dan  kepuasan pelanggan produk Tangki Air Penguin pada Toko Mitra 10 Gading Serpong, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk Tangki Air Penguin? Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode assosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Metode analisis data menggunakan  uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (r), uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji hipotesis uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan pelanggan pada tangki air merek Penguin sudah baik. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,158+ 0,533X1 + 0,462X2,. Hasil koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,842 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang “kuat” antara kualitas pelayanan, harga  dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Harga; Kepuasan Pelanggan; Kualitas Pelayanan

his study aims to determine the willingness of visitors to pay entrance ticket retribution on the tourist attraction of Mandeh Island in the South Coast. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaires to 50 visitors in Mandeh Island Tourism Area. Sampling uses accidental sampling. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression test and hypothesis test with t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive influence between income partially on willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient value of 0.035, the value of tcount is 0.598 <t table of 1.985; (2) there is a positive influence between partial mileage on willingness to pay retibusi with a coefficient value of 0.432 tcount of 3.97> ttable 1.985 (3) there is no negative influence between the length of time visiting the willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient of 0.052 and tcount amounting to 0.456> ttable 1.985; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between income, distance traveled and the length of time of visit available to the willingness to pay levies on the mandatory tourist area with F count 6.588> Ftable 2.70.

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Truba Jaga Cita. The study's population was 195 employees and a sample of 131 people was determined using the slovin formula. The data used is primary data using the results of the disseminated questionnaire. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination test The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test through F test say that there is an influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at PT. This study aims to look at the existence of soybean farmers and markets in Solok Regency. This study was conducted in Solok Regency to 200 households. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis that aims to see the level of consumer preferences to processed soy products in Solok Regency. Furthermore, inductive analysis was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method that aims to look at the determinants of the demand for processed soy products in Solok Regency. The study shows that (1) the processed soy products most in demand by the society in Solok Regency are tofu and tempeh. (2) The number of household members, education of wife and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency. (3). The number of household members and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband, education of wife and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency.

This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between service quality, brand image and word of mouth communication to the interest in continuing study in management department Faculty of Economics, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative research and multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained from those management students especially the class of 2018 and 2019, then processed using SPSS version 22 which includes several tests like, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (r2). Based on the research results obtained that Service Quality (X1) and Brand Image (X2) variables have a negative and insignificant effect on Interest on Continuing Study (Y), but the other variable of Word of Mouth Communication (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Interest on Continuing Study (Y) variable.

This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

Mempawah Mangrove Park (MMP) is an ecotourism in West Kalimantan, especially in Mempawah Regency. MMP besides a tourist attraction is also an area of research and education. Visitors tend to increase every year starting from August 23 2016 – April 27 2017 visitors come from local communities of Mempawah Regency and from outside Mempawah Regency such as Pontianak City, Singkawang City and Kubu Raya. Factors that influence the demand for MMP Mangrove nature tourism consumers are attractiveness, travel costs, time, and income. The research aims to measure the demand of consumers of Mempawah District MMP natural tourism services, and examine the factors that influence the demand for consumers of MMP natural tourism services. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who visited MMP using the Accidental Sampling method. The analytical method in this study is descriptive analysis, basic assumption test, classic test, and multiple linear analysis. Descriptive analysis result of the demand consumers of MMP natural tourism services indicate that consumer demand is said to be high. The results of 45 respondents in this study were 22 respondents (48.89%) visited 3 times in the last 1 year. The results of the study used the basic assumption test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attraction variables have a positive and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. Travel and time cost variables show a negative and insignificant influence on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services because most of the visitors are local people of Mempawah Regency who do not require a high enough travel cost and a long time. The income variable shows a negative and significant effect on the demand of consumers of MMP natural tourism services. This happens to income still in the low category because most MMP visitors are status young as students who do not have a steady income.Keywords: Attractiveness, Consumer Demand, Income, MMP, Time and Travel Cost.

<em>Work effectiveness is the degree of achievement of an organization's goals based on the activities carried out. Work effectiveness is influenced by various factors including leadership, internal communication. The research objectives are: (1) to determine whether there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness (2) to find out how much influence leadership and internal communication have on employee work effectiveness both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study was employees of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang; it is 90 people. There are three variables studied in this study, namely: (1) leadership (2) internal communication (3) work effectiveness. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Release 16. Based on the descriptive analysis, the percentage of leadership is 84.24% (very good category), the level of internal communication is 86% (very good category), while the level of work effectiveness is 78.78% (good category). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis also obtained F calculate of 17,234 with a significance of 0,000. Because the price of significance obtained is less than 0.05, the regression model obtained is significant. This means that the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that is, there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness. The magnitude of the effect is simultaneously 28.4% while partially is 16% for leadership variables and 5.29% for internal communication. Based on the results of research, leadership and internal communication have a positive influence on work effectiveness. Leadership has a greater influence than internal communication.</em>

This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.
