The findings of this study were interpreted with the help of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which were used to find the impact of independent variables; cultural change, communication gap, organizational change and job satisfaction on dependent variable(s) which is employees’ performance. The outcome of our questionnaires data shows that proper management of independent variables can decrease the level of anxiety amongst employees, which affect the industry making a successful acquisition.
