With the development of the Internet and E-Commerce, logistics has maintained a sustained and rapid development trend since the 1980s. Its industry scale and service capacity have been significantly improved. It has become a new economic growth point in China, and logistics has become a pillar industry in the development of the national economy. With the vigorous development of logistics industry, more logistics talents are needed, and universities are the cradle of training talents. The logistics personnel training is far behind the logistics market demand, and those practice is weak during the process of the logistics professional teaching with the theory. Therefore, if there is chance to make a breakthrough, must rely on practical teaching to strengthen logistics theory and practice combination, with the help of practice process to improve the students’ practical ability, related handling problems and straining capacity, including effectively improvement the comprehensive ability of students, for achievement the effective docking of school education and enterprises. Production-University-Research Collaboration training is an important way to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovation ability, and it is also a new highlight of application-oriented universities, colleges and universities, as a new way to cultivate talents. School-enterprise integration practice teaching is the way to cultivate innovative talents and the core goal of higher education teaching reform in the new era. The collaborative cultivation mode of logistics talents provides an implementation plan for improving students’ practical ability, practical ability, problem-solving ability and strain ability, and also provides a specific realization path for logistics professionals, to provide comprehensive talents more in line with the needs of enterprises. Therefore, under the background of new business, it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between logistics industry and enterprises, and strengthen the research mode of collaborative education of professional talents oriented by industry-university-research. On the one hand, it is conducive to the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities, and on the other hand, it lays a favorable foundation for our school to cultivate applied talents serving local areas.

The amount of paper waste, especially paper waste of yarn rolls in the socks manufactured factory and the convection industry that has not been used to get high economic value is an opportunity to open a new business, especially in the electronic and art craft product. SEPIK PANIK (Speaker of Music and Unique Display of Waste Paper Rolls) is an innovation from processing paper waste to be a unique speaker. The purposes of this program are: 1) Utilizing paper waste to get high selling value. 2) Creating handmade products from paper waste into speakers as well as unique creative display. 3) To accommodate the desire of college students who have entrepreneurial spirit and artistic creations to open new business opportunities. The method of make this SEPIK PANIK product includes 1) Making paper tube of speaker and 2) Making a Unique Display. The Sales of this product have been carried out during May to August 2019, products that have been sold are 34 units, obtained a profit of Rp. 1.170,000. Sales and promotion methods are carried out both online through social media and offline, namely direct selling and consignment. Based on these results, this business is very profitable and can benefit the surrounding environment.

The method of analyzing and modeling cyclical fluctuations of economy initiated by F. Kydland and E. Prescott - the 2004 Nobel Prize winners in Economics - is considered in the article. They proposed a new business cycle theory integrating the theory of long-run economic growth as well as the microeconomic theory of consumers and firms behavior. Simple version of general dynamic and stochastic macroeconomic model is described. The given approach which was formulated in their fundamental work "Time to Build and Aggregate Fluctuations" (1982) gave rise to an extensive research program and is still used as a basic instrument for investigating cyclical processes in economy nowadays.

This research proposed a model to assist the design of the associated data architecture and data analytic to support talent forecast in the current accelerating changes in economy, industry and business change due to the accelerating pace of technological change. The emerging and re-emerging economy model were available, such as Industrial revolution 4.0, platform economy, sharing economy and token economy. Those were driven by new business model and technology innovation. An increase capability of technology to automate more jobs will cause a shift in talent pool and workforce. New business model emerge as the availabilityand the cost effective emerging technology, and as a result of emerging or re-emerging economic models. Both, new business model and technology innovation, create new jobs and works that have not been existed decades ago. The future workers will be faced by jobs that may not exist today. A dynamics model of inter-correlation of economy, industry, business model and talent forecast were proposed. A collection of literature review were conducted to initially validate the model.

The paper examines the process of technology transfer from British industrial companies to Vietnamese companies, to look at the obstacles of this process, especially in dealing with different business culture environments. The study uses the case studies method, conducting interviews with about ten companies working in oil and gas service industry. Since this is only a first stage of the longer term project, only preliminary results were discussed. Therefore, a company in civil engineering consulting has been examined for comparison. The paper argues that the differences in perception of the same operation activity like service in oil and gas industry are crucial factors to take into account if the transfer process is to be successful. Also, the transferor and the recipient may have different behaviour in negotiating, in communicating with each other. Thus, the preparation of background information, to do "home work", patience and pro-active attitudes in trying to understand partners are important for transferring technology into different business environment.   In addition, the factors, sometime not very technology-related, such as internal political motives and organisational issues of the firms involved can be very influential in the success of technology transfer process.
