PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI  KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DIPUSKESMAS KEMBAYAN KECAMATAN KEMBAYAN  KABUPATEN SANGGAU KAPUAS) NURUL HUDAProgram Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas EkonomiUniversitas Tanjungpura   ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance, (2) Knowing and testing the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Puskesmas Kembayan. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. (2) Leadership style, work culture and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 150 employees of Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results show that trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture have significant effects on work motivation; mutation and work motivation have significant effects on employee performance. However, trust towards the leader and organizational culture have no significant effects on the employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Motivation and Performance

The objective of this research analysis leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence, job satisfaction, and  organizational performance is to the perception senior high school teachers towards leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, competence, job satisfaction and  organizational performance; identify the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and competence partial towards job satisfaction and organizational performance; identify the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational performance. The respondents were 180 high school teachers from private schools in Jabodetabek (the Greater Jakarta Area), that were selected based on a multistage process, then analyzed with SEM, and using the Lisrel 8.5 program.  The research results show that leadership style, organization culture, and work motivation influenced job satisfaction, however competence did not.  Organization culture and competence affected the organizational performance, but leadership style and work motivation did not have influence on the organizational performance. The dominant path of effects showed that organizational culture affects job satisfaction and organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment to the performance of principals of elementary school in Samarinda. The results of the study findings that: (1) Organizational cultures have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (2) Work motivation have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (3) Organizational commitment have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (4) Organizational culture have directly positive effect to the organizational commitment, (5) Work motivation have directly positive effect to the organizational commitment. This research was carried out in the environment of Samarinda Government that involving 60 principals of elementary school in Samarinda as the study samples. The determination of study samples was done by using random sampling. The data collection using instrument with a Likert scale of measurement consist of 5 answer options and the data analysis using path analysis technique. Based on the study, organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment have directly positive effect to the performance of principals. Therefore the variables of the study are recommended to the Government of Samarinda to increase the performance of elementary school in Samarinda.
