Mitra Swalayan Kartasura is a private company engaged in the retail sector to fulfill basic needs. This  objective  is  to  address  the impact  of  satisfaction  on commitment to organizational commitment, to respond to the significance of the impact of the organization on employee performance, to indicate the significance of the impact of employee performance on satisfaction and whether the organization can mediate employee job satisfaction. This type of research uses the census method for Mitra Swalayan Kartasura employees. This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population is all employees of Mitra Swalayan Kartasura who assess 85 employees. The sample in this study were 85 employees with the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, t test, F test, indirect effect test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction can have a positive and significant  effect  on  organizational  commitment,  there  is  no  positive  and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, job satisfaction can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and in this study it cannot prove that organizational commitment. mediate job satisfaction on employee performance.

This study discusses the impact of work compensation on employee performance during the Covid 19 pandemic with job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job compensation on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and the effect on job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance partially and to see the effect of job compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously and for the simultaneous influence. direct and indirect compensation variables on employee performance and compensation. Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

If an organization or business wants to progress or develop, it must have qualified employees. This study uses quantitative techniques combined with descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. Preliminary data were collected in the field. The primary data source is a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the secondary data source is information on the profile of the Indonesian Public Service. Probability sampling is used in this study. The technique used is the random sampling technique. The sample size for this study was 120 respondents. The test used to analyze the results of this research data is SEM analysis. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment all have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational Commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment positively and significantly affect employee performance as measured by job satisfaction.

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. This study aims to see the extent to which the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy of the Tapakis village community carried out by the tourism and sports office of Padang Pariaman district and to find out what are the obstacles that occur when developing oyster beach tourism. This research is based on the existence of problems in the tourism object of the Tapakis oyster beach such as development that has not been maximized and tourist facilities that are not well managed. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. The informants in this study in this study, namely the Tourism Development Sector, the Promotion and Creative Economy Sector, the Wali Nagari Tapakis, the Tourism Awareness Group and Community Figures.The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies, as well as testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and using reference materials. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by summarizing the records that were found in the field and assisted by data collection tools such as cellphone recorders with informants while in the field, after which a conclusion was obtained. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the development of oyster beach tourism objects on the economy the community of Tapakis village, Padang Pariaman district. The youth tourism and sports office as well as Pokdarwis members have carried out promotions such as placing advertisements, billboards, magazines, newspapers, browsers, Facebook and Instagram. Currently, the facilities at Oyster Beach are adequate, but these facilities have not been well managed at this time and from an environmental perspective it is still not clean enough. the level of visits to tourist objects has started to increase now compared to previous years as well as the economic income of the people around oyster beach tourism has started to improve as well today.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction, on employee engagement and employee performance. The research data used are primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company data. The sample method used is the nonprobability method. The population comes from all employees of PT. Abyor International which is still active in September 2019. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structured Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results showed that organizational communication and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to employee engagement. Organizational communication and job satisfaction have no significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement becomes mediator for organizational communication and job satisfaction variables in influencing employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Promotion and Position Mutation on Job Performance Employees in the District Court Sigli. Where the independent variables of Promotion, Job Mutation and Job Performance (Y) as dependen. The Population variable in this research is all employees of the District Court Sigli 45 employees . The entire population in the study were sampled in the study of 45 employees. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, both qualitative data and quantitative data and through questionnaires filled by respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis . This analysis includes Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heterokedasticity Test of Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and T Test, and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²). Based on the result of research, we get regression equation: Y = 1,171 + 0,358 X1 + 0,388 X2. The result of the above analysis can be concluded based on t test known that Positive Promotion Variables positively and significantly influence on employee performance at Sigli District Court. This is seen from the significant value (0,000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of thitung4.032> ttabel 1.682. Position Mutation variables positively and significantly influence on Employee Performance at Sigli District Court. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 and the value of tcount4.584> ttable1,682. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating that the Adjusted R2 or the determinant of 0.715 means that 71.5% of Employee Performance factors can be explained by Position Promotion (X1) and Position Mutation (X2), while the remaining 28.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
