This third issue compiles the papers sent during 2017 and some others sent in 2018, so I apologise all the authors for the delay and thank them for their patience. The 4th issue will be devoted to be the proceeding of the World Congress organized by Dr Lamberto Re in Ancona - Italy in 2017 and will be published by Summer-19. Issue number 5 will be devoted to spine diseases thanks to the wonderful effort done by Dr. Alberto Alexandre from Treviso - Italy. The rest of the papers already sent and new to come will be published on 2020. The indexation of this journal is so fantastic, thanks to the University of Valencia’s Publication Service, that it is quickly compiled in all open journals search indexes. We will be included in other search engines as soon as we fulfil their requirements. By the moment, the only thing we need is papers. This issue has scientific articles devoted to basic investigation, toxicity and security topics, AIDS, cardiology, hepatitis, neurology, odontology and osteoarthritis. All of them are very interesting and try to clarify some basic and clinical aspects of ozone therapy. I want to express my most sincere gratitude to all the reviewers - members of the editorial board - that have collaborated and really helped to increase the quality of all of them. Peer review process is our corner stone in order to publish a good quality journal, as I believe this is. For the readers, I thank them for reading our journal so much and download our papers so many times; you can read in the STATISTIC section (still on testing) the great impact our journal is having in the scientific community. I also encourage them to publish their experience. I know that many of them have never published and are afraid of doing it, but I promise I will help anybody that wants to write a paper to do it. The article presents the authors ‘view on the activities of the scientific journal” Bulletin of the North Ossetian State University named after K. L. Khetagurov”. The relevance of the article is due to a significant increase in the role of research work of teachers and students of universities and the requirements for their publication activity; the importance for the university of having highly rated scientific journals and the increasing importance of the scientific publication of the university for improving the training of students. At the scientific and theoretical level, the changes that were determined by the modernization of education in the country and the need to improve the quality of scientific publications in accordance with the vector of development of international high-ranking publications and the desire of the university management and the editorial board to keep the journal in the trend of modern science are understood. Attention is paid to the problem of evaluating and reviewing scientific articles, the idea of the impact of reviews on the development of scientific knowledge is justified; the systematic work of the editorial board on the introduction of scientific research into the educational process of the university is shown. The new tasks of the editorial board are considered, the solution of which will contribute to improving the quality of the publication and the research activities of the teaching staff and students of the university. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the author’s approach to the current state, functioning and perspective view of the development of the university scientific publication and to determine its place in the modern scientific and educational space. The research methodology is based on systematic, activity-based and culturological approaches using such methods as systematization, generalization, analysis, description and comparison.

Since 2003, the journal of Laser and Particle Beams no longer publishes conference proceedings. Even of those conferences where the topics are very closely related to the research fields discussed in this journal. Authors are instead encouraged to submit a regular paper dealing with the topic presented during a conference. The advantage for authors is that there is no page limit as long as the paper passes the peer review process. The discussion of the presented research during the conference helps reviewers to evaluate the quality of the paper and this usually leads to a speedy publication process. Every year in June, the ISI Web of Knowledge releases the Journal Citation Reports. The publication policy adopted by the Laser and Particle Beams editorial board was obviously quite successful since we experienced a substantial increase in the impact factor and in the immediacy index. Thus the Journal Citation Report lists Laser and Particle Beams now as a leading journal in the field of applied physics. This is an opportunity to thank authors for their high quality contributions to this journal. The publisher and the editorial board will try to continue to improve the service to readers and authors during the upcoming years.

With this second issue of Volume 9 of the Journal of Teaching and Learning Practice we bring a warm welcome to new members of the Editorial board. The board will be strengthened by their contributions. The Senior Editors are Associate Professor Geraldine Lefoe, University of Wollongong, Australia and Dr Meg O'Reilly, Southern Cross University, Australia. Our editorial board includes members of the host institution (University of Wollongong), Dr Lynne Keevers, Ms Lucia Tome, Associate Professor Greg Hampton, Dr. Michael Jones, Associate Professor Anne Porter, and Dr. Dominique Parrish. Our external board members include Ms Jude Carroll, Associate Professor Andrew Furco, Professor Terence Lovat, and Ms Carolyn Webb. We have particularly appreciated the support of the University of Wollongong’s Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) Professor Rob Castle who has recently retired. His patronage and support of our journal has seen it move from a small internal journal to a much larger international journal. He has been a great champion for teaching and learning in the local and national arena and his contributions to the institution and to the sector have been greatly valued. We wish him well in his retirement and know that he will continue his contributions to the sector in the years to come.

La fobia social nace del miedo que una persona tiene por llegar a ser juzgado por los demás e incluso este miedo puede impedir que el individuo realice sus actividades diarias. Es así como muchas de las personas que padecen esta fobia sienten temor constante a tener nuevas relaciones interpersonales, al hablar en público y esto muchas veces antes que ocurra el acontecimiento de conocer a alguien nuevo. Aunque estas personas saben que no deberían tener miedo ante aquellos hechos simplemente es algo que no pueden evitar en sus relaciones interpersonales ya que enfrentan un grave problema, puesto que la comunicación y la interacción entre los individuos son de vital importancia. Por lo expuesto, en este artículo científico se determinaron las causas que dieron origen a este trastorno con la finalidad de establecer pautas claras para mejorar calidad de vida del individuo y su relación con el entorno. Se realizó el estudio en 100 estudiantes universitarios. Los resultados permitieron establecer, que los índices de los indicadores de autoestima y ansiedad fueron relevantes al momento de diagnosticar esta problemática en la comunidad universitaria. ABSTRACT Social phobia is born of the fear that a person has to come to be judged by others and even this fear can prevent the individual to perform their daily activities. This is how many people who suffer from this phobia feel constant fear of having new interpersonal relationships, speaking in public and this many times before the event of meeting someone new. Although these people know that they should not be afraid of those facts, it is simply something they cannot avoid in their interpersonal relationships since they face a serious problem, since communication and interaction between individuals are of vital importance. Therefore, in this scientific article the causes that gave rise to this disorder were determined in order to establish clear guidelines to improve the quality of life of the individual and its relationship with the environment. The study was conducted on 100 university students. The results allowed to establish that the indices of self-esteem and anxiety indicators were relevant at the time of diagnosing this problem in the university community.

Dear All Associated Users of AJMS: It gives us immense pleasure to publish the current issue of AJMS Vol 12 No 1 (2021). We started our journey from 2010 with an online edition of AJMS. Slowly we progressed with the support of our committed and strong team of Editorial board members and launched the printed edition in the year 2015 and we further expanded our publication frequency from quarterly issue to bimonthly issue. With the overwhelming response and support from our users, we now take a leap to publish monthly issue from this year (2021) onwards.  With the current expansion of edition, we make it clear that we have not made any compromise in the quality of articles which we publish in AJMS. We have been striving hard to serve the potential authors who has entrusted on us and chosen our journal to publish their manuscripts, making our journal as their journal of choice! On submission, the manuscripts are assigned to editor and section editor for initial review process, followed by assigning the manuscript to three reviewers of which two are internal reviewers and one outside the editorial board (external reviewer). The blind review process in our journal takes six to eight weeks’, sometimes even earlier depending on the reviewers and the decision is made once the review report is submitted to the editor. Sometimes the delay in turnaround time happens which is unavoidable due to late response from reviewers and from the authors. We insist the authors to communicate with the editor soon the review reports are sent to them for revisions. This would further shrink the time of publication from submission. The reviewers and the editorial board members are solely responsible for taking initial decision of the article but the final decision is based on the Editor. The research analyzed the biography of the editors of the newspaper of the 2nd Moscow State University "Za Leninym" as well as their role in the management of the publication. We used archival documents of the 2nd Moscow State University which have not been studied before. The newspaper "Za Leninym" was published from 1926 to 1930. Its editors were students and employees of the 2nd Moscow State University. In the 1920s of the twentieth century university mass media were established. There was an acute shortage of professionals who could help the large-circulation press to reach a professional level. The study found that media played an important ideological, informative, and educational role. The newspaper "Za Leninym" was no exception. The leadership of the 2nd Moscow State University was genuinely interested in publishing a newspaper, the editorial board was appointed, the issues of the newspaper and the content of "Za Leninym" were repeatedly discussed. The role of newspaper editors in its development and improvement of the quality of the content of materials and layout was also crucial. Especially it is interesting to learn about the editors who really made a big contribution into science and in the history of the country (Y. Uranovsky, A. Bagdasarov, Y. Bugaysky). Thanks to the editors the newspaper which they wanted to close at its very beginning really took off and was being published regularly until 1930 under the name "Za Leninym", and since 1931 under the name "Kultarmeets".

ABSTRACT Landscape Design Concept of Faculty of Agriculture Welcome Area in Udayana University Jimbaran Campus, Bali Campus is an area which multi-segment interactions will be taking place, the landscape situation has to manage to create a fine condition and gain good quality of education inside. As a front yard area which will be passed through by everybody who wants to come inside the campus welcome area has to raise any good impression and able to support the students requirement area to do their campus activities. This research has purpose to create a concept of landscape design of welcome area which has values of aesthetic, functional,  and creating landscape identity of faculty of agriculture the University of Udayana.  This researh has four steps: site measuring, inventaritation, analysis and syntesis, and creating the concepts. The concept of design is formal with Bali traditional arrangement. The concept will aplicate some principals of design such as balance, proportion, repetation, scale, and use shapes streinght and simetry. The concept of space create from Balinese local traditional wisdom the Tri Hita Karana (three source of happiness). The final products are concept plan and some drawings of 3D ilustration. Design concept with traditional Bali arragement wish to be aplicated by all of institution in the University of Udayana to create a unity of landscape which based on Bali local wishdom. At the moment, and for some years now, there has been a great deal of discussion about the nature and function of the university. Such discussion naturally involves some consideration of the sorts of things which should be taught in universities, and of how they should be taught. What I particularly want to consider is the place, if any, of Theology in a university context; but I think one must begin with the more general topic of the nature of a university. Only in such a way can one arrive at some criterion of what sorts of disciplines one wants in such institutions. I am, of course, hardly in a position to come to definitive, much less adequate, conclusions, about this subject; but I can at least canvass a few opinions, and try to assess their relative merits, and see how they might provide for the study of theology in some form.
