This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between service quality, brand image and word of mouth communication to the interest in continuing study in management department Faculty of Economics, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative research and multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained from those management students especially the class of 2018 and 2019, then processed using SPSS version 22 which includes several tests like, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (r2). Based on the research results obtained that Service Quality (X1) and Brand Image (X2) variables have a negative and insignificant effect on Interest on Continuing Study (Y), but the other variable of Word of Mouth Communication (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Interest on Continuing Study (Y) variable.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. This research is aimed to determining the effect of electronic word of mouth, attractiveness and location simultaneously and partially affect of interest visiting Tete Batu  Village, East Lombok. This research is associative research. The population of this study is all visitors in Tete Batu Village. The sample was 40 respondents. The technique of data collections were questionnaires and analyzing data through Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the formula Y = 0.429 + 0.705X1 +  0.175X2 +0.013X3  +  e.  Based  on  the  hypothesis  test  were  simultaneously  the  three independent variables significantly influence the interest of tourists visiting Tete Batu  Village.  Partially,  electronic  word  of  mouth  (X1)  has  a  positive  and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourist; this could be seen from t count of 10.920, it was more than the t table value of 1.688. Attractiveness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists; this could be seen from the t count of 2.252, it was more than the t table value of 1.688.  The location variable (X3) didn’t have any significant effect on tourist visiting, and showed that the results of the coefficient of multiple linear determination (R2) of 0.750 or75%. This means that t e degree of influence of the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 75%.

AbstractWater tank product Company facing a challenge to provide quality services and competitive prices to get customer satisfaction. The objectives of this study is to analysis quality of service, price and customer satisfaction of Penguin Water Tank products at Mitra 10 Gading Serpong Store. Are there relationship between service quality and price to customer satisfaction ? Using associative and quantitative method. Data analysis methods used linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, r replacement test , determination coefficient test (R ²), hypothesis test t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, service quality, price and customer satisfaction in the water tank Penguin product at Mitra 10 Gading Serpong is  good. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a regression equation Y = 0.158 + 0.533X1 + 0.462X2. The results of the consideration coefficient (r) of 0.842 which means there is a strong relationship between service quality, price and customer satisfaction.Key World: Customer Satisfaction; Price; Service QualityAbstrakProdusen produk tangki air menghadapi tantangan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan harga bersaing untuk  mendapatkan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, harga dan  kepuasan pelanggan produk Tangki Air Penguin pada Toko Mitra 10 Gading Serpong, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk Tangki Air Penguin? Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode assosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Metode analisis data menggunakan  uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (r), uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji hipotesis uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan pelanggan pada tangki air merek Penguin sudah baik. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,158+ 0,533X1 + 0,462X2,. Hasil koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,842 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang “kuat” antara kualitas pelayanan, harga  dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci: Harga; Kepuasan Pelanggan; Kualitas Pelayanan

This research examines the effect of Facebook and Instagram on consumer options to shop in the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to the data carried out by dividing the questionnaire of 150 persons to buy products at the Toko Basmalah Sidogiri branch. The results of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS version 20.0 program. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents while the sampling technique used to calculate the size of the sample size is Non Probability Sampling. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results of the study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination, Partial Hypothesis Test, Simultaneous Hypothesis Test. The results showed that promotion variables through Facebook and Instagram together had an effect on consumers' choices for shopping at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. But partially, the promotion variable through Facebook has no effect on consumers 'choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch, other than the promotion variable via Instagram which has an influence on consumers' choices to shop at Toko Basmalah Sidogiri Branch. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagi kuesioner kepada 150 konsumen yang membeli produk di Toko Basmalah. Data kuesioner kemudian di uji menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. sedangkan Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya ukuran sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis Parsial, Uji Hipotesis Simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial khususnya Instagram mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah cabang Sidogiri. Hasil uji secara simultan (bersama-sama) Facebook dan Instagram berpengaruh signifikan dan posituf terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan hasil Uji t menunjukkan secara parsial hanya Instagram yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah. Sedangkan Facebook tidak berpengaruh terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Toko Basmalah.  Kata Kunci: Media sosial, Keputusan pembelian, Toko Basmalah

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the payment of electricity and water bills for PDAMs at PT Nusa Mandiri. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers of PT. Nusa Mandiri Berau District. The analysis tools used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test and F Test. The results of this study indicate that the factors that have a significant ef ect on customer satisfaction are Service Quality, Responsiveness, Empathy, Tangible. Whereas reability and assurance do not significantly influence customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing, word of mouth, and service quality on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on consumers or customers of PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. The number of samples in this study were 220 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of the distribution of consumer questionnaires PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing, word of mouth, and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing, word of mouth, and quality of service, it will increase purchasing decisions. This study aims: (i) to find out social media marketing variables partially have a significant effect on purchase decisions (ii) to find out word of mouth variables partially have a significant effect on purchase decisions (iii) to find out social media marketing and word of mouth variables simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at J.CO Donuts and Coffee in Samarinda. This study uses three variables namely social media marketing, word of mouth and purchase decisions. This type of research is a correlation method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all consumers of the J.CO Donuts and Coffee in Samarinda whose exact number was unknown and the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, the number of samples was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques: field research (observation, online and offline questionnaires) and library research. Then the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the test: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), hypothesis test (partial and simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis. The result obtained in this study are (i) Social Media Marketing partially had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (ii) Word Of Mouth partially had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (iii) Social Media Marketing and Word Of Mouth simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer Purchase Decisions at J.CO Donuts and Coffee in Samarinda.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). The results obtained from this study are the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, compensation has an effect on employee performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency. and the work environment has a more dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sport, Majene Regency.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance</em></p>
