AbstractThis paper aims to study the relative equivalence of the solutions of the following dynamic equations $y^{\Delta }(t)=A(t)y(t)$ y Δ ( t ) = A ( t ) y ( t ) and $x^{\Delta }(t)=A(t)x(t)+f(t,x(t))$ x Δ ( t ) = A ( t ) x ( t ) + f ( t , x ( t ) ) in the sense that if $y(t)$ y ( t ) is a given solution of the unperturbed system, we provide sufficient conditions to prove that there exists a family of solutions $x(t)$ x ( t ) for the perturbed system such that $\Vert y(t)-x(t) \Vert =o( \Vert y(t) \Vert )$ ∥ y ( t ) − x ( t ) ∥ = o ( ∥ y ( t ) ∥ ) , as $t\rightarrow \infty $ t → ∞ , and conversely, given a solution $x(t)$ x ( t ) of the perturbed system, we give sufficient conditions for the existence of a family of solutions $y(t)$ y ( t ) for the unperturbed system, and such that $\Vert y(t)-x(t) \Vert =o( \Vert x(t) \Vert )$ ∥ y ( t ) − x ( t ) ∥ = o ( ∥ x ( t ) ∥ ) , as $t\rightarrow \infty $ t → ∞ ; and in doing so, we have to extend Rodrigues inequality, the Lyapunov exponents, and the polynomial exponential trichotomy on time scales.

In this paper, we are concerned with the oscillation of solutions to a class of third-order nonlinear neutral dynamic equations on time scales. New oscillation criteria are presented by employing the Riccati transformation and integral averaging technique. Two examples are shown to illustrate the conclusions.

The problem of spectral description of the nonlinear capillary waves on the fluid surface is discussed. Usually, three-wave nonlinear interactions are considered as a major factor determined by the energy spectrum of these waves in the kinetic wave turbulent regime. We demonstrate that four-wave interactions should be taken into account. In this case, there are two possible scenarios for the transfer of energy over the wave spectrum: kinetic and dynamic. The first is described by the averaged stochastic interaction of waves using the kinetic equation, while the second is described by dynamic equations written for discrete modes. In this article, we compare the time scales, spectral shapes, and other properties of both energy cascades, allowing them to be identified in an experiment.

A recent study on the Taylor series method of second order and the trapezoidal rule for dynamic equations on time scales has been continued by introducing a derivation of the Taylor series method of arbitrary order $p$ on time scales. The error and convergence analysis of the method is also obtained. The 2 step Adams-Bashforth method for dynamic equations on time scales is concluded and applied to examples of initial value problems for nonlinear dynamic equations. Numerical results are presented and discussed.
