There is increasing evidence that e-commerce adoption among SMEs is expanding rapidly. In spite of that, SMEs, particularly in developing countries, have not been able to adequately benefit from the new opportunities offered by e-commerce technologies. Previous studies have identified lack of trust as one of the major hurdles in achieving the potential benefits by the SMEs. This paper identifies technology-related trust issues that need to be addressed while building e-commerce infrastructure for SMEs. The evidence offered in the paper is based on a survey of the relevant practices regarding deployment and effective implementation of relevant technology tools to address these issues and enhance the levels of trust in e-commerce infrastructure. The paper also examines the relationship between the perceived level of trust and the level of assurance in respect of various technology-related trust issues. The paper suggests an approach of collaboration among the SMEs while building the e-commerce infrastructure and focusing their attention on the technology-related trust issues.

A very good understanding and knowledge about the tourists’ perceptions are of critical importance for the management and marketing of tourism destinations and sites of all types. The aim of this study was to investigate the perceived authenticity and its relationship with perceived value and loyalty of tourists in the context of marine tourism. First, the study proposed a research model based on the conceptual foundations of authenticity, perceived value and loyalty. The suggested model was then tested by means of a quantitative survey conducted in Zhoushan, one of the most popular Chinese marine tourism destinations. The study’s findings revealed that the object-based authenticity and interpersonal authenticity significantly affected perceived value and loyalty of tourists, and the perceived value partly mediated the relationship between authenticity and loyalty. The article is completed by discussing the theoretical and managerial implications.

Activities and behavior Millennials have special characteristics, as a result of being influenced by information technology tools that bring about changes in various aspects that can have an impact on the problem. The starting point of the problem that must be solved is that the behavior of Millennial students behaves in terms of the learning process in accordance with the applicable curriculum to get the right means of space (physical arrangement) so that it is expected to contribute to the effectiveness in achieving the target of the learning process, which refers to research on activities users, especially the activities of millennial generation lecturers and students in behaving in class. Physical Setings Products that can show the relationship between spatial conditions, needs and behavior of millennial students in class. The results of this study then become the basis for creating a classroom arrangement model that is tailored to the curriculum and characteristics of millennial students.

AbstractEducational technology has become an indispensable aspect of higher education, playing a crucial role in affecting student engagement, in particular. The application, advantages and disadvantages of learning management systems (LMS) and social networking systems in Chinese EFL courses, represented by Superstar—Xuexitong and WeChat, are introduced. The study aims to explore the relationship between the two educational technology tools and three dimensions of student engagement. Using an adopted and revised questionnaire from previous researches, the study measures the extent of impact of the specified educational technology tools on student engagement with the help of SPSS. Through the independent sample T tests, analysis of variance, correlation and regression, the study found that emotional engagement has the strongest positive effect on educational technology engagement. In addition, analysis of the four principal factors indicates that using LMS could engage students more than adopting social networking systems. There are significant differences in cognitive engagement between different genders, with that of males surpassing females. This article provides some empirical evidence for exploration into the use of educational technology in a specific discipline to foster better student engagement.

The presented work is devoted to reactions of obtaining 4,4´-diaminodiphenylmethane in the presence of a catalyst. The work describes the importance of studying 4,4´-diaminodiphenylmethane obtaining process and possibility of cellular automata approach in modelling chemical reactions. Cellular automata model which allows to predict the kinetic curves of the studied 4,4´-diaminodiphenylmethane-obtaining reaction. Model reflects two processes that are observed in the system under study - the movement of reagents under the stirring and the reaction in the presence of a catalyst. The suggested model does not use complex calculations for operation and can be implemented using high-performance parallel computing, which will speed up calculations and reduce the requirements for computing resources. The developed model was used to carry out computational experiments under various conditions. Since the model contains a number of empirical parameters, first computational experiments were carried out, which made it possible to establish the relationship between the model parameters and real values. Then, computational experiments were carried out to predict the kinetic curves of the studied reactions and were compared with the corresponding experimental data. The suggested model is suitable for predicting 4,4´-diaminodiphenylmethane-obtaining reaction kinetics. Also, model can be the part of complex multiscale modeling from the molecule level to the level of the entire apparatus.

There are increasing concerns about student’s possibility of becoming victim of negative online experiences, including cyberbullying victimization (CV). The outcome of these experiences on student’s psychological and mental health is not well understood. This study used stimulus–organism–response paradigm to inspect the antecedents of social media fatigue and how social media attachment (SMA) is related to internalizing disorders (depression and anxiety). We also examined the moderating role of moral disengagement in the positive association between SMA and CV. The distinctive stimulus–organism–response paradigm in the suggested model is empirically examined through a sample of 305 college students. SMA was related to more CV and greater symptoms of internalizing disorders. CV and internalizing disorders were positively associated with social media fatigue. Moral disengagement moderated the relationship between SMA and CV. Implications for online awareness struggles are discussed.

This purpose of this article is to assess constraints and suggest a theory that can improve Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS's). It investigates the relationship between Theory of Constraints (TOC) and operation management, which is based on the Critical Chain PMs book entitled The Goal. In 1984, the author, Goldratt, introduced an entire management philosophy about the TOC. The mental process and improvement theory tools discussed in his book mainly focus on manufacturing environments. However, the practice and examples in the book helped many organizations succeed, even in the private sectors. This study offers definitions of throughput, operating expense, and inventory measurements, and uses the principle of TOC to identify bottlenecks and constraints in every business process. By using these analyses, the study remodels the system to increase performance measurements of HRMS.

In the present paper, the relationship between characteristic wave impedance and compositions was mainly investigated in order to find a suitable theoretical model for predicting the impedance value of Ti-Mo system composites and FGM. At first, dense Ti-Mo composites with different weight fractions of Mo were prepared. Then the transverse and longitudinal wave velocities of the samples were measured and the characteristic wave impedance values were obtained. A mixture model was adopted to estimate the characteristic wave impedance value of Ti-Mo composites. Comparisons between the estimated and experimental results demonstrated that the suggested model was sufficiently accurate to predict the characteristic wave impedance value of Ti-Mo system composites and FGM.

The goal of the present research was to examine how organizational support and organizational commitment influence the relationship between developmental performance appraisal and the employees’ task performance. A number of 217 formal employees working at Gas Company in Gilan, Iran with a degree of diploma and beyond were selected to answer a questionnaire in a stratified random manner. The research method was a cross-sectional survey type (structural equation model). Research instruments adopted in this study included Questionnaire of Developmental Performance Appraisal (Kuvaas, 2007), perceived Organizational Support scale (Rhoades et al., 2001), Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Balfour and Wechsler, 1996), as well as Task Performance Questionnaire (Williams  and Anderson, 1991). To evaluate the suggested model, structural equation modeling through PASW Statistics22 and Amos Graphics21software package were used. Moreover, the indirect effects were tested by Bootstrap procedure. The results revealed that the research suggested model enjoyed a good fitting with data. The findings does not support direct path of developmental performance appraisal and task performance .The research findings showed that indirect path of developmental performance appraisal, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior was meaningful, while the indirect path of developmental performance appraisal, organizational support and task performance were not supported. Eventually, Implications and directions for future research are discussed.
