Information communication technology as a business-enhancing strategy to improve business is on the ascendancy. However, a survey in 2016 visualises that 70% of the hotels especially the small hotels across the globe follow the old marketing practices due to poor marketing. Ghana is not exempted from these strategies, as small hotels appears to be operating but in reality, are just adding to hotels number. With a population size of three hundred and sixty-nine, the study seeks to investigate the strategic uses of information communication technology as a resource and its influence on hotel business. The result from respondents indicates that, the strategic use of information technology as a resource by the small size hotels influence performance. Some of the business information communication technology impact is online reservations, communication with guests and improvement in service quality that leads to customer satisfaction. Above all, it offers many options for small hotels in capturing their market space online using information communication technology.

Today’s world is the era of information overloads. In Colleges and schools, libraries are mesh-up with databases. To maintain databases emerged as a big concern for Librarian. In library science, where now online journals, research papers and articles playing a major role in comparison to offline hardbound book, journals etc., It’s a challenge to Librarian to deal with and to maintain a smooth handling of online database, its record keeping, Account maintenance, etc. Emergence of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in library science is working like a game changer in first look. But, through this research, an in-depth study was carried out to study an impact of ICT on various service quality dimensions of library science. Objective: To study an impact of ICT implementation on service quality of the Library management. Research methodology: Qualitative study. Data collection method: In-depth Interview. Sample unit: Librarian of Arts and Commerce College affiliated with Hemchandracharya North-Gujarat University. Sample Size: 5 Librarians. Conclusion: ICT has significant impact over all five dimensions of service quality. Due to implementation of ICT, task handlings and work efficiencies of Librarians has significantly improved. Librarians were highly satisfied with the usage of ICT software’s. Managerial implication: Findings of this research paper may enlighten the usage of new technologies in the field of Library science. Further scope: The findings of this research can be useful to improve service quality of Library Science Management.

Indonesia memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan Information Communication Technology (ICT) yang cukup tinggi di dunia. Hal tersebut mengubah banyak hal pada kehidupan sehari-hari termasuk bisnis. Perubahan model bisnis perlu dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis untuk dapat tetap bertahan di industri. Selain itu, perubahan perilaku konsumen pun mulai terjadi sehingga para pelaku bisnis perlu untuk menangkap kebutuhan dan keinginan dari konsumen tersebut. Perubahan pun terjadi pada industri agen travel. Penjualan layanan harus dapat dilakukan secara online melalui online distribution channel dan memunculkan istilan Online Travel Agent. Traveloka, sebagai salah satu perusahaan OTA terbaik di Indonesia, mengalami penurunan traffic. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada pengukuran layanan Traveloka di mobile apps dengan tujuan mengukur pengaruh e-service quality dan e-promotion terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dilakukan pada periode Maret-Agustus 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-service quality dan e-promotion memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 22.1%.

This article contains the efforts made by Muhammadiyah universities in Papua and West Papua related to religious moderation campaigns through information technology. There are at least three things that form the basis for the birth of this study: 1) the speed of the radicalism movement over which religion exists in the digital world; 2) potential for conflict and SARA, especially in Papua and West Papua 3) the importance of strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia, especially through digital media. The method used is library research, namely by exploring various literatures, both primary and secondary, related to the concept of religious moderation in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Muhammadiyah Papua universities in campaigning for religious moderation function as a counterweight in the digital world. That is, the narrative of religious moderation from the Muhammadiyah Papua university gave birth to a substantive and essential religious framing that is moderate and tolerant.

This paper will examine how these two powerful platforms need to be utilised effectively to make changes in the field of healthcare, especially in the developing countries. Developing countries like ours do not have easily reachable technologies, nevertheless, technology can still be utilised in governing the e-health system ensuring health information is disseminated effectively and efficiently to the populations that require it. This study aims to describe how to foster children’s character throught the use of information technology when children learn at home. Seeing the current phenomena parents and PAUD teachers must be able to manage the existing situation. Shaping the character of the nation's children is very much needed through the habituation of the value of discipline in childhood that allows children to develop themselves into someone who has a noble character, praiseworthy and bring children to good behavior, especially in today's sophisticated technology. Children will get used to doing good for themselves and others by applying it at home. Disciplined personal habits are in the context of forming noble characters, namely whole people, who are skilled at speaking, using good symbols and cues, able to be creative and creative and appreciate the positive things in using information and communication technology that is increasingly advanced today.

In order to support its roles in the domestic and public sectors, many women have the ability in using information communication technology. In the other hand, women are still exposed to gender imbalances. The position of women is not only different, but also lose or less unequal than men. This approach used descriptive qualitative to describe alternative business that gotten by women to get justice through online business. The development of information technology brings a new atmosphere, where previously the women work offline to online. Business is developed by women such as making cakes with known brands as Kampung Roti, clothing, marketing of Lapis Surabaya cake, and knitting. Starting an online business is not easier for women, struggling to master technology is not easily where women have to be familiar with software and hardware. They should also search the network to find customers and highlight their own business. Women should organize their online businesses with a technique, having the financial capital, searching the models, materials, mastering selling buying online systems, moreover also finding out what opportunities are available. Through information technology, women who work online can get equal position with men.
