Equidensitometry as developed by E. Lau and W. Krug has been little used in the analysis of ordinary electron photomicrographs, yet its application to the high voltage electron images proves merits of this procedure. Proper sets (families) of equidensities as shown in the next page are able to reveal the contour map of mass thickness distribution in thick noncrystalline specimens. The change in density of the electron micrograph is directly related to the mass thickness of corresponding area in the specimen, because of the linear response of photographic emulsions to electrons and the logarithmic relation between electron opacity and mass thickness of amorphous object. This linearity is verified by equidensitometry of a spherical solid object as shown in Fig. 1a. The object is a large (1 μ) homogeneous particle of polystyrene. Fig. 1b is a composite print of three equidensities of the 1st order prepared from Fig. 1a.

With the advances in preparing biological materials in a thin and highly ordered form, and in maintaining them hydrated under vacuum, electron crystallography has become an important tool for biological structure investigation at high resolution (1,2). However, the electron radiation damage would limit the capability of recording reflections with low intensities in an electron diffraction pattern. It has been demonstrated that the use of a low temperature stage can reduce the radiation damage effect and that one can expose the specimen with a higher dose in order to increase the signal contrast (3). A further improvement can be made by selecting a proper photographic emulsion. The primary factors in evaluating the suitability of photographic emulsion for recording low dose diffraction patterns are speed, fog level, electron response at low electron exposure, linearity, and usable range of exposure. We have compared these factors with three photographic emulsions including Kodak electron microscopic plate (EMP), Industrex AA x-ray film (AA x-ray) and Kodak nuclear track film (NTB3).

Mastering science process skill is very beneficial in problem solving process. This research aimed to develop teaching materials such as science process skill-based textbooks on energy and its changes. The method used in this research was research and development, by using the 4D design, which include define, design, develop, and disseminate. Research and development method were used to produce a product and to test its efficiency. The result showed that the learning material fulfill the assessment criteria. The mean validation result of textbook showed a number of 3.58 indicated as a good category. Based on T test, it was proven that the use of textbooks is indeed influential towards the development of students’ science process skill.

Research conducted to develop drama text teaching materials based on the experience of the author of the drama script aims to make it easier for students to understand drama text material. In addition, based on the author's experience students are expected to emulate the author's creative process in writing a paper. The research method used in this research is the research and development method. Based on the results of the interview it can be concluded that the ability to write drama is determined based on mastery of the elements of drama and the ability to develop stories based on the author's experience. The process of writing drama is done in several steps: (1) searching for ideas based on personal experience, other people, or the surrounding environment; (2) processing ideas to find plots (characters), characters or characters that vary with their inner conflicts, settings and dialogues, interesting conflicts, and messages to be conveyed; (3) starts the process of writing drama with stages and elements of drama; (4) revision of drama products. Teaching material developed is presented from basic competencies of knowledge and basic competencies of learning skills. Based on experiments on developed teaching materials it is known that the average value of the ability to write plays gets a score exceeding the minimum criteria, so that the teaching materials used are effective. Based on observations it is known that teaching materials can help students in learning and student activities become more independent, and active.

Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

Abstract. West Java Provincial Health Office still faces difficulties in managing information, especially in medical records. Recording and reporting of malnutrition are still done in some stages starting from collecting data from village midwives, puskesmas, Regency/City Health Office then Provincial Health Office and forwarded to the the central office. It is necessary to manage information through service system by utilizing Cloud Computing based on information technology. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach in Architecture Development Method (ADM), from Architecture Capability Iteration to  Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) are two integrated activities in the context of controlling a program. The results of this research are planning a medical record information system architecture and monitoring malnutrition based on Cloud Computing with the name of M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of integrated recommendation and development between current information system and proposed information system architecture. Keywords: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing Abstrak. Kata kunci: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing.
